• Marija (10/5): - It was spacious and great location. If you are a walking fan, this is an excellent location, because all the sightseeing is within half an hour walking distance. Also, metro yellow line is at five minute walk. Shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars are also close by. Inside the apartment you will find everything even for a long-term stay.

Avevo pianificato il mio soggiorno con largo anticipo, ma un'ora e mezza prima del check-in, l'host ha deciso di cancellare la mia prenotazione senza alcun preavviso. Questa mancanza di professionalità è inaccettabile. La cancellazione così improvvisa mi ha lasciato senza un luogo dove soggiornare, mettendo a rischio i miei piani di viaggio. Comunicazione scadente: Non ho ricevuto alcuna spiegazione valida dal proprietario né un'offerta di aiuto per trovare un'altra sistemazione. Questo ha reso l'intera situazione ancora più frustrante. La cancellazione dell'ultimo minuto ha causato un notevole stress e ha rovinato il mio soggiorno. Trovarsi senza alloggio in una città sconosciuta è un'esperienza molto spiacevole. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente di evitare questo host e questa struttura. La mancanza di rispetto per i clienti e la scarsa organizzazione rendono questa esperienza assolutamente da evitare. Horrible experience - First, right from the start they should have mentioned it was on a basement.We called prior to arrival and the host mentioned that the hot water is not working and the electrician will only come at 6:00pm to fix it. We arrived on the place at around 3:00 pm. While waiting for the electrician, suddenly the power went off and not only we dont have any hot water, we also dont have electricity. the electrician only came past 7:00 pm and our day is wasted. The electrician managed to fix the issue but it did not last long, late at night the power went out again and no hot water again. When we called the host, she said she cannot help us anymore. It was a nightmare. The following day, we never received any follow up call from the host to check on the situation. We were so disappointed. Horrible experience.

Mi hanno mandato un link per effettuare check-in on Line, non riuscendo chiedo più volte a loro e ricevo un può succedere non è colpa nostra come risposta senza alcun tipo di risoluzione del problema. Arrivati in camera proviamo subito la vasca idromassaggio ma l’idromassaggio non funzionava, la nostra stanza era in un piano internato e non prendevano i telefoni e neanche il loro Wi-Fi. Ci hanno dato varie info su ciò che c’era intorno a noi non dicendo però che davanti al palazzo ci sono 2 discoteche. In genale la stanza a mio parere non vale quei soldi e per di più non rispondono alle chiamate e non ti richiamano nemmeno

Owoce Plastikowe Wina brak Mediolan piękny . Szkoda tylko że przez apartament niezgodny ze zdjeciami zepsuł nam wyjazd. Cena NIE adekwatna do jakości i prawdy .
• Mazzitelli (2/5): Bello da lontano, ma lontano da bello - La posizione, non è molto distante in auto dal centro Non è in grado di ospitare 3 persone, il “divano letto” è lungo al massimo 1,60, per starci dentro devi essere un hobbit, oltre questo è sfondato da un lato e nel centro ha un ferro che rende impossibile dormirci, insomma non è per essere umani, il pavimento della doccia è un levigato, rischi di scivolare se non sei mooolto attento e nemmeno mi hanno fornito un telo da mettere per terra, sempre in bagno su muri e fughe c’è tanta muffa e pulita alla meno peggio. In tutto ciò provo a contattare l’host ma invano perché risponde sempre la segreteria.

Für die dritte Person wurde eine kaputte Couch mit der Länge von etwa 1.65m hingestellt. Dabei weigert sich die Unterkunft, es zu bestätigen, dass es kein normaler Schlafplatz ist. Für einen Urlaub sehr unangenehm leider. Nicht zum Empfehlen.

Abbiamo apprezzato tra il tutto il letto molto comodo. Il fatto che si, è al piano terra, ma non è specificato "sotto terra" nel senso che sarebbe opportuno avvertire della presenza dei gradini. L'accessibilità andrebbe specificata per tutti, non solo per i disabili. Noi siamo riusciti ad entrare, ma altri con maggiori difficoltà come avrebbero fatto? I gradini non sono 10 ma 12. La TV non funziona, non siamo riusciti a vedere neanche un programma, il tavolo è molto ballerino non fa a toccarlo perché c'è il rischio che voli tutto a terra, la cornetta della doccia spara acqua ovunque, se ti fai la doccia sei costretto/a inevitabilmente a lavarti anche i capelli Ed infine ci ha stupito l'assenza del bidè. Un ultima osservazione: su booking il numero di telefono che è visualizzato per chiamare in caso di necessità era irraggiungibile, non so se fosse un caso, ma il gestore poi ci ha chiamato con un numero diverso.

• Natalia (7/5): - Apartament był naprawdę czysty i zadbany. Brak informacji o tym ze naprzeciwko apartamentu są DWA kluby nocne. Jeżeli ktoś przyjezdza w weekend to musi zaopatrzyć sie w zatyczki do uszu, bo nie da sie przespać spokojnie całej nocy. Poza dudniącą od 23 do 5 rano muzyką cała ulica przepełniona jest krzyczącymi ludźmi, którzy potrafią wydzierać się wprost pod oknem. Uważam że taka informacja powinna byc zamieszczona gdziekolwiek w ogłoszeniu, bo jeżeli ktoś szuka spokojnej okolicy żeby wypocząć i się wyspać to niestety to nie jest to miejsce.

Suite 1. - The place is very run down compared to the pictures. - The lock to the bedroom window was broken and when it was repaired it still wasn't locking properly. I was worried about my possessions while I was gone. - The bathroom had so much mildew, the toilet brush/paper holder was dirty, stinky and full of water and the shower drain is slow to drain so it turns into a bath if you don't keep the water down. - Almost every time I needed hot water I had to go outside a reset the hot water heater. - There was not fresh soap or shampoo, it was just a bottle you buy from the store everyone that stays there uses. - The kitchen is missing common cooking utensils like a spatula and can opener. - The non stick frying pan is scratched badly and is not safe to use. - There is a large build up of black mildew behind the sink where I believe there is a power cable running. - All the picture frames and TV were crooked when I arrived and the picture frames are falling apart. - There is a night club across the street and I can hear the music all night. Suite 2 is across the street from the club and I feel bad for the people that stay there. Also there is a lot of garbage from that club. - One night it sounded like someone was kicking the hell out of the door to the street around 2am. Then at 5:30am a man entered the stairwell leading to the suites looking for the apartment keys that are asked to be left on the counter at the top of the stairwell. I was told this man was the cleaner. Cleaners at 5:30am?... - There were people sitting in the hallway of the building charging their phones at night. - There is barely any coffee or tea provided. - The host never apologized or offered any compensation. They know this place is run down and it is just for them to make money on unsuspecting tourists. People that said this was a great stay or clean must come from a lower standard of living or feel threatened. - booking.
• julie (8/5): Bien - Réponse plutôt rapide. Les transports et super marchés étaient proches. Le logement était très propre et la femme de ménage très gentille. Logement plutôt spacieux. La douche est grande. La climatisation était efficace. Il y avait une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié les capsules de café pour le premier jour. Procédure compliquée qui nécessite de payer un supplément en dehors du site Booking. Informations peu claires si bien que nous nous sommes trompés de logement et avons dû déménager avec notre bébé qui dormait. Le passage de l'entrée est étroit avec des marches ce qui est compliqué avec des valises et une poussette. La douche est dangereuse car il faut enjamber un muret d' environ 65 cm avec du carrelage glissant. Le canapé peu confortable et globalement beaucoup de traces d'usure. Le logement est très mal isolé, nous entendions parfaitement la conversation du logement d'a côté. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de micro-ondes.
• Moritz (7/5): Nettes Studio in Mailand - Nettes, geräumiges Studio mit genügend Platz für zwei Leute, Ausstattung gut. Lage nah an Tram und U-Bahn. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit wenn man genau hinschaut etwas zu Wünschen übrig, gerade im Badezimmer. Die Klobrille ist quasi abgefallen und war kaputt, dass Küchenfenster im EG! Ging nicht zu und war nur angelehnt. Der Lattenrost des Bettes hat ganz schön geknarzt, allgemein war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, sodass man vor allem Nachts alles mitbekommt.

Estaba muy cerca del metro, con Aldi y Carrefour al lado además de restaurantes. Muy bien ubicado. Nos gustó todo, quizá una silla más ya que lo cogimos para tres y solo tenía dos. There is an Aldi nearby and the neighbourhood felt safe, cameras everywhere. We had a problem with the key but help came very quickly and the technitian handled the problem very professionally. The dishwasher could have been more efficient but it was fine.
• Malvina (1/5): Bad - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I arrived last Friday 11th at 21:15 pm at Isola Suites with my two children, but we couldn't enter because the code they send me was not working. There was a guy who was smoking (weed) outside the window, who gave us his code so we could enter. We then had to search inside on a table for a key, which was not there. The guy (a rapper) tried to help us. After double checking my emails from Isola Suites, I found out that we were supposed to be in the Suite no.1 where the guy was staying. I called the phonenumber but they did not answer. I then send a text, which was replied. Apparently they double booked the suite. The guy was in our room and they've send him the same acces code as we received in our first email, but they had send us a second email, with a different code after (the one who was not working). The guy who already checked in was kind and helpful and could speak Italian, and called Isola Suites again. At first they asked him to leave the appartement and move to another room in a basement, but there was no key available. Or we could stay in the basement room. They then told us that we should wait for a cleaner to come and bring the key and clean the basement room first. So we waited with the guy inside his room. It was already 22:50 pm at that point! As a single mom travelling alone with two children, I was not feeling comfortable or safe with staying in both appartements because the first room was used (and smoked in) by the other guest already. And the second was in a basement, which you could only find after walking trhough a very dark hallway and garden. Also the other guest knew the acces codes to both rooms keylockers. At 23:00 pm there was still no key to the other appartement, so I called again with Isola Suites, and told them about my worries. We came to an agreement that me and my children would leave the appartement, we would get a full refund and book something else.
• Yuliia (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Not far from metro station. Near by supermarkets. We booked for 3 people and expected to have 3 places for sleep. But it was only one bad. Other place was on the kitchen and in a very bad condition. Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly. There was no hot water in the tab in one of the evening, so no possibility to have a shower after long walking day 😔
• Mihail (9/5): Very good, i will visit again - It was a nice bachelor apartment with a jacuzzi and a big bed, there was coffee and towels and the location was ideal The apartment was quite damp, high humidity There was also a camera that was pointed toward the stairs and insure it could see inside the living room

• Haran (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious Prompt and friendly staff Lower price Easy access to public transportation ( tram bus metro and regional trains) Clean beddings Well functioning kitchen Quiet Moldy and clogged shower / somewhat uncomfortable shower without shower-booth Unpleasant odor in the room and awful smell from the refrigerator Broken sofa bed. One of the leg was missing and it was supported with several bricks under it which not only makes it very uncomfortable to lie down but also is dangerous that it might collapse while sleeping on it. We three people all slept on one big bed all together.

• Mariya (8/5): Nice apartment with. Management not picking phone. High humidity, noise from the street. Really was bothering only humid - Good location, not far from city center, easy to find parking spot for free. Nice apartment, clean, good equipped, with attention to details. Comfortable bed. Code for entrance to the apartment was changed in a last moment, I didn’t have access to email and didn’t see it, also phone was unchanged so could find contact to the apartment, was trying to get inside under heavy rain without success, after charging phone was able to contact them and get to know new code. Unswerving by messaging, not picking up the phone. Also was weird sound of water flowing right in a bedroom, and second day was very high humidity, was not possible to sleep. Sounds from the street very noisy. Also after check out, administration messed up something, and was calling and asking to check out, because messed up our apartment, was tell that it’s very urgent and was writing messages. Even tgat we did it on time, and in a same time they are not picking the phone when call them
• Judita (7/5): Good - Nice looking appartment equipped with all necessary appliances. Despite the good part, the place is extremely cold and the bed is terrible, it is uncomfortable and super noisy when you need to turn over on the other side. Also there is no sound proof at all, you could hear everything from the street and neighbours. Would suggest the owner to provide some disposable slippers at the appartment at least; the floor is very cold as well.

• Natalie (9/5): Great self contained accomodation at an affordable price - Safe location, caught taxi from Station and into City. Felt almost like industrial area, however this did not detract from accomodation which was exactly what we were expecting. We wanted self contained as we were travelling around for 6 weeks & needed laundry facilities. Good security. Lovely decor. Would recommend. Mattress was average comfort.

• Roxana (9/5): Good stay, we recommend it! - The location was quite good, just three metro stops from Milano Centrale. I really appreciated the large bathroom, and we had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation. The apartment lacked good soundproofing, and we could hear noise from the neighbors at night. The sofa bed in the living room was also not very comfortable.

• Esmee (3/5): Would not recommend - The stay was not great On the first day, we received the wrong key and were placed in the incorrect suite. This mistake required us to move all our belongings to a different room, which was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the new room was significantly smaller than the one we had booked and did not include the hot tub that was a key feature for us. Additionally, we have been having trouble with the air conditioning in the new room. The remote doesn’t seem to connect properly to the unit, leaving the room unbearably hot. Moreover, we found that the bed was very short, had a massive dip, and creaked throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was also not suitable as a proper bed, as it had a metal bar down the middle, which forced my friend to sleep on the floor. To add to these discomforts, the curtains did not work properly, further affecting our ability to rest. On top of these issues, the shower is installed at an angle, making it challenging to shower properly.
