Guest Reviews
- Kane (8/5): - Meals were of ample size and good quality, reasonably priced. Room was adequate for the night as a stopover.
- Marcus (10/5): - Andy was an amazing Manager.
- Steve (4/5): Very basic - Proper outback country motel designed for shearers. Not quite a place to recommend to travellers
- Carena (2/5): - The accommodation was basic and ok bathroom floor had a whole in it, covered in lino and felt unsafe, shower wall buckled and black patches that made it look moldy. The new Manager was rude at times and doesn't know how to run a tavern. No breakfast facilities available for people staying there, only big groups.
- Gail (8/5): - Clean room. Bed a bit soft for my liking but comfortable enough. A bit of noise very late at night (Friday) from pub patrons leaving. Food was good, and the gentleman running the bar and taking food orders was excellent at keeping up with everything.
- Lisa (6/5): - The basic single rooms were ok- they do the job. Not the greatest condition, strange weighted coverlets which weren’t terribly warm, sheets clean but very old, beds not so comfy and pillows old, one of our rooms missing a tv remote. We didn’t eat at the tavern although the meals coming out did look good.
- Rachandeep (10/5): - Quiet and peaceful
