• Kevin (9/5): Belle maison récente proche mer - Une belle maison récente et très propre, l'espace extérieur est cosy et très agréable. Bonne réactivité de l'hôte suite à un souci de chauffe eau, et il nous a même trouvé une baignoire pour notre bébé. Une première plage est accessible à 400m, la plage principale de Gran Tarajal est un peu plus loin (15/20min) à pied Plus de vue directe sur la mer, une autre maison est en construction juste devant.
• Edgar (4/5): Diese Wohnung würde ich nicht wieder buchen. - Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und effizient. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, praktisch, modern, sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Unmittelbar beim Haus stehen genügend öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist war der Vermieter stets erreichbar. Das Internet stand meistens und in ausreichender Geschwindigkeit zur Verfügung, für Fuerteventura-Verhältnisse durchaus gut. In der Wohnung sind 2 Video-Überwachungskameras angebracht. Im Informationsbüchlein (das in der Wohnung aufliegt) wird zwar geschrieben, dass diese Überwachungskameras nicht aktiv seien, wenn Gäste anwesend sind. Dies zu überprüfen war mir nicht möglich. Wäre das auf der booking.com Seite mitgeteilt worden, hätte ich diese Wohnung nicht gebucht. Ich stellte fest, dass warm duschen nur möglich war, wenn tagsüber die Sonne schien, bei bedecktem Himmel war das Wasser nur lauwarm. Unmittelbar an diese Wohnung angebaut, steht ein Rohbau und auf dieser Baustelle wurde an etlichen Tagen sehr lärmintensiv gearbeitet. Buch lesen auf dem Liegestuhl im "Garten" war absolut unmöglich, ebenso war der Aufenthalt im Haus während der lärmigen Bauarbeiten nicht zumutbar. Der Rohbau nimmt Aussicht und Sonnenschein. Die Fotos auf booking.com sind veraltet, hätte ich von dieser Baustelle gewusst, hätte ich diese Wohnung keinesfalls gebucht. Nach langem Hin- und her, erklärte sich der Vermieter letztendlich bereit, Check-out 4 Tage früher zu akzeptieren (mit Rückerstattung des dafür bezahlten Betrages). Aussicht: sehr dürftig. Ein kleiner Ausschnitt eines Berges ist zu sehen das ist aber nicht das was ich unter "Bergsicht" (wie auf booking.com angepriesen) verstehe.

• Claudia (10/5): Vacaciones en familia de 10 si vienes a pasar unos días a la isla - Para empezar Jose fue muy amable en todo momento. En nuestro caso nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano y nos dejó hacer el check in nada más llegar. El acceso a la casa es muy sencillo siguiendo sus instrucciones, no tuvimos ningún problema para entrar. Durante la estancia nos dio varias recomendaciones de sitios y restaurantes cercanos que podíamos visitar por la isla y sin duda fueron un acierto. Siempre disponible en todo momento y muy cercano. La casa es muy amplia y estaba todo muy limpio, equipada con todo lo necesario! La terraza un 10. Sin duda repetiremos.

Loud noise from nearby water treatment plants both day and night. it may disturb the more sensitive ones. house construction is going on nearby, so we also had construction noise from the morning. but everything else is great.
