It’s definitely a one of a kind of place. How slippery the bathroom was when showering - the floor gets wet and you have to be very careful.

Respectfully constructed, hidden away in the cliffs close to Plathiena, Echoes seamlessly blends in local natures mineral rock formations and vegetation. It’s even hard to spot when you pass by via sea. Antonis’s passion for this project and his respect for the island is tangible - and his reception upon arrival heartwarming. The attention to detail and minimal lay-out in every room is noteworthy, and calming. The feeling the view gives when you first walk in the room can only be described as a quiet awe - it demands respect. The place makes you want to whisper.. you’ll see. Echoes Milos is for people with a soft spot for aesthetics and a need to hear mother nature’s hymn. You will leave feeling replenished and re-booted. Cycladic bliss at its finest.

• Lampros (10/5): - The suite was exceptional. A unique matching of comfort, space and amazing view. Antonis is a great host, always available to assist, always there for you. We will remember this suite for a long time and if we ever come back to Milos there is no way we are staying anywhere else.
• Olga (10/5): The most spectacular views surrounded by peace and tranquillity! - Couldn’t have asked for a better position, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean - no matter where you were in/out of the apartment - and THE MOST spectacular sunsets!!!.. Breakfast was good and replenished each day, and the apartment was clean, fresh and very relaxing.. Our personable host, Antoni, was always available and helpful.. Thank you for a wonderful stay - it was truly amazing !!
• Foteini (9/5): Beautiful minimal style room with breathtaking views. - The best sunset on the entire island. This was the main reason for choosing this stay, despite its spicy pricing, and it did not disappoint on that department. Also, extremely close to the beautiful sand beach of Plathiena beach, also ideal for swimming while viewing the sunset. Very warm and friendly welcoming by our polite host , with many suggestions about the preferable beaches, tavernas, and things to do on the island. Very thoughtfully , there are some first aid items and amenities offered in the room’s bathroom. The property is boasting for its privacy and experiencing the outdoor living by having a full functioning outdoor kitchen, dining area and shower. Although we were warned not to walk beyond our patio, neighbours from the room next to ours, trespassed, while we were resting outdoors. Uncomfortable moment. Also, kindly avoid using the left hand wide windows when coming out. It automatically locks, while the right one can stay unlocked and has a convenient screen door as well. We unfortunately experienced it on our first day. We called the owner immediately, however, he was far from the rooms at the specific moment, there was no extra key, and the only way was to walk around the rooms, walking in-front of other residents and their patios. Luckily enough, the owner helped our communication with them through the phone, and our next door neighbours were very helpful and polite to understand our inconvenient fault. About its breakfast, there were coffee capsules, waters, milk, orange juice and yogurt offered in the outdoor fridge. However, our bread should probably be placed somewhere securely, as it was daily attacked by ants, when left on the counter. The closest bakery had been a 15 mins drive from our room. Lastly, our checkout time was -as usual - at 11:00 and our request for an hour extension was turned down as the room had to be cleaned for the next booking (at 13:00). We still managed to leave a few mins later than our original check out. Without any other problems. Overall, memorable stay, would consider of upgrading some of the services ❤️

• Anna (10/5): You won't regret your stay - The location was beautiful. The owner guided us from town to the property as it could have been confusing the first time (being Australian and used to country roads I didn't find it difficult). Many say you need a 4X4, this isn't true as long as you are a confident driver, there really is only a small stretch of off road. It was exactly what I needed and was after at the end of a month of travelling. The owner was extremely passionate about what he has created and Natalia (the hostess) was amazing and very helpful with booking restaurants and with her recommendations for island activities.

The hotel's aesthetic is world-class, blending modern elegance with the natural beauty of the surroundings. A special shoutout to Antonis, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we arrived late and discovered that our car rental company was closed, he swiftly helped us personally with transport, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. His genuine care for his guests is evident and truly enhances the experience. Thank you for your hospitality! We also loved the ethos of the hotel, which emphasizes sustainability and healthy architecture. It made our stay not only luxurious but also meaningful. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Overall, Echoes Milos Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit! We should have stayed at least two additional nights. It is one of the best places to truly relax.

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - As all the previous reviewers have mentioned, this was by far the best place we've stayed at, and we wished we could've stayed for a week! (Or forever!!) You are surrounded by nature here. It was magical to watch sunsets and even sunrise too with the entire sky painted in a rainbow of dreamy watercolour hues. The place was also put together with a lot of thought. For example the glass windows had a mosquito screen to keep mozzies out. The use of concrete and stone cooled down the place so it never felt very hot even though it was so exposed. The bed, sunbeds, and even armchairs were so comfortable. All the materials and consumables used were very premium. I'm happy for Antonis for pursuing this passion project of his, because we would never otherwise get to enjoy this for ourselves! Antonis was a great host with a great personal touch, and was also very prompt in helping us contact our car rental company when we had an issue on the roads. Please help us thank Stella too for delivering fresh bread daily and keeping the place clean! And yes, do get a 4x4 or SUV because the roads can be quite rough.

• Kostas (9/5): Best sunset in the island! - Everything was great! The sunset view from the suites is great and the facilities are amazing. Antonis had a complimentary wine and some amazing traditional breakfast for us. The road to go to the suites is a bit rough and we got lost the first time, but after that you get used to it. The bed is huge but for me with back problems, it was was quite soft and felt uncomfortable.

Antonis and Stella are an absolute pleasure to be around and were available for everything we needed whenever we needed it. I could not recommended Echoes more, as someone who has now visited Milos twice, I would only ever choose Echoes for the future! They also helped me organise an amazing bouquet for my partners birthday to top it all off! The best hotel in Milos The Wi-Fi can be patchy at times, but if it is just look out to the incredible view and forget all about it.

Amazing architectual design, best view ever, comfortable bed, room gets cleaned daily and the owner Antonis greeted us upon check in and was a very nice man who is very passionate about his property and rightfully so! The Room is uncomplicated and stylish with all the comforts necessary. The main show is the view which everything seems to collude with. Although you have neighbours the room is very private and secluded.

Its honestly the best place to stay if your looking for luxury & simplicity. The drive out to the accommodation is beautiful & enjoyable! Youll definitely need a car for bumpy roads! we had a suzuki jimmy was perfect! its about a 15 minute drive to town which is no problem at all! Definitely the first place of its kind in Milos. Its honestly beautiful & the staff are so super helpful! best views in the world lack of reviews on the property is all that i was concerned about when I booked, but that was no issue once I arrived.

• Kristijan (10/5): Amazing stay in Milos - Everything was perfect, from the check-in procedure to the explanation of the modern and minimalist accomodation to the breathtaking view. We had personally a hectic time prior to our arrival and could not have imagined a better place to relax and recharge again. We travel the Cyclades a lot and it was the best place amongst many other great ones we stayed in 5+ years of visiting the region. Also important: it is very calm! You can only hear the sea.
