• Gabriela (7/5): Caro para lo que es. - La ubicación es excelente. No estaba muy limpio, se nota que las instalaciones son viejas y le falta mantenimiento eso hace que parezca aún menos limpio.
• Noa (6/5): Un apartamento que no está a la altura de lo que pagas - La ubicación es magnífica. Tienes todo cerca restaurantes , bares , cafeterías . La zona es tranquila ,muy céntrico . El check in fue fácil. Tenía aire acondicionado que fue genial porque hizo mucho calor. Pues el estado del apartamento es bastante distinto a las fotos . El suelo de parquet todo deteriorado, la luz del baño estaba fundida solo servía la del espejo, un olor a humedad tremendo porque tiene una fuga el termo ( que está dentro del ropero) y es desagradable la verdad . Tuvimos que poner el cubo de la basura para que cayeran las gotas de agua porque gastamos todas las toallas que nos dejaron para eso porque salía mucha . Es verdad que vinieron a arreglarlo y ya hoy , que era nuestra salida , ya no goteaba . Nos parece que por poco más de 500€ /2 noches es caro .Lo sé porque vengo bastante y me he quedado en muchos sitios ya.

• María (7/5): - Lo mejor del apartamentos es su ubicación. El barrio de las letras es precioso y super céntrico, pudimos ir andando a los principales teatros, el museo del Prado, Sol, la Plaza de España, Callao... Sin duda, un acierto para patear la ciudad. Además, tanto la cama como el sofá cama eran muy cómodas. El apartamento necesita cuidado. Paredes sucias, el bajo de las puertas estaba levantado por la humedad, el suelo cirugía y la limpieza, regular. Una de las bombillas del baño parpadeaba y en el salón no había posibilidad de encender tan solo una bombilla, el interruptor las encendía todas a la vez. ¡Importante! Hay pequeños escalones para acceder al apartamento, al baño, a la cocina y al salón.

We recomand this location. - We appreciated: - The location of the apartment (near the three major museums, and the Anton Martin metro) - The quiet (view of the inner courtyard, which is clean), - Especially the very good communication and prompt help provided by the Royalflat team – who manage the apartment, in the situation where our contact phone was blocked! We did NOT appreciate the fact that the kitchen is not very functional because: - The hood is broken - The tap moves - The sink siphon leaks - There is no kitchen towel Maybe they are small things, but they do not mean respect for the tourist who pays a large amount for the rental

• Giuditta (5/5): Passable - Perfect location in central Madrid, lots of shops and restaurants around, but still quiet at night. The staff were very helpful: when we arrived and had issues with the front door lock, they came straight away and sorted it. Lots of towels and pillows. The facilities weren't the best: broken closet door, broken kitchen fan, key got stuck in lock. The apartment was cold: there was only a small space heater available, which isn't enough if the temperature outside is low (7-10°C when we stayed).

• Kara (9/5): Comfortable, well-located apartment - The location is excellent. The flat is a perfect amount of space for 2 people, but could likely accommodate 4. The apartment is as described. It would hace been nice to have some tea/coffe, cooking oil, pepper, etc. for use in the kitchen. I left behind some so hopefully the next guest can enjoy.

• Mary (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. Great apartment with easy access to main attractions - The location was very central area of Madrid. The street was very quiet. We met the host and cleaning lady on arrival - we received such a warm welcome, we immediately felt at home. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, great shower and sitting / dining room. A few minutes walk to Sol and 10- 15 mins to Prado museum. I would highly recommended this property and would stay here again if we return to Madrid. Nothing
• Han (7/5): Bad - Good place to stay Service is very bad. You can hardly reach the reception. It could be even worse when it is a business trip as no one will provide feedback for an invoice even after check out. NOT SUGGEST FOR BUSINESS TRIP
• Tamara (8/5): Very neat, clean and super good value for the price! - Very clean, comfy apartment, directly in the city center, very close to many nice restaurants and bars. There were four of us and the couch was broken. They did offer us to help if anything needed, but since we slept only two nights we said it is ok and improvised a bit.
• Susan (6/5): Pleasant - Bed was very comfortable. Location good. Less than a mile walk to museums and Atocha station. Excellent espresso coffee place very close. Fairly quiet. OK for a 2 night stay. Dust from nearby construction on the street and in the building. Layout awkward. Closet doors off the rails. Pocket door to bedroom didn't work well. Shower slippery and controls unusual, takes awhile to figure out.
