Guest Reviews
- Roger (10/5): Excellent HMO rental. - Cleanliness and friendlines. It's on a main road, near a school; twice a day, therefore, the traffic is a pain.

- DEAN (9/5): -
- Robert1212 (10/5): Excellent host - Owner was extremely nice and helpful. Cooked me some bacon and chips as hadn't eaten all day. Very clean and presentable accommodation. N/A
- Michael (10/5): - Really nice stay. Big house with lots of facilities and very clean. Host was very helpful providing painkillers and even inviting me down for cake and coffee with his housemates. Nice people. Nothing to report
- Kwenda (10/5): - Hospitality None
- Matthew (9/5): - I was treated incredibly well as a guest Being given a key was forgotten but that was modified swiftly
- Jones (3/5): Bromley B&B - It was cheap and in a quiet area. Short walk to station. Felt like staying in someone's spare room rather than a B&B. Cupboards full of owner's stuff, items lying on the tops, shared bathroom full of others' towels and toiletries, and no guest toiletries provided. No TV, tea or coffee in room; a shared kitchen but not clear what was available for guests. Room cold, radiator not working. It felt more of a place for longer term lodgers rather than short-stay guests. Only one pillow and host not around much to request another.
- Max (10/5): Fantastic host and home - Fantastic host with such a lovely home. Happy to chat, but also extremely sensitive to when I need quiet without me even having to ask. Best hospitality I've had in a long long time.
- TIM (9/5): Good value - Nice host
- Peter (10/5): -
- Scarlett (9/5): Comfortable and clean room with polite host and ability to use the kitchen. Easy access into town - Comfortable and clean room with polite host and ability to use the kitchen. Easy access into town and the station. No faults for me.

- Geoffrey (10/5): First Class - First Class. Great location and hospitality. everything was fine
- Chris (5/5): Adequate. Not vlaue for money. - Location Room was cold. Poorly insulated, plenty of traffic noise. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast not included.
- Artemis (10/5): Wonderful property - Great location, very spacious house with huge shared areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Really good wifi which was important as I had to work remotely. Friendly and accommodating host and really lovely other lodgers. A really lovely stay.
- Geoffrey (10/5): First class - Location was excellent for me. Host was very efficient friendly and helpful all good
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Very close to Bromley F C
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous building, comfy bed, very convenient access to buses into Bromley. Also a very walkable distance. There wasn't anything not to like.
- Sean (8/5): Well worth the visit for those that like the additional facilities, such as the kitchen. - The use of the kitchen area for cooking; the landlord, who was great to chat with and very accommodating; the showers, especially the walk-in one; lastly the cat, "old and fat" though they may be! The bed was a little hard but it seems to be that way in most hotels now. It seemed to be good for my back anyway, so only a small niggle. Also the location isn't ideal, as the noise of the traffic can be a little distracting. I know that's something that can't be helped but it's worth noting. Otherwise very quiet and relaxing.
