• Tracy (10/5): Amazing apartment would definitely use again. We were here for a week. - Beautifully equipped, shower was amazing, easy to walk everywhere and metro 5 minutes away. The area was fabulous. Bakeries, supermarkets, boutiques and very close to pnyx hill. The balconies were useful and our washing dried overnight so no need to bring big suitcases! Position of sofa for tv watching.
• Nouran Raouf (10/5): Great comfortable stay in an authentic Athens neighborhood. - We loved the stay overall. Very comfortable, spacious. The neighborhood had cute cafes and friendly shops. We got to know life in Athens away from the very touristy places. It also was easy to be suddenly in a nice area close to the Acropolis. Clean and safe streets. Multiple balconies and they were all very nice. All facilities are there and shower was comfortable, just turn on the water heater as instructed. Kitchen was well equipped, with washing machines. Host was friendly and very responsive. Nothing rly upset us at this stay. The neighbor downstairs would wake up and play rock music and play what sounded like drumming sounds. This upset us but it was around 10 AM when we would wake up anyway. We told the host about it and host said they'll speak to neighbors to look into it.
• Albert (9/5): I absolutely recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in Athens, even though it has some small issues that need - Very big, updated, modern and nicely designed apartment. The apartment has all necessary amenities for long-term living; my whole month at this place generally went smoothly and was very pleasant. Big modern TV in the living room. Nice working air conditioners in every room. Small but well-equipped kitchen where it is possible to cook. Large refrigerator. New modern washing machine. Super comfortable beds in both rooms. Huge closets in both bedrooms that can fit a lot of stuff, including big pieces of luggage. Two long balconies on both sides of the apartment. All necessary amenities were provided by the host. If I needed anything, I asked for it via WhatsApp, and they brought it. Perfect communication with the company/representative – they were always extremely helpful and very attentive. Clear check-in instructions and easy check-in process. Very good apartment location in a nice, safe, and pretty quiet area of the city center, within walking distance to the heart of Athens through a beautiful hill with Acropolis views. Great and super reasonable value – I paid just €40 per night. The major issue for me was a super slow Wi-Fi connection – on the original router the speed was only 10 Mbps. I complained, and they brought me another router, but even then the maximum speed was just 32 Mbps according to Speedtest. A lot of noise almost every morning (including loud music) from a neighbor downstairs who was repairing his apartment. Generally, the apartment is dark because of the first-floor location and another building very close by, so not much natural daylight comes in. Some furniture needs to be fixed (for example, two small coffee tables in the living room, a table in one bedroom, and the toilet seat) – they are not stable and are shaky. The vacuum cleaner was not working well – it didn’t pick up larger stuff at all, only very small and light pieces. And unfortunately, the apartment’s host refused to bring me another vacuum cleaner. Small dishwasher that was not properly installed in the kitchen section and always fell off the kitchen furniture when I opened it. No microwave. No dryer, so I had to dry clothes outside on the balcony, and overnight things could get a little bit dusty there. The shower drain and the sink got clogged twice, and I had to buy chemicals to make the water go through.

• Sally (7/5): Good - Facilitates are great, beautiful apartment and comfortable rooms. It was a good balance to stay in a quiet, residential area while still being able to reach the attractions, which is 10 min walk to reach Thisseo, then another 10/15 min walk to the centre of Athens. Getting the keys was a long and difficult process that involved validaiton steps outside of the booking platform on the property's app, although the staff was responsive via their application and WhatsApp, and able to help me resolve it. Getting the keys on the day of was straightforward. Shower did not have enough slope so it would flood outside...
• Radek (9/5): Great, specious and fully furnished. - Amazing communication with host, instant reply to every request. Early check-in on demand, with no extra cost. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished. Nothing was missing. Location ok, store right on the street, close to GAZI night district. We had some problems with electricity, but it was immediately fixed, therefore nothing to complain about.
• Esther (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation apartment is really recommended. The apartment is large and spacious with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Quiet area. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The fittings are perfect and the kitchen is well equipped. Make sure nothing is missing. The place is close to the tourist areas within walking distance. The hosts communicated with us and were available for us for any questions. We found parking easily. Recommended for the family.

• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean new apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I liked the location close to the sights but not in the busy touristy part of the city. Nearby there were some interesting more local restaurants.
• Maria (10/5): Very nice apartment walking distance to Monastiraki Square. - Awesome 2 bedroom apartment with 4 small balcony areas. Unfortunately I only stayed 1 night, I could have stayed longer. Great facilities and comfortable beds. Fresh bathroom and kitchen. The whole apartment is newly renovated. Nothing that I didn't like.
• Ana (9/5): Large and well equipped apartment in a good location - - The apartment is in a good location, you can get quickly to the heart of Athens (Akropolis, Monastiraki) and the Thisseio metro is easy to reach by foot. There are are supermarkets a couple of minutes away and also a nice bakery. In a 10 minutes walk you can reach many restaurants with a great view to the Akropolis. - Nicely furnished apartment, just like in the pictures. The rooms are big and with high ceilings. You can notice the attention to details and everything seems new. Each bedroom has very big closets, so more than plenty of space to store your stuff. Each bedroom has mirrors, a desk and chair, and night tables. The living room and kitchen are open space, there are a comfy couch, a coffee table, a dining table and a big tv. - Many facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffe maker, french press, AC in each room. - each room has balcony access (although the view is not extraordinary but if you have a wet towel you can let it dry there). - the apartment is in the first floor but there is also an elevator so no issues at all carrying the luggage. - the hosts respond quickly via the booking app. - Overall we had a very pleasant stay, thank you! - The cleaning staff should pay more attention: when we arrived the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests. We contacted the hosts and they were rsponsive, very nice and apologetic. We have left for a walk and somebody came to clean while we were out. However, the bedroom that has been cleaned still had hairs on the pillows, especially the tiny yellow throw pillow, so we did not use those pillows. I know i should have told the hosts right then but we did not want to complicate things more. - after the cleaning was done there was no more hot water (we checked on arrival and the water was hot): i assume the person who cleaned turned off a switch of the electric panel (i read this is an instinct many greeks have to save energy) or maybe the switch went off by itself, i don't know. I had a cold shower but then i realised that switch was probably the issue. I turned it on and the problem was solved. So this was only a minor issue. - there is one neighbor who probably each afternoon plays ping pong against the wall (we imagine that was the noise we heard) for hours and blasts loud music. We were not in the apartment much but a couple of time it was too hot and we needed a rest so we could witness this neighbor's "art". :)) He is quiet in the evenings and at night, don't worry, but if you are one to enjoy afternoon naps, make sure to have earplugs with you. In any case, this is not something that the hosts can fix. - the beds are overall very good, each of them have 4 big pillows, but personally i would have preffered some pillow that was not so high/big. I sleep on my stomach and i need a pillow that is more flat. So maybe two pillows can be big like that, and the other 2 flat so they can accomodate more sleeping styles. - a mosquito net for the bathroom window would be useful. - there is a nespresso type of coffee maker but there were no coffee pods for it.
