Guest Reviews
- Sylwia (6/5): Not great - I liked the decor and location. Paper-thin walls. By day 2 we knew our neighbours' full toilet routine. Horrible experience for shallow sleepers.
There was mould in places, blood stains on a carpet. Sink on top of the toilet was a shocker. Tiny bathroom with hardly a space for an adult. A bigger person simply won't be able to take a shower or do anything else.
The apartment was apparently suitable for a family of 4; however, the sofa bed was too small even for a teenager. I don't know how 2 people were supposed to sleep on it.
- Veerle (3/5): - Goed uitgeruste keuken. We found several long and short back hairs in our bed. I think the sheets where not changed. We found also a half full bottle of limonade under the sofa from previous guests. Sofa bed had no sheets. Finaly after insisting she brought some sheets. But the dirty sheets where not ok.

- Ninja (7/5): - Garten zur Mitbenutzung, schöne Raumaufteilung, gemütlich eingerichtet Bad leider sehr klein, Wohnung ist hellhörig
- Steveprichards (8/5): - Very lovely apartment and great size generally. There were no TV channels or Netflix connected as stated. Also no shower gel as stated.
The walls are ultra thin and I could hear next door cleaning their teeth at 05:30.
- Guest (8/5): Fine for a quick night. Easy check in. Better than a hotel if you value being a able to cook. - Collecting and dropping off keys nice and easy. Sufficiently stocked kitchen for the night. Towels provided. Sofa in lounge was uncomfortable and bed was very soft (personal preference, but worth knowing if you prefer a harder bed - I slept on floor). It was also really warm inside and windows have locks to prevent opening too far (reasonable as ground floor) so we had to have the back door open until we went to bed, could have done with a fan . No aerial or cable in TV, and although there was a fire tv stick it wasn't plugged in and no access to hdmi ports so TV was useless to us. Please look into 90degree HDMI adaptors!
- Annique (7/5): Ok - Parkeren was prima voor de deur en gratis. De slaapbank was te klein voor 2 personen. Smal en kort. En er as geen onderlaken.
- Martin (6/5): - Quiet street quite near to lovely pier area. Very small bathroom, bad bed in a place with thin walls so the neighbour toddler woke us up very early.
- T (9/5): Superb - Modern, clean and comfortable. Had an issue with a broken blind on arrival, contacted hist and she had it fixed straight away. It was a very hot couple of days, a fan would have been ideal within the apartment.
- Kaxa (9/5): Superb - Close to Town and sea side, clean room, comfortable bed, all in good value for money.
- Pinkowska (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - Modern, comfortable accommodation on the quiet street.
Clean, cosy beds.
You may stay there with the family up to 4 people. Not enough toilet rolls and lack of kitchen paper towel.
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Lovely flat. Clean. Unfortunately, due to a baby next door. Crying at night. Little sleep
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zose (10/5): My Cozy Experience. - I loved everything about it. Words cannot express how satisfied I was, and I am glad I made the choice of staying at Cozy Retreat. I would definitely recommend booking this place as it me all my needs. It was home away from home. Nothing. It was perfect!
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional - Was perfect for an overnight visit to the town at an excellent price
- Selina (8/5): Very good - property had pleasant decor throughout and a nice atmosphere. Didn’t like the sink on top of the loo. Bed was small
Also the building seemed to have a mouse problem. Possibly a little small for the money.
- Suet (7/5): Satisfied - The location is fairy good. I didn't like the toilet which is quite small.
- Norman (9/5): Other than distance from nearest shops ideal plce to stay. - Very nice place. Easy to park. . Only criticism was tiny bathroom
- Rachel (10/5): A great space for a comfortable stay - Clean and attractive Nothing
- Helen (8/5): Great, lovely little place. Best suited to just 2 people. - Great location, beautiful decor, very well
Maintained. It was very lovely. The lack of curtain between the bed and the rest of the property. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
- Ben (3/5): Nice property, poor surroundings - Nice space, good value awful neighbours. The whole family were kept up until the early hours due to a loud family shouting, including kids, in to the early hours. IT made the stay awful and ruined the next day for everyone.
- Margaret (9/5): Superb - The apartment was lovely bright , welcoming and lovely small touches, such as the milk very appreciated the toiletries. We will definitely be coming back had a great layout as well. The bathroom. door handle coming away from the door so we didn't shut it completely. The door handle in the living room area was very difficult to deal with my partner had to open it for me everytime.
- Rosamund (8/5): Very good -
- Frey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (9/5): Very good clean and stylish unit easy checkin. - Unit is very nice just what you need very stylish clean and modern. Maybe too modern we couldnt get tv to re connect to internet so had no access to the television. Very simple to checkin etc . use of washing machine and dryer up stairs was welcome. Better than a motel room for sure. Would stay again. A strong smell of cannabis from nearby units. But thats not the owners fault
- Natalie (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable. Great communication, and check in and our process was stress free. Very good value for money, highly recommend
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - All good Couldn't find wifi number written anywhere in the welcome file or elsewhere.
- Abdulai (8/5): Very good -
