• Liubov (9/5): - За небольшие деньги отличный номер с телевизором, холодильником, ванной комнатой! Благодарим Артура и Кэти за гостеприимство, за теплое отношение к отдыхающим. Чувствовали себя эмоционально как дома. Хозяева угостили жареной ставридой (вкуснейшая). Атмосфера в отеле в целом спокойная, наполненная тонким юмором со стороны Артура, Кэти всегда приветливая и улыбающаяся. Море в 3-5 минутах по живописной аллейке. Море чистое, набережная очень понравилась, самое то для утренних пробежек, через каждые 300 метро детские современные городки, площадки и рядом же спортивные тренажеры. Я влюбилась в город Кобулети, не успела приехать с отдыха и снова хочу в этот чудесный городок на побережье Черного моря. Местное население дружелюбное, с охотой и радостью отвечают на вопросы. Мужчины галантные и не навязчивые, так что, девушки и женщины, не бойтесь приезжать в Грузию одни. Уже запланировала следующий отпуск в Кобулети♥️

• Zueva (10/5): Super grateful for the great time by the sea! - Lovely and hospitable hosts, we traveled with 2 pets, a cat and a corgi, and they were more than welcoming! Location is ultra good, leads you to the spot on the beach with less people :) The vacation ended too fast

• Olga (10/5): Отличное месторасположение и дом. - Уютный семейный дом, прекрасные хозяева. Очень чисто, все продумано. Хозяйка умница, всегда следит за чистотой, всегда рядом.
• Марина (5/5): Отдых эконом-класса - Доброжелательные хозяева, рядом магазины и лавочки с фруктами и лепешками. В номере есть все необходимое, даже микроволновка и телевизор. Посуда и минимальный набор для приготовления пищи - все есть. Есть возможность пользоваться стиральной машиной. Сырой и тёмный номер семейный номер на 1 этаже в гостевом доме, который находится между домами. Рядом с номером в коридоре - места общего пользования: кухня и стиральная машина. Машина все время работает, люди ходят мимо номера, шумно. Все влажное в номере и пахнет сыростью. Возможно, ещё подвела погода, но все- таки спать было тяжело. Перед заселением было не очень чистые полы, прибрано на скорую руку, сантехника старая, ломаная. Губка и тряпочка для кухни от прошлых жильцов не поменяла. У чайника колотый носик, наливать чай не очень приятно и опасно. Парковки не было, машину ставили на обочине вдоль дороги. Балкона тоже нет. А в описании было указано. Уличная территория хорошая, но небольшая и все время занята отдыхающими. Белье сушить надо было на общих сушилках, места немного, неудобно, так как другим тоже надо дать возможность сушить белье, а ещё и климат такой, что ничего не сохнет по 3 дня. Душ совмещен с туалетом без перегородки как и во многих местах Грузии. Жутко неудобно, но терпимо. При бронировании торопились, ехали из другого посёлка, поэтому деталей не уточнила и 1 этаж бы не выбрали изначально. Вариантов жилья в городе много, можно искать на месте.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was really good. The owner is super friendly and you immediately felt at home. The price/value was unbeatable for me. The shared kitchen was very well equipped. The bus stop is only 2-3 minutes away. You're right on the beach and there are several shops nearby. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large and the bedroom was surprisingly good equipped. What can I say? I'd love to come back.

• Sedat (9/5): a complete price performance hotel - It met expectations for its price. The room was warm enough. The shower water was hot and had high pressure. The mini-fridge in the room was working. We were able to use the washing machine for free. The staff helped with everything. A place to relax. People who make noise need to be warned more. Some people forget that there are others there too.
• Yana (10/5): The best place in Adjaria - This place is really amazing. For me the most important things are: location, sounds, space, stable WiFi (I work online), nice host. It has all this and above. Big room (you have a space to do yoga, for example), hot water (all works properly), a table, chairs, wardrobe. Big kitchen will all amenities. Quiet, few minutes to the sea, bus stop, super cheap cafe, supermarket. And the host is so nice, responsive, takes care of guests so much. I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

Although it was off season, the room and the common areas were very clean. I 'd like to come back. I warmly recommend it. It was a bit difficult to locate the property. Although the address, Rustaveli 329 is provided, there are several buildings on this number, including another hotel. The photos of the exterior of the building that appear on booking.com are taken from the back side, it's not the facade along Rustaveli street which can be misleading.

• Andrew (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Everything was excellent. Very clean, modern design, good facilities, very close to parks and restaurants and the beach. There is a fridge in the room and a well stocked clean community kitchen for everyone to use. Each floor of the complex had a kitchen. Very good set up. Lots of undercover tables to sit in the garden as well as small balcony in room and larger balcony with table and chairs on each floor. I enjoyed reading my book on the large balcony while soaking up the afternoon sun. One street back from the main street/park/beach was good, not as noisy as main road. The owner was very kind. We arrived at 11 am and hoped we could store our bags and come back to check into the room later The owner sent someone to let us in and gave us an upgraded room on the top floor right away. We were very impressed and grateful The owner, hotel and location were excellent. We would recommend the Prince Hotel and look forward to staying again. Thank you.

The hotel is near the beach and a park, lots of restaurants, cafes and markets in the nearby area. Also free WiFi. It was everything I needed for the perfect vacation.

Owners were so friendly productive and easy going people and helped me a lot, Thanks to them. I highly recommend to relax spend your sunny days in this accommodation. Everything was incredible, have nothing to say about negatives, because they do not exist.

• Sabine (10/5): Unbelievable pretty place, with everything you need whether you stay a short time or a long time! - I liked everything! It's unbelievable that I found this lovely hotel, with extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable owners! Location is great, only 200 meters to the sea . The beach is kilometres long and clean, and the seawater was a tad cold now in May, but actually very refreshing because it was hot weather. The center is somewhat 5 kilometres away but there are buses which stop in front of the hotel and there are many, many shops and cafés and restaurants not far away. And the agrarian market is really awesome and the bazaar! If you have a car you can make lovely trips into the mountains and villages, and see beautiful nature and rivers! The rooms are clean and have fully equipped kitchens, and wonderful spacy bathroom. I had also a big bedroom with closet, hangers, mirror! The garden is equipped with hangmat, chairs, sofa, and a seating for the barbeque, where you can prepare dinner whenever you like.. This is such a wonderful place! I'm amazed that I found it! The only thing I didn't like was that at a certain point I had to leave 🤣 but I'm definitely coming back soon!

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed with my wife for one night. I liked everything very much: friendly staff, clean rooms with high ceilings, each with a TV and a small refrigerator. A special plus for the fast Wi-Fi. Also in the courtyard there is a pleasant garden with a gazebo where you can spend holidays.The coast is about 100 meters away, which is also a plus. Nice place, we will definitely come back!
