• Meir P (9/5): Excellent service, clean and lovely place - Location was at the entrance to the city, so on one side there was nothing to do, but on the other, in a short walk, you are in the city. Breakfast was good, we would have liked better options for vegetables, the Yogurt was excellent and service is personal and fantastic. The hotel is still under construction, so a bit noisy with small items missing. We had parking for the car which was great. We always had hot water in the shower and the rooms has good AC. We got more blankets when we asked. Andreas the manager was amazing and very friendly. The bar looks like its going to be a great place in the summer. Smart TV so we can cast from the phones, or better sport channels. Better blackout curtains as it gets sunny early. Shower rooms get wet after a shower, so maybe some mop to wipe it

• Alina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious, and very clean. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of Lake Ohrid. The view is fantastic. Not only are the rooms excellent, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Andreas even remembered our order from the previous day and fulfilled all of our requests. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

I especially loved that the beautiful beach was right there—it made for a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommend booking a room with the beautiful lake view and to avoid traffic noise
• Angela (10/5): Prachtig gelegen hotel, super gastvrije eigenaar en receptioniste! - De ligging van dit hotel is prachtig. Aan de rand van Pogradec, direct ah meer (wel kamer met uitzicht meer boeken, anders zit je ad wegkant, van de weg merk je niks als je meerzicht hebt). Kennis gemaakt met de enorme gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. Zo lief en zorgzaam. Hotel heeft een strandje voor liggen met ligbedjes en heerlijke loungemuziek, voor ons gratis (misschien vanwege de rust nu, omdat het hierna nog 1 week open was, want las wel dat eerder in het seizoen betaald moest worden, maar weet niet of dat voor hotelgasten is, want er komen ook wel jonge locals). Je kan lekker je koude drankje bij de bar halen. Het ontbijt is geen buffet maar je kan kiezen wat je wilt en hij maakt het klaar. Kamer super netjes en schoon, modern. We hebben hier 2 heerlijke nachten gehad. Vanaf dit hotel loop je de lange boulevard op met na ongeveer 300 meter de eerste restaurants. Het was hier al duidelijk naseizoen. Veel restaurants met een opgebouwd deel aan de boulevard werden al afgebroken. Helemaal niks.
• Jakub (10/5): Znakomity hotel nad Jeziorem Ochrydzkim - Lokalizacja tego hotelu jest cudowna. Hotel położony jest na końcu miejscowości Pogradec i ma prywatną plażę z leżakami i parasolami. Jeśli lokalizacja i widok na to piękne jezioro ma dla Ciebie znaczenie, to jest to optymalny wybór. Do ścisłego centrum Pogradec jest kilka minut spacerem promenadą. Jezioro jest spokojne, czyste i naprawdę zachwycające. Zarezerwowaliśmy duży „apartament” dwupokojowy z łazienką i dwoma balkonami z widokiem na jezioro. Przepiękny. Rodzina, który prowadzi to miejsce jest niezwykle pomocna, życzliwa i responsywna. Chętnie zbierają wszelkie opinie aby poprawiać jakość usług. Drinki, śniadania były bardzo dobre i smaczne. Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy, i myślę że stanie się bardzo popularnym miejscem na pobyt, więc jeśli będziesz w okolicy, polecam ci się tam zatrzymać
• Claudia (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt am Strand, der sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Restaurants waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Man sollte allerdings ein Zimmer mit Seeblick wählen, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

Daarnaast bezitten ze het mooiste stukje strand van Pogradec waar je gratis tijdens je verblijf gebruik van kan maken. Loopafstand van de boulevard. Zeker kiezen als je in Pogradec wil verblijven. • Bulent (7/5): Het hotel heeft even tijd nodig om zich te kunnen waar maken. - Het hotel is nieuw of onlangs gerenoveerd. De kamers waren allemaal nieuw en schoon. Basis was aanwezig om te kunnen slapen. Het ontbijt was niet geregeld. Daar zijn zij nog niet aan toe gekomen om dit te verzorgen. Dus geen ontbijt. Beperkte parkeer gelegenheid. De hotel was vrijwel leeg waardoor wij konden parkeren. Er zijn maar 5 á 6 plaatsen beschikbaar. De aanwezige mensen waren erg vriendelijk maar konden helaas geen engels of duits waardoor communicatie erg lastig was.

• Claire (9/5): Best location in Pogradec - right on the lake! - First and foremost, the location of this hotel is wonderful. It is at the end of Pogradec, so away from the crowds in the summer on the beachfront, and this hotel is right on it's own stretch of beach. Absolutely stunning. If location is important to you, this place wins hands down. And within a couple of minutes stroll you are on the Pogradec promenade so there is no need to use your car to walk to the restaurants or the stalls. Our kids (teenagers) loved the lake and we spent 2 days (3 nights) very happy here. They have beds on the pebble beach that can be booked (2 beds & an umbrella for 700 lek / 7 euro) and the lake is calm, clear, and truly stunning. The hotel itself is a functional block. We had the 'suite' which was perfect for us, a double bed in a separate room, and two singles in the other room for our teens, a bathroom and 2 little balconies overlooking the lake. Gorgeous. Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the lake as the other side overlooks a road that can be noisy. The gentleman who runs the place, and his brother who runs the snack bar and breakfast restaurant downstairs, are absolutely delightful. Helpful, kind and keen to improve things. The hotel is relatively new so there are some things that can be improved e.g. speed of service, breakfast, etc but this comes down to finding the right staff rather than anything intentional. I have no doubt that this place will become very sought after to stay in so if you're in the area I'd recommend you go! We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was a bit haphazard as they are still finding their feet. There's no menu as such but you do get a hot drink, a juice, eggs, yoghurt & muesli, a toasted sandwich and bread and jams. So there is plenty of it. Once they have a good team (to support the excellent management) I am sure it will all flow better.

Personnel très gentil. Très bruyant. Devoir payer la plage quand on est à l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur.

• Marie (10/5): Un très bon séjour - Un accueil très chaleureux et serviable ! Une chambre familiale composée de deux pièces, avec une vue incroyable sur le lac. Des lieux d’une propreté irréprochable. L’organisation du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Malgré un personnel en nombre suffisant, nous avons constaté une désorganisation totale, avec des employés peu expérimentés et mal encadrés, ce qui entraînait parfois de longues attentes. Les transats, payants en plus du prix de la chambre, sont un point regrettable : il serait appréciable que ce service soit inclus.

• Christie (9/5): Zeer gastvrij, schoon en mooi! - Een gerenoveerd hotel, gerund door een familie! Ligt pal aan het strandje met bedjes en een klein stukje lopen naar de levendige boulevard. De kamers waren prachtig! Met drie personen hadden we twee grote aparte kamers met twee balkons. Het ontbijt wordt naar wens bereid en heerlijke koffie! We hadden het hier echt heerlijk! Niet beter, maar het is nog wat steriel, dus hier en daar nog wat meer aankleden (bv in de ontbijtruimte)

• A (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf, super lieve mensen - De ligging: rustig gelegen en pal aan het meer, maar toch ook dichtbij het "centrum" op +/_ 7min loopafstand. Super lieve mensen die je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk willen proberen te maken. De familiekamers waren ruim genoeg met 2 balkons aan meerzijde. Een bezoekje aan Noord-Macedonie is goed te doen, in +/_ 2 a 3 uurtjes rijd je zo om het meer Ohrid heen. Soms hing er een behoorlijke rioleringslucht in de badkamer. Ontbijt is inclusief en ze proberen er het beste van te maken, maar er is niet veel keus en het is simpel. Brood met ei, brood met jam of yoghurt met muesli en banaan.

• Philipp (10/5): Modernes ruhiges Hotel an schönem Privatstrand - Tolles modernes Hotel direkt am Anfang von Pogradec inkl. Parkplatz, sehr ruhig gelegen und an einem schönen Privatstrand. Sonnenliegen mit Schirm kostenpflichtig, dafür aber sehr komfortabel. Sehr freundliches und aufmersames Personal. Frühstück mit Ei/Omelett und Toastbrot inkl. warmen Getränk und Wasser sehr lecker. Kleine Snacks wie Burger, Pommes oder Salat tagsüber verfugbar. Fußläufig in 10 bis 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Pogradec. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Da der Privatstrand auch für externe Besucher zugänglich ist, hätte ich erwartet, dass Sonnenliegen für Hotelgäste inkludiert sind.

I will definitely come back again. - מלון מהמם חדש נקי, נוף מדהים מהדחר לאגם, בלילה רוח קרירה ונעימה, חוף פרטי מקסים וגישה נוחה לאגם, המרחק לחוף הפרטי מספר מטרים ולא צריך לעבור כביש. נמצא בסוף העיר פוגרדץ ובתחילת הטיילת אליה אז גם שקט וגם קרוב. בהתחלה היו לנו קצת אי הבנות עם פקידת הקבלה שיום לאחר מכן לא חזרה לעבוד, מנהל המלון מקסים, ממליץ מאוד, פעם הבאה שאני אגיע לאיזור אזמין את המלון הזה בשנית. Beautiful, new and clean hotel with a stunning view of the lake from the room. At night there’s a pleasant, cool breeze. The hotel has a lovely private beach with easy access to the lake—just a few meters away, with no need to cross any roads. It’s located at the edge of Pogradec, right at the beginning of the promenade, so it's both quiet and conveniently close to everything. At first, we had a bit of a misunderstanding with the receptionist, who didn’t return the next day. However, the hotel manager was wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this place, and the next time I’m in the area—I’ll definitely book here again. למרות שהחדר שקיבלנו היה ענקי עם נוף לים חדש ומדהים יש לקות בבניית המקלחת אשר מופנית לכיוון האסלה ללא דלת לכלן כשמתקלחים מרטיבים את כל חדר השירותים, גם לא היה לנו מים חמים כשניסינו להתקלח. ארוחת הבוקר פשוטה (אין עדין מטבח מסודר במלון) אבל טעימה ומספקת. היה נחמד גם עם היה ברז לשטוף רגלים כשיצואים מהחוף לפני שנכנסים למלון Although the room we received was huge, with a new and amazing sea view, there is a design flaw in the shower area. The shower faces the toilet without a door or proper partition, so when showering, the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Additionally, we had no hot water when trying to shower. Breakfast is simple—since the hotel doesn’t yet have a fully equipped kitchen—but it was tasty and sufficient. It was also nice to have a foot wash station at the beach entrance to rinse off before entering the hotel.
• Catarina (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf, prijs/kwaliteit top! - De vriendelijkheid van de uitbaters en de rustige ligging aan het mooiste stukje strand van het meer. In dit familiebedrijf gaat iedereen tot het uiterste om het je naar de zin te maken, ongelooflijk lieve mensen. Het stukje strand aan het meer is waanzinnig mooi! De badkamer is, zoals overal in Albanië blijkbaar, aan de kleine kant, met weinig ruimte om je spullen neer te zetten

• Zuzana (10/5): Rozhodně se do tohoto hotelu ještě vrátíme! - VŠECHNO! Místo, pokoje, snídaně a báječný personál. Zejména pan manažer, který byl opravdu úžasný! Výhled na jezero, koupání v krásně čisté vodě a hotel kousek od promenády, ale tak daleko, že tam je klid. Všechno bylo skvělé!
• Holger (10/5): - Negative Bewertungen können wir hier nicht verstehen. Frühstück war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Wir hatten Seeseite kein Straßenlärm und sehr ruhig. Konnten uns sogar das Zimmer aussuchen. Das Hotel wird von einer Familie geführt, die sich liebevoll und schnell um jegliche Anliegen kümmert. Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet. Ganz klar weiter zu empfehlen. Nichts alles war perfekt.

• holger (10/5): Ein schönes neues Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf dem Ohridsee und freundlichen Gastgebern - Ein tolles neues Hotel erwartete uns am Ohridsee. Unser Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und hatten einen herrlichen Ausblick direkt auf den See. Morgens die Augen aufmachen und das herrliche türkisfarbene Wasser des Sees bewundern. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Als wir es beim Einchecken gemerkt hatten, wollten wir wissen, wo wir eine Möglichkeit zum frühstücken finden würden. Darauf bot uns die ältere Dame, die das schöne Hotel mit ihrer Tochter führt, an, das Frühstück für uns zu bereiten. Wir waren sehr erfreut über soviel Nettigkeit und fanden uns am nächsten Morgen im Frühstückssaal, der noch nicht ausgestattet war, ein. Die ältere Dame hat dann nur für uns jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück angerichtet. Als wir bei der Abreise bezahlen wollten, wehrte sie sich dagegen vehement und meinte, es wäre Service. Und überhaupt, Mutter und Tochter trugen mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft dazu bei, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Demoli hatten. Ich kann nur jedem, der eine Rundreise oder einen längeren Stopp am Ohridsee macht, dieses Hotel empfehlen Alles war gut!

The hotel is located in the entrance of the city, offering both quietness and acess to all main attractions within a 10 min walk to the center. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast prepared for us on the house from the lady/owner of the hotel. The hotel is on the process of being fully functional, service wise. During our stay, the owner and her daughter were taking care of everything, reception, food, cleaniness. They didnt have serving staff. We received some remarks we didnt like, such as on tea spots noticed in our sheets, remarks for drinking coffee in the room [which is something all hotels should/do allow]. It sometimes felt like we were staying in a dorm. Nevertheless, i think this was due to the cultural context and the hard work the two women alone were handling. Some cultural understanding is required if you wish to stay here [which is overall worth the magnificient view].

Ausserordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotel-Besitzer. Trotz Sprachbarrieren wurde uns zuverlässig ein Taxi organisiert, dass auch die Grenze zu Nordmazedonien passieren durfte . • Melanie (10/5): - Die Lage direkt am See ist fantastisch! Die Besitzer kümmern sich liebevoll um Gäste und die Erneuerung des Hotels, die Zimmer sind schon neu ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war landestypisch und ganz wunderbar (die Marmelade!) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum sehr genossen.

• Soraya (8/5): - La ubicación es ideal. Justo enfrente del lago Ohrid, con unas vistas estupendas. El personal (que se resume básicamente en 3 personas) es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. El desayuno se sirve en las mesas del bar del hotel en la orilla del lago. Precioso, aunque bastante curioso. Te sirven una tortilla francesa con tomate, pepinillos y un trocito de queso. Cafés y zumo de naranja. Pan, mantequilla y mermelada. Y al rato largo te traen un plato con fruta cortada. Todo con mucha tranquilidad, como en todos sitios en Albania. El baño era pequeñito (nos quedamos en una suite) y se inundaba cada vez que nos duchábamos, porque no hay mampara ni nada que impida el agua que vaya por donde quiera... como en todos los hoteles que nos quedamos en Albania, pero ese era especialmente enano. Y si bien el sitio es precioso, el precio es excesivo para un hotel en una cuidad pequeñita del interior de Albania y para el servicio que tienen.

• NATHALIE (8/5): Hôtel familial au bord du lac - L'hôtel est au bord du lac.Il y a une plage aménagée, très appréciable.Par contre,le transat et le parasol sont payants.On peut bien sûr s'installer un peu plus loin et étendre sa serviette.C'est un hôtel familial à l'entrée de la ville. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue mer et nous avons dû séjourner dans une chambre côté rue, bruyante car très passante.Notre deuxième nuit a été beaucoup plus paisible car la chambre était côté lac avec une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment quelconque et le personnel n'était pas du tout réactif.Par contre,les propriétaires sont charmants.
• Roland (7/5): freundliche und hilfsbereite menschen sind nicht automatisch geeignete hoteliers - die freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft von hotelier dimitri und seiner mutter verdienen eine bewertung mit 10. die aussicht von den frisch erbauten zimmern mit balkon ist ebenfalls fantastisch. alles ist neu und schön gestaltet. der kiesstrand ist nah und sehr schön. leider ist unten eine "bar" , aus der von 9bis 19 uhr in entlosschleife laute remixe mit wummerndem bass zu hören ist . überall. auch bei geschlossenen fenstern. für mich als gast ü 50 unerträglich. das frühstück ist für ein haus in der preislage völlig ungenügend. drei stückchen tomate vier scheibchen gurke, labbriges weißbrot und billige plastiknäpfe mit industriehonig und - marmelade. auf nachfrage wird zwar um leckere marmelade aus omas beständen ergänzt, aber auch butter gab es nur auf nachfrage. kaffee wird von unfreundlichen jungmannen im pappbecher "serviert" . teewasser wird in plastikbechern aus dem heißwasserhahn improvisiert, bei bestellung auf 8:00 beginnt das team um 8:05 hektisch mit der vorbereitung, um 8:10 läuft jemand um osaft zu kaufen, um 8:20 beginnt man, teewasser auf dem gaskocher zu bereiten.... - völlig ungenügend für die preisklasse. zimmerservice schlampig. standliegen schmuddelig. küche der bar im souterrain siffig.

• Anett (8/5): Toller Kurztrip an den Ohridsee - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer und Personal. Tolle Aussicht direkt auf den See, super Strandbereich. Alles neu und sauber. Das Bad war etwas klein für 4 Leute.
• Yoann (6/5): - Marco was a fantastic host, helping us parking, finding restaurants, getting a slot at the beach, etc. The lake area is very clean and enjoyable! The hotel is really new, and needs quite some improvements. This is a traditional hotel style and you can still see electric cables everywhere, wifi is not working well, bathroom is very tiny, etc. Also, some features such as the private beach are not included (strongly advice to send a message to the property to pre-book a slot for you as it might be already full).

• Georgiana B (9/5): Good price for value, lovely staff - Everything was new and clean, rooms very spacious. The beach was right in front of the hotel, with a bar available (5 EUR cost for an umbrella with seats; music may be loud at times). The hotel is still finishing up some aspects, but all is good otherwise. Beds were ok, I prefer them a bit softer but slept fairly well overall. Quick hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful for everything that we needed, they truly made our stay there a pleasant one. There are some small improvements to considered for breakfast - e.g adding some pastries or cereals (as an alternate option), Shower position was a bit unusual and water splayed down in the bathroom, but it dried quickly so it was not much of an issue. Having some hand soap in the bathroom, rather than just the shower gel, would be nice.
• Guest (8/5): - The receptionist, who was also the one cooking the breakfast and serving (basically a one-man-show), was an amazing and very kind person. He would always ask, provide, and find solutions. He even came to thank us in person for staying there before we left. 🙏 As a new establishment, they didn't accept card payments yet. The breakfast was only one option, basically. Omelet eggs , and a few pieces of cucumber and tomato. Some packaged honey and juice. For coffee, you had to wait until 8.30 in the morning for the bar next door to open.

• Christine (8/5): Séjour agréable au bord du lac d’Ohrid - L’emplacement : l’hôtel est tout au bord du lac et la ville de Pogradec est accessible à pied. Le personnel est très serviable. Dimitri et Marco se sont occupés de trouver une place pour notre voiture et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous pensions que la plage privée faisait partie intégrante de l’hôtel et avons été très surpris de devoir payer pour profiter des transats + parasol. De plus, une forte et insupportable musique est diffusée sur la plage (9h-19h). L’hôtel vient d’ouvrir et le rodage est loin d’être terminé. Le personnel est très insuffisant vue la désorganisation du service pour le petit déjeuner (pas de buffet/service à table…). Nous remercions particulièrement Dimitri et sa mère qui font tout leur possible pour compenser cet état de fait. Comme l’activité est nouvelle, elle ne peut que s’améliorer !
