We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne on the counter, and the jacuzzi was impeccably clean and perfectly warm—set for a relaxing night. The experience was elevated by the exceptional convenience and service. A restaurant located downstairs and 24-hour professional security provided both ease and reassurance. The staff was courteous, the host was attentive and responsive, and a variety of shops were just steps away.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to Alejandra, who is an exceptional host. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and responsive, always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The apartment itself is stunning—pure luxury with an amazing vibe. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the décor to the layout, and it was both stylish and super comfortable. It felt like a place you actually want to come back to at the end of the day, not just somewhere to sleep. The location is unbeatable: situated on a car-free street that felt safe, lively, and full of character, yet still peaceful. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the heart of everything without the noise or stress of traffic. The 24/7 security was another huge plus and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Between the incredible location, the beautiful apartment, and Alejandra’s outstanding hospitality, this place truly exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.
• Caterina (10/5): Stylish, spotless and secure — the perfect base in El Poblado with all the comfort of home. - The apartment was spacious, stylish and spotless, felt more like a high-end home than a rental. Perfect location: right in El Poblado, steps from restaurants and bars, but surprisingly quiet inside. Great security and staff: 24/7 front desk made it feel safe and easy. Having a balcony, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen made it super practical and really made the space feel like your own. We enjoyed sitting with the bifold doors open and listening to the streets below full of energy! It is a noisy street, but there is great soundproofing so it wasn't an issue.

The decor is beautiful and it is very central to many restaurants and bars. The apartment is so spacious. Alejandra was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly!

Having friends over was tough, they need their passport to come inside. If you have guest after 8pm it will cost $50 extra per guest and you have to tell them in advance.

• Eric (10/5): - Perfect appartment in the best location of Medellin, El Poblado area. Walking distance of everything. The security is assured 24/7 by private guard. The appartment have all the equipment. Private elevator that give direct access to the appartment. And the Jaccuzzi was a must. They take care of every detail. You arrive there and you will have a lot of very nice unexpected surprise that will put a smile :-). Only need a new good wine bottle opener 🙂

(10/5): Excelente muestra de lujo y amabilidad al mas alto nivel - Si buscas detalles unicos, espacio agradable, trato exquisito, este es el lugar, agradecer a todos su atencion desde la llegada, seguridad, limpieza y en especial resaltar el excelente trabajo de Alejandra quien estuvo en todo momento atenta a lo que necesitasemos. Obviamente hay que tener en cuenta que estas en medio del ambiente nocturno, rodeado de discotecas, bares y restaurantes, entonces el ruido es parte del ambiente.

But the work is not professional for the team - Place, strict security The notification after making the reservation stated that I had to pay in advance. When I tried to do so, they didn't want to pay. I have to pay only at check-in. After a 27-hour journey, tired, I wait for a long time at the reception because I can't pay by card?? Is there a mistake in my card? Later it turned out that their payment terminal was broken. Not a word of apology for the nerves and the long wait! Then there's the work of the cleaning lady. During cleaning, the jacuzzi heater was turned off, which I only found out at night when I wanted to use it. Shampoo was not replenished. Not even after an emergency. She only replenished it in the morning before departure, but she woke me up with an intense ringing :( There is no microwave in the kitchen. In an apartment for such a high price, I would expect more professional work from the entire team!

• Averil- (10/5): BEST LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS - I can honestly say this is THE BEST accommodation in Medellin, Colombia in my opinion. The location is prime with restaurants and bars nearby. The apartments are massive and so stylish. I was super comfortable in my apartment and it will definitely not be my last stay. 10/10 The only thing I didn't like was that I did not decide to stay longer.

As two friends traveling alone, the 24-hour security downstairs who check passports of anyone new entering the premises made us feel very safe. We loved the two separate outdoor spaces, including the hot tub! Anywhere you stay in Poblado, especially in the middle of the shopping, restaurants and bars, is going to be noisy. Fortunately the bedrooms are in the back so the street noise was manageable.

Further it was super clean and also centrally located in Poblado, walking distance off great restaurants, bars and rooftops. Perhaps for some people too centrally located. But for us there was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

• Amber (10/5): I dropped 150.000,00 rushing to my room. I realized an hour later. When downstairs and it was still sitting there untouc - It’s close to everything. The amenities were fantastic. Security and host were ALWAYS accessible. Great view. The neighborhood can get pretty loud but the bedrooms are well insulated and away from the front. So we had no issues sleeping. I don’t have enough good things to say about the shower. It was AMAZING. The bedrooms have built in saunas in the showers. Definitely a treat after a long day of walking. Central AC. Washer and Dryer. Ice machine. Jacuzzi. Private entrance. 24hr security. Would definitely visit again
