• Samuel (7/5): A go to place any day - Very peaceful, secluded and quiet for our honeymoon. Perfect location. Very safe too Television was practically not active, no Netflix may be because we also didn’t ask. Main issue was the room service lady who served breakfast was always waking us up too early which always ruined my morning because I am late sleeper and always want to wake up around 11 am but she is always there at 9 and sometimes few minutes earlier. I wish they will find a way to communicate breakfast time so that when guests are ready it will be served. Apart from that it was a wonderful experience
• Vi Trang (10/5): - Karat Suites offered an amazing experience with clean, furnished, spacious rooms. The spotlight was definitely the balcony on the second floor where we usually had breakfast while admiring the view around the villa. Jack was extremely helpful and hospitable for sharing all the amazing attractions and restaurants with us, and keeping us updated with the bus schedule, especially since there weren't that many buses active during the shoulder season. He was kind enough to respond to our incurred needs even though they weren't included in the package initially.

• FABRICE (1/5): À éviter / en basse saison - Nous n’avons pas vraiment l’établissement. Il est mal placé, mal équipé ( pas de tire. Bouchons, Pas de couvertures en avril ) Je pense que le propriétaire ne s’attendait pas d’avoir une location de dernière minute en avril mais quand on est pas prêt de recevoir les gens, On loue pas sa maison. La piscine était pas nettoyée. La femme de ménage était là à 11 heures, sans possibilité de partir plus tard en baisse saison…. Bref déçu de cette location.
• Nazifa (8/5): - We stayed at Karat suites for 4 days. The host messaged me before hand to arrange a car which was very helpful - I wasn’t sure of how the busses worked at that time. The host met us at the villa and explained everything to us. Host was absolutely amazing, anytime we messaged him on WhatsApp we got a reply instantly. The villa is very close to the bus stations that go to Fira, Kamari and the airport which was really convenient. I have nothing bad to say about this stay, only thing I would say is - there are dogs in the area, so there can be barking at night. I’ve always been spectical about hotels when travelling, but this one I would really recommend, thankyou! :)

• Marie (10/5): Exceptionnelle - Le service était impeccable, l’accueil chaleureux. Maria la femme de ménage (femme extraordinaire) est toujours au petit soin avec nous. Chaque demande était rempli avec rapidité et générosité. Le wifi moyen dans la chambre à coucher. Mais partout ailleurs il était correct. La piscine dehors avec notre petit déjeuner servis tous les jours à l’heure demandé incroyable ! En septembre il y avait du stationnement. Et bien situé par rapport à la ville et environs. Nous avions loués une voiture donc à 15-30 minutes de tout plage, centre ville fira, Oia .Vraiment un séjour extra ! À reprendre si on revient à Santorini. Le wifi moins bon dans la chambre mais c’est tout !
• Frederik Gergely (10/5): Exceptional! - Happens rarely that the accomodation in reality is even more beautiful than in photos. This is the situation with Karat suites. Absolutely exceptional accomodation, several terraces, private pool per apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable, properly equipped. Amazing calm location in middle of island, available large parking next to accomodation. Opt-in for breakfast, every day freshly prepared and brought to your doorstep by lovely staff. Able to be in touch via WhatsApp, reacting quickly. If you are in Santorini, book Karat suites!!
• Mariela (10/5): Buena opción para parejas - La suite es preciosa, tiene todo lo necesario, todo nuevo, buen diseño y estética. Cerca del aeropuerto y de las zonas de interés. Las camas son comodisimas. La piscina de agua calentita. La barandilla es muy ancha u peligrosa para niños. No recomiendo si vas con niños pequeños.
• Danaé (5/5): Décevant. - L’amabilité, la réactivité et la disponibilité de l’hôte. Nous avons même pu décaler notre réservation rapidement, en toute facilité. La superficie du logement et la décoration. Le petit déjeuner copieux. La propreté de l’hébergement (prises encrassées, vaisselle pas propre, tapis de bain tout gris avant utilisation, etc). La localisation : difficile d’accès si transport par bus. Les prestations du logement : notre piscine avait de nombreux carreaux de faïence qui se décollaient et elle n’était ensoleillée que jusque 11h, dommage si on espère profiter du soleil et bronzer, surtout pour le prix.

El desayuno super bien, la cama y los cojines super comodos y la atención un 10. Si volvemos a Santorini nos volveremos a quedar alli. Recomiendo alquilar coche o moto, ya que el alojamiento esta en mitad de la isla.

Πολύ άνετο κρεββάτι, και πολύ καλή η πισίνα. Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και καλύτερα! Δεν μπορώ να πω οτι δεν μου άρεσε, αλλά θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Κατά τα άλλα όλα τέλεια!

Posizione ottima se si ha a disposizione un'auto o altro mezzo, perché situata al centro dell'isola in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere tutto in breve tempo! Ampio posto auto. Colazione semplice e fresca, con prodotti locali. Pulizia generale iniziale perfetta, unica nota non viene mantenuta dello stesso livello durante il soggiorno.
• Tarun (1/5): Not recommended for families - The hostess Maria was incredibly helpful and always welcoming. She made sure to bring our breakfast in a cute basket everyday and asked us if we needed anything else. She was always there to help us to the best of her ability. She was very hard working and dedicated to whatever she was doing for her guests. Issues with Suite 916 1. The suite did not match the facilities advertised: • No second bedroom, only a single bed outside the main bedroom without air-conditioning. • The double sofa bed was broken and remained unfixed for the first two days, forcing my husband to sleep in uncomfortable conditions. • The “private hot tub” was instead a small, unclean pool with green flooring, making it unusable (evidence attached) • Severe ant infestation both inside the kitchen and around the pool area (evidence attached). 2. Reported issues were met with inadequate responses. The manager dismissed the ant infestation as a consequence of being near fields. 3. Due to these problems, we were moved (without assistance- we had to do all of it on our own) to Suite 999, wasting much of our second day of holiday. Issues with Suite 999 1. Clear downgrade from the suite originally booked: • Only one bathroom for four people. • Second bedroom located in a loft, which was not what we had booked or wanted. • No kitchen cabinets or wardrobe, leaving us to live out of suitcases for 8 days. 2. Additional problems encountered: • Mould in the bathroom (photos attached). • Towels were poor quality, hard, and not properly cleaned, which cannot be described as “luxury amenities.”(evidence attached) • Continental breakfast was repetitive and basic; pancakes (prominently advertised) were not offered. • No bathrobes provided. • Shower gel not supplied on arrival. • WiFi extremely poor, forcing us to use mobile data at international roaming rates. • No onsite parking, only off-street, which felt unsafe for our hired car. • The pool remained in diabolical condition with mould visible (evidence attached).

• patricia (10/5): Apartamento 916 - El alojamiento es una pasada!!!! Super bonito todo, las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, con un pequeño jacuzzi en el exterior, aire acondicionado en las dos plantas, cada día nos traían el desayuno a nuestro gusto y a la hora deseada, todos los días pasaban hacer limpieza general, cambio de toallas etc. La verdad que hemos estado de lujo y nos ha costado irnos.... Dos baños no tan mal... Hay secador , plancha y tabla para planchar... Llevamos coche de alquiler y había un pequeño descampado al lado sin problema para aparcar a cualquier hora. Hay varias cosas a tener en cuenta, no es que no me gustase... Pero si que me hubiera gustado saberlo. 1- Al ver las fotos , se veía una pequeña cocina... Pero no había ni fogones, ni plancha, ni tostadora... Había microondas y hervidor de agua. Habíamos pensado en hacer comidas allí ...pero esto nos limitó un poco.... 2- las cortinas no son opacas totalmente y entra mucha luz cuando amanece, si necesitais oscuridad , recomiendo antifaces o similar...

• Sarah (10/5): Relaxing stay in beautiful suites - The ladies (Catarina, Maria and Maria) were very friendly and helpful. Airport transfers were booked for us and the offer to book outings, but we did that ourselves. Every evening we chose our breakfast which was delivered at our chosen time in a cute basket every morning. Maria was a god send keeping the suite clean and tidy, even doing washing up I hadn’t had a chance to do yet. Refreshing towels, toilet roll and anything else needed. The suite (916) was bright and airy, just as seen in the photos. The second bed (single) is on the balcony before you go through to the main bedroom, and our 17yr old slept in the living area. The views from this suite were across the sea and mountains, really beautiful! The hot tub (7x6ft ish) was big enough for what we needed, the small pool is in another suite. Plenty of sun and shade around the large outside area, and in general is all made quite private by canopies. The location is in Messaria, just a 2 min walk to the restaurants and shops. The buses were every 20mins to get to the beach or Fira (just 5-10mins).

Excellent location overall – close to the main cities, especially Fira. Quiet nights. Just the dogs around the area – my girlfriend is a bit scared of them, but it wasn’t a big issue.
• Mike (9/5): Wonderful and relaxing albeit we had an earthquake 🤣 - The villa was well designed and spacious. The staff (Mary) and the housekeeper were wonderful. The pool and terrace were great and the main bedroom was comfy. We will be back 😎 There was a lack of cooking equipment (pans etc) to go with the kitchen appliances. However, not an issue as we mainly ate out at restaurants all over the island. Food was superb!!!

The suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a private hot tub The location was quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to explore Santorini’s famous spots like Fira and Oia. • Nysa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was so perfect, most of the famous locations is close by, restaurants and supermarket 5 min walk away, staff amazing (maria). Breakfast was really nice with lots of options, it was a pretty big place for 4 people, very spacious. I had my birthday and maria decorated our suit which was very nice i had so much fun staying at karat suits. Definitely going to go back some other time.

• Mario (10/5): Magical place to relax and rest - First of all, I would like to give a big thanks to Maria, she was the one that kept our place clean and the breakfast that she made was absolutely amazing. Every morning, she would bring a full basket of items that we pre ordered for breakfast, and she would always be so positive and happy and nothing seems to be a problem for her. The suite itself was keep in pristine condition. Spacious place with lots of space to relax and enjoy. Comfortable beds and very spacious showers. A/C was keeping us cooled in summer heat and nice refreshing pool kept us relaxed when we weren't relaxing on the beach. The suite is in a nice location well connected within 10 minutes with car, and in a very quiet area with no tourists at all which meant peace and good time to relax. There wasn't any major problems that caused our discomfort. Only thing is we like to sleep in a very dark room but since the master bedroom faced east we did have some morning light. The suite have big thick curtains which help to keep most of the light away but as I mentioned we just prefer lot's of dark. Not an actual problem just a preference. To keep in mind.

• Januz (10/5): Amazing - first of all the location of the hotel. the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. everything was easy to reach and maria had made a map for us with all the hotspots of the island. secondly maria who made our breakfast and cleaned our room. she was super sweet and took care of our food every day on time and cleaned our room well. we had a great time and thank maria and maria for this beautiful and fun week.

• Adam (10/5): Amazing staff and beautiful accommodation - We stayed for our honeymoon in June and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The staff always went above and beyond for us. Provided us many activity, restaurant recommendations and car rental assistance. We were also welcomed with amazing breakfast each morning! Accomodation was very clean and spacious! Highly recommend! Nothing!
• Taylor (10/5): Incredible stay with lovely staff 😊 - The room we stayed in was incredible everything was spotless, had everything you could ask for. The staff were incredible and brought us breakfast every morning and helped us organize a quad bike for the week. I cannot name one bad thing about the property specifically however I would look at renting an ATV or car for your stay as everywhere is generally about 15/20 min drive.
• Yvonne (9/5): Wonderful trip - Maria and Maria are both superb! - We had a great stay in 585 and 999, both Marias were so kind, we felt very well looked after. Breakfast was fantastic and always delivered on time, the apartments themselves looked just like the pictures and were cleaned to a very good standard by Maria and she even arranged for a birthday treat for me which was much appreciated. The location of Karat Suites was good for us, in a quiet area and not far from all the things we wanted to see in Santorini and Maria (concierge Maria) was very good with recommendations of things to do and helped us arrange taxis and car hire as needed.

• Carlos (9/5): Superb - Maria, she’s was really adorable with us. The cleaning could be much better(a lot of dust, the bathroom floor really dirty, and all the kitchen items too)
• Reycan (9/5): Superb - Our hostess Maria was amazing. She responded our every single question. Arranged car rental and boat trip for us. Recommended great restaurant. Also Breakfast was delicious and always on time. Beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday. The location is far from most popular places in the island. It could be good if you want a calm stay like us but if you want to be at the center all the time this place is not for you.

• Morvarid (9/5): Perfect stay - The staff are lovely. Maria, who is the young lady in charge of the reservations was very quick to respond by WhatsApp and Maria, the lady who takes care of the villas and making breakfast and many more was adorable. The Villa is recently built, beautifully designed and fully equipped. Santorini is a vast island and we had to take taxi to go to anywhere. Basically this is how the island is and no negative point for the facility.

• Aurelija (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at the accommodation was truly delightful, as the accommodations were modern and the beds incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety to choose from. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was greatly appreciated. What made our experience even more enjoyable was the heated swimming pool, which our children (and we) thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to visit on the island was easily accessible within a 20-minute drive (thanks to the convenience of having a rented car). We greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hostess Maria, who was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Lastly, a special shoutout and thank you to Jack, whose travel tips were invaluable in helping us explore the island to the fullest. Overall, our experience at this accommodation was nothing short of amazing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
