• Natalia (5/5): - La habitación es amplia, estaba limpia y el baño también. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar ahi un par de noches. Tienes espacios en común amplios. La ubicación es buena, alrededor hay varios restaurantes a buenos precios, y puedes llegar caminando desde el tren. Fue algo complicado ubicar la dirección; deberían brindar una referencia más exacta para evitar confusiones. Estuve varios minutos en la calle sin saber exactamente dónde era. Además, el anfitrión me dio una contraseña incorrecta y no pude entrar a la habitación al inicio. El WiFi no funcionó durante mi estancia. La zona donde se encuentra hay basura y da una sensación de inseguridad, hay personas por ahi que dan miedo; por suerte no me pasó nada, pero no lo recomendaría si viajas sola y llegas de noche (+ de las 11pm)
• Kira (9/5): - Very central, walking distance from many tourist areas. Rooms are separate so it doesn't feel crowded, it's good. The shared bathroom was clean and always available It's hard to get a taxi from the hotel.

• Nicolae (1/5): - LOCATION When we arrived at 11:00 am we noticed that there were no blanckets in the room. I called the owner who said they would bring blanckets. I went for a walk in the city and came back at 07:00 pm. The blanckets were not brought. I called the owner again, who was very annoyed with the inconvenience and asked us why we needed blanckets at 07:00 pm. At 08:30 pm someone came with only one blanket when we were 3 people. When I told the person that we were 3 people and needed 3 blanckets, he very peevishly said that the blanket he brought was for 2 people and to cover the two of us with it. For the third of us he brought a bedspread to use as a blanket. The location had a shared toilet with 3 other rooms. One shower and one toilet. There was a queue for the toilet. The so-called kitchen had no microwave, no coffee or tea maker, just a few glasses and maybe two or three pieces of cutlery.

• Tanya (7/5): - Location is as central as you can get, and it's cool that our room window overlooked the market square. Rooms are basic, though clean enough. Shared bathrooms were not very clean, didn't have toilet paper at points. Kitchen was somewhat well supplied, except that we couldn't find forks! Shared areas are very hostel like, which was to be expected.

• Dácil (1/5): ANTRO PÉSIMO - La ubicación no era la mejor pero al menos en el centro histórico. Alojamiento muy, muy, muy sucio, tanto que da asco hasta rozarte con la mampara de la ducha, la ducha no ha visto un estropajo con lejía desde hace mucho tiempo, y con las otras piezas sanitarias un pañito por encima y a correr, no entiendo las reseñas que ponen que está muy limpio todo porque hasta en la habitación hay mucho polvo en el radiador, enchufes, etc. Limpian con fregonas negras de sucias que están y el cubo peor aún, hasta el estropajo de la cocina estaba asqueroso. Te dejan solamente una toalla de ducha y aunque pidas que te dejen otra de lavabo y alfombrín para cuando sales de la ducha, no te hacen caso. Los huéspedes salen del baño dejando todo encharcado en agua al no tener alfombra, con los pelos nadando por el suelo y así se queda para el siguiente que entra. Lleno de mosquitos porque no son capaces de poner enchufes antimosquitos tampoco. En fin, un desastre que no recomiendo a nadie, es el peor alojamiento en el que he estado, una pena porque la visita a Florencia de 4 días quedó manchada por este ANTRO. Comparto fotos de la gran limpieza que hay, jajaja.

• Peter (7/5): - Výborná poloha ubytovania v centre mesta. 2 spoločné kúpeľne, vcelku čisté, nebolo tam veľmi veľa izieb na poschodí, tak to nebol problém. Klimatizácia bola neefektívna a nesmierne hlučná. Nedostatočne vybavená kuchyňa - mohla by tam byť ešte aspoň kanvica alebo mikrovlnka, chýbal zapaľovač na sporák a nejaká utierka. Avšak dala sa používať aj tak.

• ANNA MARIA (1/5): Esperienza da non ripetere - La posizione era molto centrale 1 stella Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti all’interno di questa struttura. Una volta raggiunta, abbiamo scoperto che la cucina erq in comune con altre 3/4 camere. Se per il bagno lo sapevamo, per la cucina non c’era nulla di scritto. Questa era scarsamente fornita, nessuna delle persone presenti riusciva ad accendere il gas, e mancavano oggetti che dovrebbero essere presenti. Quando ho scritto al contatto telefonico se fosse possibile avere una scopa per lasciare pulito il pavimento, mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato pulito dal personale il giorno seguente, ma questo non si è verificato. L’esperienza negativa però è ulteriormente accentuata dalla camera da letto. L’aria condizionata è in realtà una piccola macchinetta, che emette aria fredda da un lato e aria caldq da un tubo, che oltre a staccarsi in continuazione, abbiamo dovuto mettere fuori dalla finestra per evitare che l’aria calda entrasse nella camera. Infine, la nostra stanza è stata particolarmente sfortunata dal momento che era adiacente ad un piccolo cortile privato, in cui vivono persone che fino all’1 di notte inoltrata hanno messo la musica e cantato. Essendo però la nostra finestra aperta (perchè da questa passava il tubo con l’aria calda) e il cortile di queste persone attaccato ad essa, il forte rumore era impossibile da sopportare. L’unico lato positivo del soggiorno è dato dalla posizione, molto centrale
• Kristian (7/5): Mostly fine. - The location and the price were the best part. One of the beds had the wooden planks removed for some reason and we had to wait until the next day for someone to come fix something that shouldn't have been like this to begin with.

• Regő (8/5): Very good - The apartment was beutiful, with a central location, and it was pretty good value for our money. Our communications with the staff was great. The booking page said there was gonna be an ac, however our room didn't have one, but our neighbours' did. This was a bit disappointing, the heat was unpleasant in our room, but not terrible. The central location also means lots of noise at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep at night, but that is to be expected.

Air conditioning is a unit floor installation a little bit noisy and more capacity required just from my point of view. Good cost for such location. There were several rooms but we were alone! Thank you for everything ❤️ Recommend if you search for budget central location with not luxury leaving level but with all necessary you may need.
• Aneez (1/5): Disappointed - The location was convenient, as it was close to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station, just as highlighted in the listing. However, there was no air conditioning in the room, despite the hot season here in Italy. We had to leave the windows open at night, but this resulted in mosquitoes entering and biting us. I was traveling with my wife and son, and the lack of comfort significantly affected our stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused. There was no air conditioning in the room, even though it is it was listed in the booking, currently it is hot season here in Italy. We had to keep the windows open at night just to sleep, but unfortunately, this led to mosquitoes entering the room and biting us. I was traveling with my wife and son, and the lack of comfort made our stay quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I kindly request a refund for this inconvenience.
• Maria (5/5): Great location! - Great location right smack in the city center, a 10 minute walk from the Firenze S.M.N. train station. Walking distance to all the shops and entertainment, attractions. Shared kitchen nook with a stove and large white fridge, decent dining table in common area that seats four. No proper ventilated air-conditioner. It is a portable unit. We had to open the window to put the exhaust/vent out. Extremely loud at night event after 1230am frm commercial spaces below. Shared toilet/shower with other occupants of the floor. No hot water, que horror! Clothes left by previous occupant still in room when we checked in which was promptly removed by a nice lady who came in. This is not a BNB. There is no breakfast and the bed is uncomfortable. The slats under the bed did not give good support. This is a HOSTEL.

• Mohammad (7/5): Good - I made an online booking through the website, carefully selecting my room and bed based on the hostel's description, building, and overall atmosphere. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the actual accommodation was completely different from the hostel I had chosen. It turned out to be a quiet building with no staff, no reception, and none of the amenities or social spaces I had expected.
