Generally they dont

- Sally Big Smile (8/5): - Very clean and well maintained, nice quiet location. A bit far from the town centre for access on foot. I have dodgy joints and can't walk for long before my feet are killing me. Then again, my fault for not double checking on the distance.
- Stacey (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable - The room was very welcoming had everything you would need and extremely clean I have no complaints
- Jonathan (10/5): Convenient. Comfy. Clean. - Comfortable little bolt-hole. A mile or so from town centre, but pleasant walk to get there. Comfy bed, good us of space. Hot drinks available. Dinky fridge with cold water. All you need for a short stay. Nothing
- Chris (10/5): - Quiet residential location a few minutes from a decent pub and beach.
Exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The fact I didn't need to call the host meant everything was great. Private entrance and they kindly stored my bike in their shed.
Nothing to fault at all. Really, nothing. Perhaps some green tea bags?
- Natalia (10/5): - Helpful host, comfortable bed, nice en-suit for couple of days stay. Nice, calm area, place for car. -
- AUBREY JANINE (10/5): - The property was in a very nice and quiet area while still being relatively close to the sites that we wanted to visit. Was easy to access the property while being very clean and welcoming. There was a nice welcome package with all information needed and some nice snacks there on arrival too.
Would happily of stayed there longer and would happily stay there again too. There was nothing that was not nice as everything was as we expected and more.
- malcolm (10/5): Lovely property ,clean &comfy . - Very convenient for visiting my son &granfchikdren
- Jeff (10/5): Excellent accommodation with easy ground floor access Spotlessly clean and comfortable with privacy - The Location was ideal for day trips in our car and having a local pub that we could walk to and have meals was ideal
We loved the easy access of the Bungalow and the cleanliness and cosyness Plenty of tea coffee and the mini fridge was a bonus
The Owner was very attentive on arrival and showed us how to get the key to the property and use the key to get in There was nothing at all we did not like and would definately stay here again if we were in the area
- Dagroco (9/5): - Sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
- Emma (9/5): Great stay and lovely accommodation - Everything was great Only thing was size of bed but it is a double bed in a double room… we would just preferred a king 😂
- gary (10/5): Whitstable WOW - Lovely clean room with everything you need for a great stop over.
Situated in a very quiet residential area.
A short walk to West Beach and into town.

- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - The room was comfortable and really beautifully outfitted. The host was extremely accommodating. We had a bit of an issue during our original dates, and she helped/communicated really well and was very supportive. Nothing. There wasn't anything to dislike.
- Dane (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for beach and a short walk into the town centre
- Davey (8/5): Lovely High Spec room in quiet location - The room is very high spec....lovely location
Short-trip by car or bus to centre Whistable.
Lovely pub ...Rose in Bloom at short walk from house
With lovely balcony over looking sea views.
Only down side is we like to catch up on news at end of the day and the T.V is a little complicated to get live T.V on ...but didn't spoil the great trip we had.
Well done Michelle.

Thank you soooo much to the host Michelle 😊 N/A
- Margaret (8/5): Very good -
- Hugh (1/5): Bad - I messaged the owner two days before i left Ireland, to say that I was travelling from Ireland to Whitstable for a funeral. In my message I asked if it was possible to drop my bag off and change my clothes, no reply, so I had to find a place to get changed.
I received a message with a key code for accessing the property sometime in the afternoon, I glanced at it and took note of the number. Later on that day I asked someone at the funeral the whereabouts of the address, they showed me on Google maps, but unfortunately didn't tell me to switch it off until I needed it. I did arrive at the address late but my phone had used up the battery, I had the code, but there was no light, I couldn't see the digits, and therefor I could not gain entry to the house, what a journey. This left me with nowhere to go!
I saw the next day when I got some charge on my phone, that I had been sent a message to say that the the light had been turned off just after 12 midnight, a sensor light would have been a great help, never be back and it cost me 93 euro, no reimbursement from the owner, and forget about booking.com. I booked for Birmingham last night but not through booking. com
- Bernadetta (9/5): Great room in good location. - Brite Suite is located in quiet, clean residential road within walking distance to town centre( 15min) and a few stone from the sea.
Room was well presented with a little kitchenette, kettle , toaster , microwave, cutlery, plates and cups, so we could prepare nice breakfast with a cuppa of tea/ coffee.
Room and bathroom were clean, fresh and welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay😊.
- Despina (8/5): Very good - Michelle was quick to respond to questions and the room was quiet and had everything I needed for a work night away.
I have booked another evening in June
- Eamon (9/5): Great comfortable stay - Area, the room and shower. Parking good also. Very nice host. Nothing
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Culver (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay at the Bright Suite. The place was clean and a great value for money. I also forgot my coat at the property, and Michelle sent it by post the next day.
- Jon (8/5): Well presented and clean accomodation. Ideal for a night or two with pleasant 20 minute walk into Whitstable - Clean and well presented Unfortunately the TV didn’t work, even having followed all the instructions
- Ingrid (9/5): Overall warm, comfortable and provides all you require for self-catering stay - Liked it was slightly away from town (20min walk) - peaceful retreat when involved in a ‘group gathering’ because you are quite separate from main accommodation/ downtown area. There are ‘shortcut pathways’ to the town/shopping area when walking and the walk is relatively flat, however, if carrying luggage or shopping a taxi or rental vehicle is best. The area felt safe and roads are wide with plenty of parking options. Other areas ‘downtown’ lack parking so beware of that. Not having separate entrance. This property appears to be a garage conversion which is modern, tidy and warm. You get a key to the property door and are able to use a slide bolt lock when inside the accommodation area. The owner certainly respects your privacy and if that door was lockable the owner clearly would have a key anyway so essentially pointless to ‘key lock’ that internal door. Only suggestion I would have is addition of smoke alarm and instructions on escape/ gathering point should an emergency occur. My home country has regulations around that so interesting not to see evidence of ‘emergency procedures’ here.
- Tin (10/5): Very nice! - It is set up separately so we don't disturb the host. The room has everything: a kettle, towels, hairdryer, TV, hot water shower and most importantly, free parking. I have spine issues, so a mattress that is harder works better for me; however, it varies by person.
- Lesley (9/5): A comfortable and convenient room which s good value for money. Will definitely stay there again - This was good value for money.. the room was small but comfortable and located in a quiet area. It’s around 20 minute walk to the town and there is a great pub ,which does nice food and has a great view of the sea, round the corner
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - The property was perfect and.included everything to make it a relaxing break.
- Sonya (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay for a couple of nights, clean and nicely decorated. The coastal walk down into Whitstable was lovely and took around twenty minutes. Maybe a sensor light when returning home in the evening, would rather a small pint of milk in the fridge as apposed to the little milk cartons.
- Sharon (8/5): Overall a nice stay & everything on hand & easy walking to bus stop & high street. Lovely quiet area . - Parking on site and an earlier check in. Very quiet area & easy access to property. N/a
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Spacious comfortable excellent value for money
Its more like a studio with a sofa and mini kitchen with microwave toaster and a mini fridge
good pub end of street not Central
- Gill (9/5): A comfortable, clean room with parking right outside. - Convenient parking, clean and comfortable Everything was great except a slight smell of drains/damp in the bathroom but that wasn’t off putting. I would stay again
- Skotija (9/5): Cosy room, friendly owner! - Very friendly owner, explained, how to reach beach easily.
Nice room, very well equiped! Not far from the beach. Need to take a bus to reach place from Railway station- it is far away.
- Paige (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacky (9/5): Relaxed and happy experience well worth the visit. - Lovely clean self contained room, quiet area, safe and secure. Welcoming owner and helpful. Everything was ok just a minor concern about entering and exiting the property at night. The property would greatly benefit from a sensor light which triggers when people approach or exit the property. A hand rail on the steps entering and exiting the property would be useful. My mum has a knee replacement and found getting into and exiting the property a challenge. Other than that it was a welcoming place to stay.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable stay . Thank you Michelle 😊
- Alison (9/5): Great, would stay again. - Perfect for our short stay. Property was very clean, host was very helpful and responded quickly to all contact.
- John (7/5): Comfortable room - Good bed ,chocs and biscuits No lock on bedroom door, shower has drain smell when sink is used, I dont think the shower has a waste trap so it's allowing the smell to escape. Room is comfortable but small. Quite a way from town centre.
- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Exceptional care for every detail of our comfort
- Kym (8/5): Very clean and tastefully decorated - Lovely room and spotless.
Was quite a way to town and didn’t expect it to be that far from town.
Even so the room was lovely Felt strange staying in someone’s house.
Kept tv to minimum incase we disturbed anyone
- O'neill (8/5): Lovely location , clean , very comfortable. - Was a lovely quiet location Trying to wash cups up.in.the bathroom in sink & filling the kettle .
- Mandy (9/5): A really good value for money immaculately clean option which we would recommend to anyone visiting Whitstable. - Immaculately clean, good location being out of town so quiet but close enough to walk in, good value for money, friendly host. Room really would benefit from a blackout roller blind or curtains as the light woke us very early through the existing blinds.
- Joe (10/5): Lovely, comfy and clean room. - Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, spacious, handy little sofa, good WiFi, good storage, nice modern bathroom with toiletries, microwave and crockery available, quiet location, parking, 5 to 10 minute stroll to beach, then onto town. We didn't use the TV, but it has Prime and Netflix Nothing.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (10/5): I would definately recommend this place. - Very comfy bed . Spotlessly clean. All the facilities were there. Attention to detail in making our stay very comfortable. Michelle is a great host. Free street parking in a very quiet area. Very good value for money. A few minute walk to nearby pub where we watched a beautiful sunset over west Whitstable sea, and had a very good meal.
- Cecilia (9/5): Pleasant stay in a well appointed room with ensuite. - The self contained room was very clean and comfortable with a min fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery. The location was very quiet and not far from the beach. Blackout blinds or curtains would be great as the room was very bright once it got light. The door to the room didn't have a separate lock.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Antony (8/5): exactly what I needed, clean, quiet and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by the extras supplied. - Very well equipped, 'fridge, toaster, microwave, tea and coffee making catered for, including fresh milk, all very thoughtful
- Allen (10/5): Exceptional - Overall very nice & Absolutely would stay again Michelle was very polite & Helpful
- Marion (9/5): Excellent stay with Michelle allowing us to relax in her garden. - Location was good.Michelle gave us useful info regarding where to eat and the how to reach the beach which were both within walking distance.
- Maria (9/5): Overall our stay was very pleasant. I would reccomend it - the host was kind and she answered quickly to any questions. The room was very clean an cosy, the host even left some milk and some biscuits for breakfast. The house was 20 mins walking from the city centre and there aren't any shop close by. This was a little bit annoying for us because we didn't come by car, but with a car the shops are few mins away.
- Dawn (10/5): Great accommodation - The accommodation was roomy and airy with all you need for a stay.
The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if you needed anything. A little far from the harbour for a stroll around,no problem if you have transport.
Lovely pub Rose and Bloom 3mins from accommodation that does great food with beautiful views of the coast from their outside dining area while your enjoying a meal.
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very welcoming and let us check in a bit earlier as the room was ready. We enjoyed our stay and walking around the town. We highly recommend.
- Jan (9/5): Sleepover - Everything you could need for a comfirtable one or two night stay. Cleverly configured space.
Communication good and timely.
- Janet (10/5): Great place to stay and lovely host. - Michelle was very welcoming and was able to help us with directions to venue we need to find. Bright Suite had everything we needed for our short stay. Everything was immaculate and very homely too. The bed was very comfortable and I am fussy. Michelle went out of her way to allow us to check in early due to the time of the wedding we were attending. It was very good of her to do that for us, especially as she had guests staying the night before us. We really appreciated that. The property is in a lovely quiet area but not too far out from amenities and the beach. We would highly recommend to anyone who would like to explore Whitstable.
- Bevan (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean not to far from town
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Norman (7/5): Adequate for short stay. - It was clean and comfortable Somewhat remote without transport.
- Ashish (10/5): Will defo stay again - Amazing and friendly host
- Andy (9/5): Easy to find , great room and facilities, friendly host 😊👍 - Great location, super clean and the owner made direct contact with us when our room was ready. Fantastic clean airy room with microwave, toaster and kettle and lovely private bathroom It would have been a 10 but it could do with a lock on the room door. Although they only had the single room and everything was safe inside the house.
- Sarah (8/5): A good experience - Room very clean, bed very comfy No curtains, was to bright in the morning in the summer
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (10/5): Enjoyable and relaxing - Very comfortable room with all facilities as promised, everything that I needed for my stay, a helpful host.
A comprehensive instruction/guidance leaflet provided. Quiet and undisturbed. It took me a while to fathom out how to use the TV, but I suspect that was down to my age!!
- Samuel (10/5): A place of comfort - Quite environment. Nice place to spend a weekend.Host was very hospitality. Nothing.
