• susanne (8/5): Gelunger Aufenthalt mit Familie - Die Lage ist gut. Der Busstop ist nur 200 m entfernt, die U-Bahn nur etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung der Küche reicht aus, um sich Frühstück und Snacks vorzubereiten, jedoch nicht um richtig zu kochen. Es fehlen beispielsweise Schüssel für Salat und mehr Besteck wäre praktisch. Andererseits war die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Umgebung des Chelsea Stadion. Wenn Spiel ist, gibt es Polizei aufkommen und viele Menschen warten direkt vor der Wohnung mitten auf der Straße. Wir fanden das aufregend und toll, aber hatten es von der U-Bahn aus schwer, zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Informiert euch also über die Spielzeiten, um das nur von oben zu bestaunen. Oder besucht ein Spiel 🤭 das Personal ist sehr bemüht Kontakt zu halten und steht via WhatsApp und anderen Kanälen zur Verfügung. Das schafft Sicherheit, wenn man im Ausland eine Ferienwohnung mietet. Das fand ich gut. Die Wohnung ist in jedem Zimmer mit Duftsteckern, ausgestattet, die alles künstlich riechen lassen. Ich fand das fürchterlich und hab sie alle eingesammelt und raus in den Flur gestellt. Da man aber typisch Londoner Fenster kaum aufbekommt und auch in der Wohnung durch die alten Schiebemechanismen nur 2 überhaupt aufgehen, bekommt man schlecht Luft in die Wohnung. Die Straße ist in der Nacht sehr laut. Es ist zwar Tempo 20, aber niemand hält sich daran. Besonders nachts rasen die Autos und Motorräder vorbei. Die Klospülung ist ebenfalls irrsinnig laut. Ich weiß nicht ob das typisch für alte Häuser in London ist oder einfach in der Wohnung so ist, aber der Kompressor vibriert während man sitzt los und die ganz Schüssel wackelt. In der Nacht auch sehr störend laut, wenn ein Familienmitglied mal muss. Soll aber nicht zu negativ ausfallen, wir waren im gesamten sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Vielleicht könnte man mit ein paar Haustechnischen Verbesserungen noch die letzten paar Prozent zu 💯 erreichen.

• maeve (9/5): A beautiful apartment offering every convenience for a short or long stay. - We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment. Communication was excellent, friendly and informative. I was given regular texts to clarify the checking in process. There was flexibility offered around checking in/out. The host maintained regular contact and offered assistance where needed. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, ample living space in the sitting room with comfy furniture. Located 7 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube station with easy access to central London. Bus stop directly outside offering an alternative mode of transport and ideal to see some London sights on the journey. Bars, restaurants and shops located beside the property. A perfect base to see London. Nothing.

• Mara (10/5): Maravilhoso - O apartamento é muito confortável e bonito. Com todas as comodidades necessárias. A localização é maravilhosa, é uma zona muito tranquila e agradável e tem uma estação de metro e várias de autocarro muito próximas e com acesso direto as áreas mais turísticas. Gostamos de tudo. A única coisa que é importante informar é que o prédio não tem elevador o que poderá ser um obstáculo para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade. Para nós não teve qualquer problema.

• Dmitrii (10/5): - The apartment fully met our expectations. This cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. If you're used to elevators and spacious lobbies, this option might not be for you :) On the contrary, we loved staying in an authentic London home with its own charm, rather than a random chain hotel. The apartment is warm (heating is adjustable) and features a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, a comfortable bed, a pull-out sofa, a smart TV, and a small library. The location is convenient, with a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Stamford Bridge Stadium is nearby; there were no major matches during our stay, but keep this in mind when planning your visit. The staff were punctual during check-in and maintained good communication with us throughout. We are happy with our stay and will definitely return. Thank you!
• Paco (9/5): Estancia muy cómoda y bien localizada. Precio aceptable. - La ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento y su limpieza fueron la clave. En este caso era un tercer piso sin ascensor. Al ir con carro de bebé, se nos complicaba la gestión de subir y bajar. Aún así, estuvimos muy cómodos.

• Anna (10/5): Perfecto para familias x confort, ubicación y servicio - Excepcional alojamiento tanto x su ubicación (cerca de metro y bus) cómo del centro comercial. El apartamento esta amueblado, decorado con esmero y con todos los productos de primera necesidad para tu llegada. La cama, almohada y sábanas son excelentes (tengo problemas de espalda y siempre que duermo fuera me acabo resintiendo), el sofá cama también es muy cómodo.Paloma, su anfitriona nos cuidó mucho y nos permitió hacer un early check in. Desde luego, si volvemos a Londres para pasar unos días repetiremos. Nada 😊

It is a well-maintained old building that has its own charm. The apartment is extremely clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Our high recommendations for this apartment.

• Luisa (10/5): Central and clean apartment - The apartment is very clean and well structured. We also had free coffee and cookies and that was a nice surprise. No carpet in the rooms, that's unusual and very nice. The position is central and we were able to reach all the spots we were interested in both by tube and by bus. The drain in the bathroom is a bit noisy.

• Samantha (1/5): There were numerous issues during our stay - There were numerous issues during our stay: - Carrying luggage up four flights of stairs was the first issue - Plumbing issue - The toilet makes a loud noise when flushing. - The shower has low water pressure and doesn’t drain - The walls are paper thin and could hear neighbours talking, and walking above our apartment and even yelling which sounded like an argument which woke us up at 1am and they continued for over an hour. - The major concern was the garbage which let off a sulphur smell throughout the building, the maintenance staff acted quickly and did all they could, however issue unresolved!! We literally couldn’t use the kitchen and our 8 year old son was unwell for the duration of our stay.

Cooker did not work - faulty electrics - although this was disputed by the host You have to give an exact time of arrival to get the keys handed over. Pull out bed so uncomfortable Host was awfully condescending

El personal muy atento, responden rápido antes y durante la estancia, muy buena atención cuando te reciben. En la zona hay supermercados, restaurantes y la parada de metro está cerca. El sofá cama es algo duro.

• Claudia (7/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber zu laut und dafür zu hoher Preis - sehr saubere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Lage Nähe des Chelsea Stadions und der U-Bahn, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe-netter Kontakt das Bett war viel zu weich, das Couchsofa Bett dafür viel zu hart, 3. Etage ohne Aufzug, liegt an einer lauten stark befahrenden Straße ( auch nachts), schlafen mit offenem Fenster war kaum möglich…
