• Jugal (6/5): Good location but maintenance needed - The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom basin sink was not draining properly, the water kept pooling up and took way too long to drain. We were forced to use the bidet sink to wash our hands, etc which was unpleasant. The main lobby had an empty drinking water tank throughout our stay and it was never refilled, it would have been nice to have drinking water as a basic convenience.

• Veronica (5/5): - Camera spaziosa apparentemente ristrutturata con letto comodo e presentata bene Accoglienza inesistente, servizio di pulizia camera inesistente, asciugamani trovati sporchi all'arrivo e ovviamente non cambiati nei giorni successivi, lavello bagno otturato. Ogni mattina ore 8.30 siamo stati svegliati da rumori provenienti al piano superiore a causa di lavori di muratura.

• Graziela (10/5): - O quarto era muito confortável e a limpeza estava perfeita. Só faltou uma mesa pequena, caso quiséssemos tomar o pequeno almoço no quarto.
• Stefan (9/5): - Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert, alles passt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, weil wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Rifredi und von dort in wenigen Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof also im Zentrum. In der nahegelegenen Bar Ercole kann man sehr gut frühstücken. Das gute Zimmer ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus, das von außen nicht sehr einladend aussieht (das Zimmer innen ist aber sehr gut). Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ja praktisch, allerdings ist es dadurch laut. Die Bezeichnung Apartment passt nicht, weil keine Kochmöglichkeit (sofern man das braucht).

• Silvia (8/5): Apartamento cómodo pero alejado del centro - El apartamento era muy nuevo y espacioso. La cama era cómoda. La ubicación para hacer turismo en Firenze no es muy práctica porque está muy lejos del centro.

• Sabine (10/5): Parfait 👌🏼 - Tout, rapport qualité/prix au rendez-vous. Le logement était très propre, suffisamment équipé pour faire la cuisine. Le lit était confortable. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à Florence. Emplacement bien desservi par le bus, en moins de 20min au centre. Propriétaire gentil et réactif par message. Un grand merci Rien

• Tereza (8/5): - Velmi mě potěšil přístup hostitelky Laury, která nám po domluvě vyměnila původní pokoj za větší pokoj s kuchyní bez žádného poplatku. Vybavení přesně odpovídalo popisu a fotografiím, k dispozici je i barel pitné vody umístěný na chodbičce. Postel byla velká a pohodlná a ve skříni na nás čekala klasická peřina. Ubytování jsme jinak obcházely z druhé strany, kde už byla hlavní cesta a okolí působilo hezky. Necelé dvě minuty od ubytování se nachází autobusová zastávka a asi deset minut pěšky Lidl. S ubytováním jsme tak spokojené. Když jsme s kamarádkou dojely na místo, byly jsme velmi šokované lokací. Vystoupily jsme na hodně zastaralé zastávce z druhé strany ubytování a první dojem byl katastrofální, jelikož okolí bylo špinavé a působilo nebezpečně. Jakmile jsme dorazily do pokoje, zjistily jsme, že nemáme kuchyň a byly jsme zklamané. Oba problémy jsme však v klidu vyřešily. A poznámka: pro lidi, kteří mají rádi tiché lokace, může být problém neustálý hluk z vlakového nádraží, který se docela rozléhá.
• Georgia (8/5): Very good - A nice spacious apartment with great kitchen facilities. It’s also less than a 5 minute walk to the train station and not far from the city centre. It also has air conditioning which is great for the summertime. The cleanliness could have been a bit better, particularly the bathroom.
• Justin (7/5): Good apartment, no kitchenette. - It was very close to the Train station, that made it easy to travel into Florence city centre and out to the countryside to see the sites by rail. Some of the pictures show a small kitchen. I was looking forward to having somewhere to cook some eggs for my diet but it was a basic room with an ensuite. With this the room was still good with a small refrigerator.

• Simon (10/5): Nice place, location not perfect. - Good location regarding bus routes to the city, but it is right next to a train station with trains running all night, so a bit noisy. The bed and bathroom were good. There was paid parking behind the property, which was handy for us. Good entry instructions with photos helped a lot. Just the train noise, but shutting the window mostly solved the problem.

• Elena (8/5): Adequate price and room for an expensive city - Check in was easy to do and the apartment is well connected to the city centre with the bus, even if it is a bit far. We stayed 2 different nights and the first day we arrived earlier than the check in but the cleaning people still let us leave our bags in the apartment even if it was before time. The beds are really comfortable. The place is new but the cleanliness could be better. Check out is at 10 am (quite early) and they don't let you to store the bags during the day.
• Jackie (10/5): Clean, Comfortable, and Affordable! - This property was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Towel warmer included! There are no facilities such as kitchen, but you do get a mini fridge to store drinks. I don’t care too much about kitchen facilities, since I spent most of my time out in town exploring/eating. Not many options around as others stated, but again I didn’t care since I went out to town using the train! Very conveniently close to the train station (Firenze Rifredi) so going out to downtown Florence was very convenient, fast, and affordable. Only problem was mosquitoes in the room. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and I felt safe in the area. I will definitely come here again in the future!! Mosquitoes.
• Dyutimoy (6/5): Was a pleasant stay and communication with owners was there. - The apartment is at a good location and is spacious . The apartment needs some work in the kitchen and Privacy section , cutting knifes are required , microwave oven is required , there needs to be some sound proofing as you enter the apartment as you can hear people punching the code .Air co detaining needs to be split up between both the apartments.
