• Biagio (8/5): Struttura ottima. - Struttura pulita organizzata benissimo e con molti accessori e da uso quotidiano. Il wi-fi non funzionava. Ho scritto un messaggio alla struttura ma non hanno mai risposto. I dipendenti durante l’orario di lavoro erano schivi e non salutavano nemmeno.
• Pascal (9/5): Good for tourists - Location was alright, our stay was on 10th floor as we requested top floor. It wasn't top floor but high enough for us to be able to have no noises and a little bit of view. Rooms were decently clean, facilities were great. We opted for the option of a better room with washer so we could wash our clothes which was lovely. Not too much to add, location was alright you were at least within many places nearby or places where you can travel from. Hoped the price would've been a little lower, but that's always something you desire when you take these quite expensive trips!
• Chuan-Shiu (7/5): - 安靜 清潔其實沒有很乾淨、仔細，衛生紙蓋上有污漬，陽台灰塵多，晾衣服前要全部擦過，洗衣機也不乾淨，有積垢，充電不過電⋯感覺就是花錢住飯店還要再當房務，跟部落客開箱介紹的差很多。

• Seungju (10/5): 짱조아서 다음에 또갈예정 - 일본치고 숙소 너무넓음, 침구류 정말편함. 화장실도 넓고 엄청 깨끗함. 와이파이도 잘됨. 방음도 잘됨. 한층에 호수 2개밖에 없는것도 너무좋음(조용함). 근처에 로컬시장도 있어서 유명한 관광지보다 동네여행 하고싶은분들께 너무추천함. 거의없으나 수건 추가로 주는게 불가능하단점?(세탁기가 내부에 있어서 알아서 빨아써야함). 체크아웃이 10시인 점?

• KaterinC (8/5): Big comfortable space - That was by far the biggest place we stayed in Japan. Beds were comfortable. The power outlets were plenty and universal - so we didn't need to use the travel adapters for EU plugs. Also some USB and wireless charging pod available. Although the apartment and not a hotel, it still had plenty of personal care /sanitary goodies in the lobby to grab if needed. The check in instructions were easy to follow. And overall smooth experience. Quiet location yet waking distance from few metro lines. Also under 30 min walk from Dotonbori. It was cold in the bathroom. The small heater fan wasn't doing a good job, but we managed.

• SKTora (10/5): Clean, Comfy, Convenient - It's clean, comfortable, and convenient. I didn't see any staff on site but my email inquiries were answered fairly promptly. There is only one adjacent room, so it was quiet. Luggage storage: It's on the property but outside the room and exposed to elements such as rain. They oboe provide a short, thin cable and a padlock with which suitcases were supposed to be "secured" to railing. No real security. If it is raining, forget it.

• HT (7/5): Room is clean but not user friendly checking in and out - The room is clean They mentioned can leave the luggage before check in but there is no one assist for us before the check in time, as the door is automated lock by pin, we could not access therefore how to leave the luggage before check in? All the emergency contact is useless which no one respond. Hopefully the hotel will take note of this issue. Otherwise all good.

• 현희 (10/5): 가족여행객에게 너무 만족스러운 숙소!! - 일본에서 호텔은 항상 좁다는 느낌이었는데 세명이서 좁지않게 편하게 사용할 수 있었어요 화장실에 욕조도 있고 세탁기도 사용할 수 있어서 3인 가족이 불편함없이 사용했습니다 너무 만족한 숙소였어요 난바에서 조금 걸어가야하지만 오히려 관광지와 조금 떨어져 있어서 좋았습니다

• Jia Yun (8/5): Overall quite okay in terms of comfort, no housekeeping everyday though - Its comfortable and not too small, can do laundry all and a balcony to hang clothes. toilet is comfy and bed is comfy, fridge is huge enough! The luggage storage space is not very safe to me because everyone can access to them (locked at staircase there), kinda risky especially if I am putting my backpack/duffel bag there (can be unzipped easily).

• SHIWEI (8/5): 非常美好的开始，清洁、舒适而方便。但是最后一天的遭遇令人困惑。 - 位置还可以，类似公寓功能比较齐全。 安全性方面。 在临走的最后一天凌晨2点多有人在外面转动门锁并且敲门，出于安全考虑我们没有贸然出门查看，但是大声呵斥了。 这导致我们最后一晚睡的很不踏实，毕竟并不明确到底是其他的客人的问题还是有非住客进入酒店试图侵入房间。但是因为第二天要赶飞机所以没有时间去了解和探讨这个问题了。

• Brooke (9/5): Great. - The room was absolutely beautiful & super spacious. Our best room in our whole Japan trip. The check in was quite late being 4pm & the luggage storage option wasn’t the safest with no reception/staff you had to leave your bags unattended on a chain lock which wasn’t the safest if you didn’t have bags that lock.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

• Shirley (7/5): Room was sufficient for our Osaka stay. - Easy walk to subway station. Had a balcony with a clothesline. Comfortable beds. Very hard to get in when you first arrive. The code system can be difficult first time especially when you’re a weary traveler. No reception personnel. There wasn’t any drinking glasses only big coffee mugs. No knives or teaspoons. Room faced a very noisy road.
