• McAllister (10/5): Pamper yourself here - It was quiet and secluded. The amenities were excellent. It was decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable; lovely bathroom. The host provided a coffee pod machine, along with excellent pods, and a range of teas. There were even chocolate biscuits in the fridge. By far the best place we stayed in all week.

• Lyn (10/5): Surprisingly Excellent! - Coola Studio was fantastic. It had every facility, washing machine, clothes line, stove and oven, comfortable bed in a modern and well designed and decorated studio. I really loved it there. Very private, a couple of kms from the main town, easy access to everything, but you do need a car. There was nothing I did't love.

• Claire (10/5): Super clean studio close to town. - This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed - Glenys is obviously fastidious! The bed is super comfy and the kitchen is really well equipped with brand new appliances and plenty of cooking utensils. There was even a packet of TimTtams in the fridge! The location is good - just a couple of minutes drive from town - or there is a shady bike track all the way if you prefer to ride. It’s easy to get to all the beaches and walking tracks too. Glenys lives at the property so if you have any questions or need help she is on site which is great. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing

• Matthew (10/5): A super comfortable studio in a lovely place - Good space really comfortable. The food in fridge was a real boon since Mallacoota shuts at 7 pm! A note about how early Mallacoota shuts would have been useful.

• Matthew (8/5): I would come back again - The place was nice. The Tim Tams in the fridge was a nice touch. The place was clean. There were a lot of small touches that only a woman could think off such as a coffee machine, wooden utensils like a wooden serving spoon, tongs, scissors in the drawer. The jaffle machine in the cupboard. The nice pots and pans in the cupboard. This woman thought of everything. The washing machine. The price of $200 is worth it. We were asked to wash dishes before we leave. That is okay, but I don't know. I think this instruction is something that could be left off the things to do before leaving the place. The place is nice, but it is about 5 to10 minutes away from the main town centre which is okay. The price of $200 is worth it.

• Cheryl (10/5): Fantastic accomodation in a quiet setting close to town. - Excellent location- a 2 min drive from centre of town in a tranquil setting. We were delighted to see a koala in a Eucalypt at the front of the property. The unit was spacious and beautifully presented. The heating worked well for the cool evenings and a washing machine/dryer was available had we required them. The kitchen contained all the equipment needed for a short or long stay and the table/chairs for kitchen and lounge area were very comfortable as was the bed. Our host was lovely and gave us plenty of recommendations for sightseeing and excellent dining options. We would definitely book to stay here again.

• Loris (9/5): Very cosy and comfortable. - Lovely bush setting Unfortunately didn’t have a dryer with the washing machine and was raining so wouldn’t have been able to dry clothes on outside line. A mystery noise during night turned out to be trees/bushes banging on outside wall in the wind.

• Celia (9/5): We hadn't been to Mallacoota before and were very pleasantly surprised with the great beauty. - The studio was very comfortable for a couple, excellent king size bed, kitchen very well thought out with great range of utensils and pots and pans, undercover parking in the carport and the whole place felt secure. Supplies in the kitchen included olive oil, salt & pepper grinders, cling film, foil, baking paper and paper towel. All good to know when you are travelling. TV was opposite the bed and couldn't be seen from other areas but this was a minor problem. The security light outside went off very quickly and needs to be adjusted for when visitors are trying to open the key safe in the dark.

Superb cleanliness and fantastic facilities throughout the studio. Native wildlife nearby to spot and observe. Highly recommend!!

• Yi (7/5): It was okay - + room is to some extend newly furnished - No electricity and wifi on the day of checking out so we couldn’t use hair dryer. We were only informed the day before by chance of meeting the owner - TV cable has wire connection issues that keeps popping up a big message box on the screen. So we couldn’t really use it. - Room is very cold. - No dishwasher whilst we are expected to wash and dry all utensils, and put all used linen towels in the bathtub before checking out. (I wished we were informed of all these rules earlier)

Thank you Glenys The storm which prevented us from seeing the koalas sheltered from the rain. Our roadtrip that did not allow us to stay longer in this charming place
• Peter (10/5): We really appreciate the thought that went into the design of this studio and the careful attention to detail. It was a - Everything. It was very welcoming with the beautiful sunny bedspread, and was light filled, spotless and tastefully furnished. Every possible kitchen, bathroom and laundry need was catered for. We particularly appreciated the non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and cleaning materials. For cooking, everything we could possibly need was provided, including nice, sharp knives and glasses for every type of wine or cold drink and gorgeous coffee cups. A great choice of herbal teas and coffees was also provided. We would love to return and stay longer to fully appreciate all this studio provides, including its beautiful location. No complaints at all

• Jeffery (10/5): If we could’ve only had one stay on our coastal drive, it would’ve been Coola Studio.would have been C - Do not miss this very special experience of koalas in the wild just minutes from the property!! I went as the sun was setting and just walked very slowly and quietly. It was so wonderful! There are kangaroos all over the area as well but to see two koalas was truly amazing. It was decorated perfectly and had everything you need to feel comfortable.

It included helpful items not usually found in some accommodation I have used. Superior to any motels I have used. it has a shower over the bath, which is not ideal, but wasn't a problem for me.

Glenys was friendly and was close-by if we needed anything (which we did not). Close to town and to everything Mallacoota has to offer. There is no covered space outside and the shower is on the small side. Also, the check out time is strictly 10:00, as otherwise clearly stated in the house rules.

There is a nice little backyard to sit out on and parking for two cars. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and the bed was super comfy. Ideal for a little getaway!
