• Camille (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement, proche des commerces, restaurants et à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il est calme, bien équipé, confortable, et l'hôte est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je vous le recommande. La serrure de l'immeuble est un peu complexe à ouvrir.
• Madelluc (10/5): Ideal - Es un alojamiento muy grande y bonito. Dos habitaciones una con baño, cocina equipada y también tiene comedor. El dueño muy amable, nos dejó unos detalles de bienvenida. Repetiría si voy a Sevilla. Hemos ido andando a todos lados desde ahí.

Our host was very helpful and available to answer our questions. There was a fair bit of noise early in the morning from a trash truck and street sweeper just outside our bedroom window.

• Cecilia Mariel (10/5): Desde Argentina se recomienda !!! - Buena comunicación con el propietario. Departamento cómodo, bien ubicado y con todos los elementos que cuenta un dpto de vivienda permanente. Gratamente sorprendidos con el obsequio de bienvenida. Da satisfacción encontrar todo lo que uno necesita , será un placer volver a repetir la estadía en dicho apartamento. Al ser apartamentos muy amplios cuesta calefaccionar rápidamente.
• Karen (9/5): - La atención y disposición ante cualquier duda del dueño , el detalle de bienvenida , la ubicación , la limpieza etc ... La falta de renovación , en mi opinión , de los baños , limpios y con todo lo imprescindible pero por el tiempo necesitan una renovación

• Hedwige & Co (10/5): - Chouette appartement deux chambres très bien situé (à 2 min de supermarchés et à 15 min à pied des sites culturels). Appartement confortable (bonne literie, salon, ..). Communication rapide et attentionnée avec la propriétaire et bons conseils (resto, bagagerie,..). A recommander! Juste le bruit fait par la porte de l'immeuble pour les rentrées tardives.

Il proprietario dell’appartamento è stato molto gentile e molto disponibile nel corso della vacanza, mi ha aiutato e consigliato dove andare, i trasporti e tutto. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione è perfetta perche non è turistica ed è tranquilla, lì vicino c’è una piazza dove ci sono ristoranti, centro commerciale con terrazza panoramica, stazione dei taxi e tanto altro. Vicinissimo al centro

• teri (9/5): Ideal place if you need 2 bedrooms and can walk a mile to the tourist area! - I was traveling with my partner plus a friend so we wanted a 2-2 apartment and this worked perfectly for us! The bedrooms are separated by a small living room, the kitchen and dining room so everyone was able to have privacy. We did not do any actual cooking, but facilities were available. There were plenty of good places to eat and have coffee nearby. This was not in the immediate tourist area, but was walkable for us, which I prefer, but might be a negative for some. There was good AC in both bedrooms which was needed, since it was still in the upper 80s in mid-Oct. This apartment was on the first floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs! The host was very friendly and helpful when I communicated with him. The beds were foam, with a down comforter, which I found to be hot, so I had difficulty with my temperature regulation but others in my group were fine and liked the beds. We had a couple of minor issues that we reported to the host.

The space was also big enough that I could log in to my online work meetings while my family watched tv in the other room. Grocery store just across the plaza and a great restaurant next door.

• Christoph (7/5): - Leider kamen durch die Fußbodenritzen des hinteren Schlafzimmers viele kleine Ameisen. Ich befürchte es ist ein generelles Problem. Man hat zwar versucht uns zu helfen und meinte es sei das erste Mal.

• Armando (10/5): We had an waesome time in Sevilla and the fact we booked this very well located and spacious propert - The property is very spacious, beds are comfy, multiple AC/Mini splits throughout the property, the owners are extremely kind and responsive, super friendly both of them and gave us multiple tips about where to eat at good prices/quality, some places we must visit in Sevilla and so on. The property is very well located, close to market,restaurants,churches, attractions and old town, I will definitely book here again, highly recommend this apartment Actually no complains at all, property it is very spacious for Europe standards.

The apartment is very comfortable as were the beds and the rooms remained cool even though temperatures outside were quite high. Great communication with the owner who left us welcoming presents to enjoy and was very helpful. No real view from the windows, but this enabled the place to remain fairly cool.

The owner was really kind and welcoming, and provided all information we needed and even welcome treats. The location is excellent, within walking distance from the Cathedral and the Alcázar and very close to good supermarkets, restaurants and stores.
