Guest Reviews
- Kevin (7/5): Fairly basic accommodation, but in a great location - Great location, close to the marvellous Plymouth Hoe (seafront), The Barbican and City Centre.
Very quiet. Only teabags available, no coffee, sugar or milk - but there is a convenience store just down the road.
- Jonathan (1/5): Do not book ....... it's a scam - Nothing whatsoever I could not get into the accommodation- I was given a key box number to access the door key. Code did not work, could not get hold of anyone on the phone, so no key, needed to find alternative accommodation for the night - no refund from booking.com - please avoid I think it is a scam
- Stephen (3/5): Be great when it's finished. - Great location, cheap, comfy bed, helpful and friendly cleaning staff. Everything else. Basically it's a work in progress, with a lot of work - a LOT - required before it really should be opening. I appreciate that work equates to cost equates to more expensive rooms, but I would gladly pay double in that location for a hotel where it doesn't look like someone bought it off an auction a month ago, where everything worked and they offered breakfast. Worth noting that we stayed in room 6 in the no. 207 side of the building.
- Georgia (4/5): Amazing location but even for £30 a night each I would expect heating! - Really comfy bed and pillows, easy to check in and out. Great location Freezing cold - no heating at all. very old shower & building, teabags but no kettle or mugs, not very clean. Turning the shower on and off by a switch in the bedroom was bizarre
- Boribon (5/5): Passable - The location It needs a good revamp
- Vikki (1/5): Was worse place stayed - Didn’t tv not work room cold may well stay outside monday there to complain to only a big jar tea bags no kettle cups milk spoons so left didn’t even stay I complied at 5.30 pm ish amd biome responded Was glad leave
- Дарья (1/5): Bad - This is the worst case of room reservation. Never in my life have I seen such chaos and irresponsible owners of the room. A dirty yellow towel after strangers, a dirty shower, bed linen, an empty box in the center of the room, dust and dirt. The owner does not answer the phone and continued to ignore me when I tried to solve this problem so I had to call Booking. To date, the owner of the room has not responded and the money for the reservation has not been returned. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay in this room ever.
