La cucina ha il top molto piccolo, ma peggio ancora è poco fornita, 1 pentola grande(x fortuna), ma purtroppo 1 padellina piccola(circa 15cm), noi eravamo in 3 e abbiamo dovuto cucinare a rate.
• Laura (8/5): We had a great stay! - This was the perfect location to explore the beautiful beaches of Skiathos, many were within walking distance from the property, which was great. The gentleman who checked us in shared many tips about which beaches to go to, and which dishes were the best at the nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nikos. Unfortunately, the noise from the rooms above really travels. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

• Ivona (9/5): Perfekntí - Velmi milý pan majitel, vše s námi vykomunikoval předem a byl vždy dostupný na telefonu, po příjezdu nám vše ukázal, dal i nějaké tipy, kde je obchod, pláže atd. Pokojiček byl menší, nám však stačil. Vybavení kuchyně bylo základní ale dostačující. Voda prý není pitná, my ji pily bez problémů.

• Riccardo (6/5): Dipende da ciò che ci si aspetta - Questo posto va bene se non si vuole spendere tanto e non si hanno alte aspettative. La posizione è ottima per visitare le spiagge ed è vicinissimo a Koukounaries Beach. La camera (per 2 persone) è piccola, ma non è questo il problema, ha un balconcino con un tavolino dove abbiamo fatto colazione e steso le cose. Tutto andrebbe rinnovato. La cucina (accanto al letto) è composta da lavello (che emanava cattivo odore) ed una piccola piastra elettrica, non l’abbiamo utilizzata. Il bagno è piccolo, senza finestra, non è possibile gettare la carta nel water (il che rende tutto più scomodo), la doccia ha la tenda ed in generale sarebbe tutto da cambiare. Il letto è comodo ma è composto da due materassi singoli, le lenzuola non sono della misura adatta a coprire il materasso.

• Richard (7/5): - Clean, quiet and close to the beach Unfortunately, the place had no character and was just an empty space. Just a few simple touches here and there would make the place so much better. Somewhere to hang the toilet paper, put your toothbrush and even hang the shower head would already improve the bathroom. And for the rest of the apartment, bedside table lamp, and maybe even a couple of pictures on the walls would make it feel much more homely. The outside space is two could do with a bit of love and attention.

The apartment was well-organized, clean, and had everything we needed. Towels and blankets were changed regularly, and the entire apartment was cleaned daily. The host, Mr. Panos, was very attentive and always helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us when our son had an ear infection, which we truly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Skiathos and at this accommodation. I highly recommend it—100%! During the hottest days, the apartment remained quite warm, even during the night.

• Giulia (7/5): - Ottima posizione. Appartamento non corrispondente del tutto alla descrizione al momento della prenotazione. Nelle foto sembrava avere un giardinetto davanti, ma quando siamo arrivati l’appartamento era collocato nella parte posteriore della struttura e per accedervi bisognava usare varie scale. Avendo una bambina piccola abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e ciò ci è stato prontamente concesso il giorno dopo. Nel nuovo appartamento uno dei letti non era né pronto né pulito e solo dopo vari solleciti ci sono state fornite le lenzuola.

L'host è molto disponibile e simpatico e ci ha dato molti consigli utili sulle spiagge, gli eventi e i ristoranti. Parlare con lui la sera tornati dalla spiaggia era una delle attività più spassose :) La nostra camera era spaziosa e durante il soggiorno di 1 settimana è stata pulita quasi quotidianamente. La struttura è circondata da molti alberi e tanto verde. La rete wifi a volte era un po' lenta, ma durante una vacanza non è una cosa così indispensabile.

La nostra stanza era semplice, molto pulita e funzionale. La posizione è un po' distante dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile e sicuramente meno trafficata e molto più tranquilla. Comoda a tutte le spiagge e a tutti i servizi. L'host è stato davvero molto gentile, ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni molto preziose per il nostro viaggio, dandoci anche molti consigli che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Una persona squisita, paziente e molto disponibile. Se volete trascorrere una vacanza in piena tranquillità a pochi minuti da tutto, spendendo una cifra più che onesta, scegliete questo posto!!

Стаята е чиста и комфортна. Обзавеждането е ново, леглата и възглавниците удобни. Мрежи против комари на прозорците. Домакинът е приятен човек, помага с информация и съвети. Даде ни да ползваме хубав и голям плажен чадър по време на престоя. Осигури трансфер до летището на добра цена. Давам оценка 10 с някои препоръки - навес над терасата и плътно перде на прозореца в кухненския бокс би било чудесно.

• PAOLO (7/5): Piacevole scoperta - Villa Nikos è posizionata lungo la strada principale di Skiatos permettendo l'uso dell'autobus che transita frequentemente e collega la zona con il resto dell'isola (rimane esclusa la zona settentrionale) fino alla citta di Skiatos (esiste il collegamento anche con l'aereoporto con un semplice cambio di linea). La zona è molto tranquilla e piacevole se siete amanti della quiete e non cercate la mondanità a tutti i costi. La struttura è accogliente e piacevolmente inserita nel contesto ambientale. Il nostro appartamento era ampio e ottimale per quattro persone. Buono il servizio di pulizia e riordino dell:appartamento. Presente aria condizionata ed acqua calda. La "zona cucina" e' molto piccola, senza un piano di lavoro ed è provvista di una piastra elettrica, un tosta pane e di un bollitore (oltre che di una batteria di pentole molto scarsa) che permettono di cucinare in modo limitato (non pranzi e cene, ma al massimo colazioni). Per uno stazionamento prolungato o per un turista che desidera pranzare e cenare in casa questo può diventare un problema.

Kdo má rád přírodní klidné pláže,tak je tu správně, protože se odsud dostanete pěšky nádherným borovicovým lesem přímo k nejkrásnějším plážím na jihozápadě ostrova.Ubytování čisté, útulné,majitel milý,se vším nápomocný. Moc milý pan majitel, ochotný se vším pomocí, na wappu reagoval rychle, doporučil, poradil. Pokojík byl hodně malinký a málo nádobí v kuchyni. Večer byly hodně slyšet klimatizace z jiných pokojů.

Skiathos is a magical place and if you have in plan staying in Koukounaries you'll definitely have an amazing time! My advice: explore as many beaches as you can, book a day cruise and definitely check the forest! Best food? Go to Strofilia Restaurant and thank me later. :)

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato molti suggerimenti su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da vedere Forse la posizione non proprio centrale rispetto alle varie spiagge, ma avendo noleggiato un' auto ci siamo trovati bene lo stesso

• Antonín (9/5): We had an amazing time! - Big 2 floor apartment, great host, it is very good location near the most beautiful beaches. 2 shops and plenty of restaurants near the accommodation. They took out the thrash every day and offered new towels every 3 days. Also there was 1 bottle of water waiting in the fridge. A little bit of mold in the shower, we have been told that they will replace the silicon but it didn't happen. Also there was a pan but no wooden spoon or cooking necessities like salt or oil.

Posizione molto tranquilla, lontano dalla città, ma vicino alla spiaggia più comoda e famosa di Skiathos, molto affollata. Host gentile. Parcheggio comodo (molto polveroso). Materassi nuovi comodissimi. Dotazioni dentro casa ridotte all'osso: un solo piccolo armadio per 4 persone, nessuna mensola o mobile in bagno (nonostante nuovissimo), niente zanzariere, utensili da cucina insufficienti, niente bidet (normale in Grecia), aria condizionata al solo piano di sopra.

• Marco (9/5): Viaggio di famiglia con figli piccoli. - La struttura è posizionata a 5-10 a piedi dalla spiaggia di Koukounaries e 15-20 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Big Banana e Agia Eleni. Angolo cottura un po' troppo piccolo.

• Stephanie (6/5): Perfect rooms for a short stay - friendly host - We stayed at Villa Nikos only one night. The room was clean, simple and convenient. Exactely what we expected. It was nice to have a small balcony for us to sit outside. The host was extremly friendly and contacted us one day in advance per WhatsApp to offer help and a quick channel for questions regarding the arrival. In the evening he came by with a Greek lemonade for us and our daughter. Water was provided for arrival in the fridge. We were extremely surprised by the kitchen, bath and equipment. Everything seems modern and renovated and you are able to cook proper meals if needed. Closeby are beaches, bus stations and also restaurants and a supermarket with great coffee and food to have breakfast. Great location if you do not want to invest too much time in cooking during your vacation. We really liked the villa for a short period. We were traveling with a kid - for a longer stay the room would feel to small to relax together.

• AdinaNec (9/5): - The position, close to beach, supermarket, taverns and bus station. The rooms at ground floor are small and at the same prices with apartaments first floor which are bigger.

• Flori (9/5): Recomand cu mare drag Vila Nikos! - Locația, condițiile, amabilitatea gazdei. Vila este înconjurată de copaci și este destul de aproape de Koukounaries Beach. Apartamentul închiriat arată exact ca in poze si este extrem de curat, saltele, lenjeria și prosoapele sunt de calitate. Gazda, Ioannidis Panagiotis, a fost extrem de amabila. Deși check-in-ul era la ora 14, a făcut tot posibilul și ne-a pus la dispoziție apartamentul cu aproape 2 ore mai devreme. Desi am stat aproape o săptămână, lenjeria și prosoapele nu au fost schimbate niciodată. Nu am avut nevoie și este posibil ca acesta sa fii fost motivul.
• Ștefan (10/5): Very good considering that fact that a couple a days ago the property/island was hit by a storm. - The Internet was good. It was close to another hotel with a swimming pool that could be used for a small bar order.

• Roxana (2/5): INGROZITOR - Locația este frumușică. Nu s-a făcut curățenie decât 2 din 7 zile!!!! Nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele,decât parțial si după ce am solicitat noi! Nu am avut apa calda decât 3 zile din 7!! Nu am avut apa curenta decât 4 zile din 7!!! Nu am avut curent 2 zile,dar asta a fost pentru toată lumea din zona-avarie generala . AM FOST INUNDATI în casa în timpul noptii din cauza necurățarii corespunzătoare a balconului și a țevilor de colectare a apelor pluviale!! Vor spune ca a fost stare de urgenta,DAR,cei din jur care au avut generator de curent electric au avut și CURENT ,iar lipsa apei s-a datorat tot neglijentei proprietarilor care nu au avut o pompa in stare de funcționare corespunzătoare! Cu toate acestea, în seara în care proprietarul a venit la usa noastră cu toată familia sa ceara găzduire pentru ca lor le intrase apa în casa,noi i-am primit fara ezitare ,iar când am întrebat dacă,în caz ca nu ne pleacă avionul la timp,mai putem sa rămânem o noapte sa dormim la ei,ni s-a răspuns ca NU SE POATE!! IN CONCLUZIE,un concediu ratat din cauza vremii,dar mai ales din cauza gazdelor noastre care au încasat banii întregi pe servicii esentiale inexistente,noi carandu-ne apa pentru toaleta cu o galeata din apa acumulată în curte de la ploaie la etajul 2!!! De aceea, cred ca de bun simt ar fi sa ni se restituie parțial suma achitata pentru acest sejur care numai concediu nu s-a numit!!!!!!

• Avocadan (8/5): Good location, comfortable room - Koukounaries is great if you want some quieter island life. Plenty of good beaches nearby, good restaurants and A couple of small supermarkets. The accommodation was good. Comfortable bed. Good hot water. Balcony was pretty tight. Only one glass. Two cups, but one had a broken handle. Need a doormat to help keep sand and dirt being tramped into room
• Anna (9/5): - B&B vicino alla spiaggia più bella. Camera pulita e accogliente. Doccia calda e letto comodo. Il cortile esterno di abbondante metratura. .

• Miroslav (10/5): Ubytovanie na úrovni - Izba bola čistá a zariadená. Hotel má veľmi dobrú polohu. Majiteľ je príjemný. Keďže je v blízkosti jazero, majte na pamäti komáre.
• George Creață (9/5): O vacanta foarte placuta - Locația excelentă, lângă o pădure de pini, cu 5 plaje în apropiere. Curățenie s-a făcut zilnic. Gazda foarte amabilă.

• ALEXANDROS (10/5): - Όμορφη τοποθεσία με πανύψηλα δέντρα, μέσα στην φύση, ακριβώς δίπλα απο την πιο πολυσύχναστη παραλία της Σκιάθου, τις Κουκουναριές. Το δωμάτιο πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν άμεσα σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε. Ένα όμορφο καλοκαίρι με ευχάριστη διαμονή στην Σκιάθο!
