I loved how quiet the hotel location is and my room had a pleasant view of the garden and other residential buildings. I had everything I needed for my stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not sure how the price compares to other hotels in the area and if it was higher than usual due to demand.

• Olga235 (8/5): Quiet area and good location - The hotel corresponds to a 3-star standard. Overall, it was quite good. It was a bit cold at night and in the mornings when the heating was not working, but there was a blanket in the room. The location is excellent. There is a nice view of the inner courtyard. The area is quiet and peaceful. There was a damp smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation did not help much. The elevator was for staff use only. My luggage was taken up and down by elevator, but otherwise I had to use the stairs. However, there are only three floors, so it was not too tiring. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated, especially in the mornings when it was cold and it would have been nice to have a hot tea or coffee.

Il letto era comodo, il bagno pulito, l'isolamento della camera sufficiente, la connessione stabile, la pulizia complessiva molto buona. L'impatto con l'operatore al check-in è stato un po' brusco e non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione sulla colazione o altri aspetti del soggiorno. Tutto il resto dello staff, invece, impeccabile e cordiale.

Deși am cerut pat matrimonial, camera a avut 2 paturi single, care arau pe picioare foarte alunecoase, și se deplasa foarte ușor.

Camera spaziosa e temperatura ottimale per il periodo. Acqua calda che arriva senza problemi, letto comodo e grande. Ottima anche la tecnologia con taparelle elettriche e tessere apriporta al posto delle chiavi. Personale cordiale La pulizia è vero che era ottima ma forse il pavimento in camera viene pulito di meno del resto, ci farei attenzione. Peccato anche non aver avuto il frigo in camera, cosa che ci ha costetto a mettere delle bibite al di fuori della finestra per tenerle al fresco, fosse stata estate sarebbe stato un problema da non poco conto.

Удобные матрасы, в номере было тепло и тихо Ужасный вайфай, телевизор без возможности подключить свое устройство или интернет. Небыло мыла для рук. Кровати сами по себе отьезжали от стенки приходилось поправлять, попросили вилки на рецепции но нам отказали.

• Irina (9/5): Хороший вариант за эту цену - Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Отель находится в хорошем районе, рядом несколько остановок траспорта, станции метро. До центра ехать недолго, есть магазины и кафе поблизости. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день, есть все необходимое. Помогли с поздним заселением, после 20.00 рецепция не работает-смогли уладить этот вопрос заранее онлайн. В номере достаточно холодно, отопление не включают-для декабря это немного некомфортно. Было слышно гостей из соседнего номера-но не критично.

• Daiane (1/5): Péssima experiência. O pior lugar que já fiquei - A localização é boa. Única coisa que gostei. Foi uma péssima experiência. O gerente é extremamente grosseiro. Estávamos em 2 amigas e o quarto com toalhas e cobertores para 1. Ao pedir mais toalha e cobertor eles disse que me daria no dia seguinte apenas, e estava bem frio. Depois de muita discussão e grosseria me forneceu. Um grosso. Disse que se eu quisesse ele devolveria o dinheiro para eu ir embora, e mesmo já sendo noite disse que sim. Daí ele não cumpriu com a palavra eu eu fui OBRIGADA a ficar lá por 1 semana inteira. Ele não tem palavra e o lugar é péssimo. Nem meu secador pude usar pq as tomadas não aguentam. Apenas 1 MUITO fraco que fica no quarto. No final passei 1 semana descontente e com medo dele.

Piccolo albergo in una via tranquilla, vicino alla metropolitana e ben servito dai mezzi; centro e City Life raggiungibili a piedi con una bella camminata. La camera era piccola e semplice ma con tutto il necessario ed il prezzo era più che adeguato trattandosi di Milano.

La struttura è pulita e si trova in una strada tranquilla in zona residenziale. Facilmente raggiungibile dalle fermate della M1 Wagner e De Angeli. Ci sono diversi parcheggi in zona, che hanno ovviamente prezzi milanesi. Non è una critica rivolta all'albergo di per sé: gli alberghi a Milano in periodo di fiere importanti hanno prezzi proibitivi, di conseguenza anche qui ho pagato molto più di quello che si dovrebbe per un albergo di questa categoria.
• TomasN (8/5): Simple, comfortable, and well-managed stay - The reservation process through Booking.com was very simple. After booking, we had to complete an online check-in via a Google form, but the process was straightforward and without any issues. The room was clean and serviced daily by the housekeeping staff. Although the furnishings are not the newest, everything met our expectations and was appropriate for the hotel’s price range. The receptionist was very kind and answered all our questions. The only minor drawback was that it didn’t seem possible to pay for breakfast directly during the booking process. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and can recommend the hotel. No issues during our stay.

Il y a un ascenceur mais nous n avons pas le droit de le prendre !!!!!! A fuir
