• Leonard (5/5): Very convenient location 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station and 30 minutes from San Marco plaza, but poorly m - Excellent Location and nice size of the place, the host is very responsive. Poorly maintained. A hook in the bathroom was loose and fell off. Mold on the bottom of the shower. To light gas burners one needs matches. Frying pan was rusty and was replaced upon our request. No coffee maker, no toaster, no washing machine, no dishwasher. These amenities were available in all the other apartments we rented during our stay in Italy. The place needs investment of funds to bring it up to par and to be worth the price.

• Linndelle (9/5): logement surprenant que nous avons bien apprécié - Le logement nous a surpris : un vieux logement avec ses petits coins mais bien tenu. Il y avait le bord de l'eau rien que pour nous au bout de la ruelle; dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le logement voisin qui donnait directement sur l'eau, mais c'était sympa. Le quartier était très sympa aussi, nous étions au coeur de l'action tout en étant dans une petite ruelle retirée calme. Il y a une petite cours intérieure dans le logement, comme une terrasse encastrée entre les hauts murs des bâtiments mitoyens. C'est un petit coins sympa et typique. Pas de vue mais une sensation d'intimité. Le logement est très très sombre, étant tout encastré entre des bâtiments (maisons à l'ancienne). Nous avons reçu beaucoup d'informations à différents moments de la réservation avec des taxes à rajouter pour le séjour à Venise, des informations à communiquer au plus vite, des instructions à suivre... C'était un peu stressant de découvrir qu'il fallait faire ci ou ça de toute urgence. Par contre, il y avait aussi un contenu d'informations touristiques utiles et sympas.

• Jutta (6/5): - Lage prima und ruhig Heizung lies sich nicht regeln ( fest gerostet )....bei regen lief das wasser in der nähe von der steckdose beim balkon in einer großen pfütze ins wohnzimmer. Dieser schaden ist alt! Die fussbodenleiste ist schon krumm. durch viele wassereinbrüche. Das wasser kommt aus der regenrinne, läuft in das mauerwerk!
• Doriana (8/5): - Posizione Bagno un po' scomodo, sia per la doccia che per la mancanza di una mensola d'appoggio sopra il lavabo. C'è un patio carino, ma inutilizzabile a causa dei piccioni. Non è colpa della proprietà, ovviamente, ma non lo venderei come un punto a favore, se inutilizzabile.

• AMEY RATNAKAR (9/5): Very good stay option in Venice. - The location is nice , near Venezia s. Lucia. In cannarigio. It is also near the vaporetto station San. Marculo . The facilities were good. The navigation to the apartment was clear Nothing as so mentionable.

• Silvana (7/5): Apartamento con buena ubicación - La ubicación, muy cerca a la estación de vaporetto,, el barrio es bonito y tranquilo, cerca de comercios, restaurantes y supermercados El apartamento amplio, la arquitectura bonita, la cama cómoda y el anfitrión muy atento La cocina era muy pequeña para cocinar, falta más área de mesada. Falta un espejo de cuerpo entero La ducha es muy pequeña. importante: el apartamento es extremadamente frío, Había que dormir con muchas mantas y mucha ropa, no nos pusieron calefacción y eso fue muy incomodo. Es un apartamento que necesita mejoras, pero hay potencial.

• Donna (9/5): Perfect spot to explore Venice. - The location was perfect with cafes and shops close by and vaporetto and airport ferries a few minutes walk. It is a lovely, spacious, old style apartment with character and even a small courtyard. Very inviting to come back to after long days exploring Venice. Very comfortable bed to recover with a good night’s sleep. The shower in the bathroom is extremely small and I know people that would not be able to squeeze in. There seems to be space to enlarge it and a renocation would make this place a perfect 10. Also, not sure if this is a Venice problem but water pressure was poor and temperature inconsistent.
• Terry (5/5): Would not return! - The property was in a reasonable central location. The best item was the bed which was very comfortable. The support from the team via WhatsApp was good. It was not inviting! It had no views and was dark. If you opened the windows and shutters the only view was a wall 3 foot away! The bathroom was ok but with a very small shower which was difficult to access.

• Tomasz (9/5): Perfect place, nice, very clean, silent, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped - The video about how to get in was very helpful. The location was just perfect - very near to railway station which was very important for us. Very quiet, clean, equipped according to the declaration. The host was very helpful with exactly everything we needed. The shower cabin was just a bit small. The view from windows (especially leaving room) was not so attractive. A lot of pigeons all around was a bit discouraging from using the nice terrace (apparently fed by someone).

• Pauls (10/5): Lovely accommodation! Will choose next time as well! - It was very clean and tidy! Bed was super comfortable! Shower and everything else was great! The wifi didn’t work at all! Worked for few minutes and then stopped and kept saying that the password was incorrect! As I had data, that didn’t bother me that much, but that was a only problem!

• Hugh (4/5): Would not recommend this to my friends - No breakfast. The basics were there and the a/c worked Robotic checkin. No human contact. Felt as though I was conversing with an AI Serious maintenance needed. When it rained the windows leaked, so sorry the towels are a bit grubby. Didn’t feel the host cared about the guests. Not properly equipped for self catering so sorry if the pots taste strange but I used the bathroom soap in the kitchen sink since you did not provide washing up liquid. First thing I had to do on arrival was to go out and buy a lighter so I could use the stove and make a cup of tea.

• Sabine (7/5): Great location super for a short stay - Mr Momi was very helpful and friendly. I had the feeling he cared about us having everything and being comfortable. We got the Keys from a lovely lady who also got the flat ready for us, which was very clean. The kitchen was well equipt other than a kettle (but there wouldn't have been any space for it anyway.) The main bed is very comfortable. Overall the flat is spacious for Venice. The decor is period and a bit hodge potch but cosy atmosphere. Most importantly, it was clean, and the location is brilliant. Very close to St Lucia train station. Bit hard to find the first time but was very easy to orientate afterwards. Quite location but still close to a major artery with plenty of shops both souvenir and groceries and a fresh fruit and veg stall. Lots of restaurants are close by. I would recommend this place to a friend. The shower is very small. I am not skinny and had trouble getting in and out and couldn't bend down to touch my feed once inside. The sofa bed was very, very soft, and even my teenage sons got neck and back pain from sleeping on it. Sadly, there was no place to leave our luggage safely after check out. It is not a fault as such, but it is good to know beforehand so you can plan accordingly (there is safe storage at the train station, which is only about 10 minutes walk away). The flat is very dark and could do with some better lighting.
• Татяна (10/5): Nice and cosy - This was my third visit to Venice and this is the best place where I stayed. Great value for money - if you want a quiet place in the heart of Serenissima, this is it. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. On top of everything - a nice and warm flat which is rare in Venice in winter. And very easy to find. Maybe a new plastic bath trolley to replace the old metal one - not really important but will be a nice touch.
