• Tis (6/5): - La terrazza è molto grande e con una vista bella sui tetti della città, la struttura potrebbe sfruttare meglio le potenzialità della location. E' troppo spartana, bagno minimal e arredamento Ikea non adeguato al costo della stanza. Occorrerebbe maggiore attenzione non solo ai dettagli, ma anche un piccolo investimento adeguando lo stile maggiormente all'epoca della struttura, questo offrirebbe maggiori opportunità anche agli host. Temo siano troppo orientati ad ospitare studenti americani... quindi non pensino di adattarla a turisti.

• Johan (1/5): A fuir - L’emplacement Cette réservation a été pour nous la pire expérience booking que nous ayons eu depuis près de 20 ans que nous utilisons ce site. Nous avons découvert en arrivant que le logement était partagé. Ce n’était pas clair sur l’annonce. Vu les autres avis nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir eu cette mauvaise surprise. Le logement donnait sur une cuisine commune, avec pour séparation visuelle un simple voile transparent (voir photo). Nous découvrons dans la salle de bain que les toilettes sont cassées. Pas de siège (abattant et lunette manquants). Vraiment pas hygiénique ! Dans l’une des deux chambres il n’y ni volet (il semble avoir été retiré - voir photo) ni rideau opaque. Je ne parle même pas de la très forte odeur de transpiration dans le bien quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous faisons part de notre déception au propriétaire par message. Celui ci nous a répondu de manière très agressive en enchaînant les messages en italien, sans proposer de solution autre que simplement nous dire que nous « étions libre de partir ». Une HONTE ! Nous avons échangé avec le service client de booking qui était particulièrement choqué des messages envoyés par celui ci et la difficulté de communiquer avec cette personne. Ne nous sentant pas en sécurité dans ce bien, nous avons décidé de partir moins d’une heure après notre installation. Nous voyagions avec deux jeunes enfants qui plus est. Le propriétaire a évidemment refusé de nous rembourser. Bref passez votre chemin il y a bien d’autres moyens de se loger à Florence.
• Sara (8/5): - Posizione ottima, terrazza al piano superiore molto carina per cenare o fare aperitivo con una bella vista. Cucina condivisa con frigo e macchinetta del caffe gia fornita. Letti molto spaziosi e aria condizionata in entrambe le camere. Inoltre il responsabile molto gentile ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in Bagno con qualche minore mancanza (tavoletta del water assente e poca carta igienica fornita), niente di grave
• QINGFANG (10/5): 很棒的住宿 - 1.地理位置很好。步行几分钟就可以到达景点和中央火车站。 2.房间宽敞干净。有2间卧室、1间起居室和1个洗手间，都是独立的，只有厨房是共用的。两个床都很宽敞舒服，房间有空调，推开窗可以看到教堂和日出。 3.房东很友善。因为到达比较晚，房东为我们提供了详细的自助入住视频，而且贴心地为我们的卧室留着门。而且，还同意我们免费寄存行李，令我们很感动！ 无

• Θεοδωρα (5/5): Passable - The location The room was very small. There were holes in the walls and a window that looked out onto the skylight and didn't close properly. We had also booked a room with a view of the city and they gave us a room facing the skylight. Without of course being charged less. The door to the room was an interior door and you could hear a lot of traffic lights when another resident passed by.
