• Konstantin (9/5): - Der Inhaber ist sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit . Das Apartment ist schön hell , sauber und modern eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen, in der Innenstadt , und guten Restaurants . Das Apartment hat leider einen sehr kleinen Balkon . Wir hätten gerne einen etwas größeren Balkon gehabt.
• Иван (10/5): Very pleased with out stay. I recommend it to anyone , who wants to visit the city. - The property is modern and functional. It is very clean and well maintained. The garage is spacious and can accommodate even a big SUV. Being so close to the city centre, parking is difficult, so the garage safes a lot of stress and time. The property owners are very helpful and ready to assist at any time.
• Bobeica (10/5): - We had an excellent experience! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Fresh towels and attention to detail were provided every day. But what impressed us the most was the host – extremely kind and welcoming. They made us feel truly at home from the very first moment. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold water, fresh fruit, wine, and a warm smile. They were always available to help with anything we needed and offered constant support. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – and most of all, this wonderful host!
• Dusica Popovic (10/5): Perfection - Everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay. New, clean, spacious with two large terraces. I think we never have so many towels and sheets available. The kitchen is equipped for food preparation. The windows are sound proof. We had a garage inside the building which is a huge advantage. Charis was such a wonderful host. He welcomed us with gifts, gave us all important information about restaurants, beaches, shops. He was available all the time. He was so generous-in addition to fruit and wine, there were ice cream and macaroons, which we enjoyed with a view of Kamares, the symbol of Kavala. We will always return to this apartment and to Kavala because the people of this area are wonderful.

• Iryna (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is perfect! It has absolutely everything you may need so you feel like home. The location is the best for staying. You are in the center, close to all interesting places, but the street is still quiet. The host is just an embodiment of Greek hospitality. Thank you, Charis, for making our stay so comfortable! Everything was great.

• Duygu (10/5): EXCELLENT🫶🏼🤍🦋🌸 - We planned a mini holiday with my sister for the weekend and we rented Arc Residence for one night. We've stayed in many places, but this is the first time we've been this satisfied! First, we always messaged Charis on booking.com. Even though the check-in time was at 15:00, we had the chance to leave our luggage much earlier. Later, while we were handing over the keys, Charis and her husband came and showed us the house and rooms one by one. They prepared the place with such enthusiasm that every detail was considered. They even put a large water bottle, a bottle of wine and a melon in the fridge for each person! Everything is prepared very sweetly, everything is very hygienic. The next day, they wanted to leave us bougatsa, a famous Greek pastry, but unfortunately we were out, but they were too kind to even think about it. They responded immediately via Whatsapp and sent us links to information about places to visit, taverns, dessert shops and coffee shops. Since we love Greek olive oil, we sent a message asking where we could buy olive oil, and they said they would get back to us. The next day, we met at the apartment again to check out and hand over the keys, and they found and brought a famous olive oil of Thassos island to my sister and me! Since many shops are closed on Sundays, they found and brought us olive oil as a gift! This gesture both pleased us and surprised us because we have never encountered anything like this before. Before leaving, we had a long conversation and shared many things. Both of them have great energy and are very friendly. It is very difficult to meet good people these days, we always approach each other with hesitation, but Charis and her husband show that there are good things in the world and there are good people. It is proof that money is not everything and that humanity is much more important. When we returned to Türkiye, we told everyone around us about the apartment and recommended it.
