- Ciaran (2/5): Didnt stay, not fit for use. - Very Little. Having paid a substantial amount to stay at the property, our stay consisted of less than 10 minutes, when we left and booked another location, place falling apart, damp, dirty. Needs a major upgrade.
- Brendan (7/5): - Great location Kitchen not very well stocked with delve, cutlery etc.
- John (9/5): - Free parking
5 minutes walk from city centre

- Ellen (1/5): Dirty apartment. Would not recommend. - Nothing. We had originally booked a three night stay. Unfortunately, the first night we had no choice but to stay, since we arrived late with two young children. The bed linen was dirty and stained, with hairs on it, and the kitchen had a very foul, rancid smell. There was condensation on the windows, and overall, the apartment was very dirty. For the remaining two nights, we had to book a hotel elsewhere, and we still haven’t received a refund for those two unused nights. I felt very disappointed and this apartment definitely is not at all ‘luxury’.

- Carla (6/5): - Localização Terrível cheiro a lixívia. Janelas abertas a deixar entrar o frio. Falta de limpeza sobretudo na cozinha. Era impossível usar alguma coisa pois estava tudo sujo. Luzes acesas toda a noite que não se conseguiam desligar.

- amod (8/5): - Location was good, house was spacious with excellent amenities. Good communication from the host. Bathroom sink was getting blocked.otherwose everything was fine.

- Richard (7/5): Fine place to stay overnight, not somewhere you would spend all day indoors. - Very easy, given a code to open a lockbox and got the keys before putting the code in again to close the lock box up again, then repeated the process upon leaving. Mostly just minor issues such as paintwork throughout the property chipped and flaking off, limescale in the shower, lack of dishcloth for washing up and some of the lights not working.
- Sean (9/5): - Great location.
Loads of room
- Bronagh (6/5): Would stay again as location v good - Car parking, location and beds all good. Whilst this was a reasonable price and expectations were aligned to price, I feel a little work is still needed for the price to align. Floors were dirty, it could do with a little warmth being added in and paint is coming off in many areas.
- McCarron (10/5): Christmas Markets - The apartment was in a great location, it is within walking distance of the market and the main shopping area. It was a lovely clean and cosy apartment , it also has off street parking which is a bonus. There was tea, coffee, milk and all the supplies you need there upon arrival, thanks to William, we will definitely be back 😊 Nothing
- Jen (10/5): - Location and it was so clean. Nothing.
- kirsty (1/5): Really disappointed - Write
We couldn’t get into the accommodation as contracted at 3pm, you states that there was no electricity in the building and was trying to get an emergency electrician out , health and safety we weren’t prepared to drop out bags , 4 young ladies at that time of the day with no safe accompdation ,
Did not respond timely to us ringing and texting for updates.
You stated that you had difficulty finding an electrician to assess the job…..
You provided no estimated time when it would be resolved by.
You left us no alternative we had to book alternative accomodation the time was getting later
We have notified booking . Com and have requested a full refund as your response was to contact them
Happy to resolve amicably otherwise will now be raising with credit card
- Barbara (10/5): Great location, great facilities, great time. thank you. - The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to city centre.
The host was 10/10 with responding to questions an messages. It was on a main road, but the bedrooms are at the back so no traffic noise.
- Jayne (10/5): - Perfect for a couple of day's. Good. Location. nice walk to all amenities
- SAMIR (5/5): Very dirty - Location is very good but not clean Good
- Marnie (10/5): Good Location and comfortable - Location and Cleanliness
- Brenda (8/5): Nice apartment , meet our needs . Very happy 🤗 - It meet our requirements and was in a good location. All was good
- Eilidh (5/5): Good location, tired on inside. - Location rooms were fine. Compact and worked for what we needed it for. Was cheap, and reflected price Tired-peeling kitchen cabinets, fridge wouldn’t shut properly, damaged walls, not enough extras such as only 1 pillow per person, no dish cloth or hand towels. Wasn’t super clean.
- Karen (10/5): -
- pavan (10/5): -
- Lisa (7/5): - Great location Towels were dirty
No tea towels supplied
No plug in sink
- Arwel (6/5): - 1 bed not comfortable
Shelving not stable
- Contini (10/5): -
- Paul (7/5): Bien - L’emplacement est rêvé, à quelques pas du centre mais dans une résidence calme. Logement humide et moquette sur le sol ce qui donne une impression de saleté.
- MOREAU (7/5): -
- Christian (5/5): Affordable place to stay in good location, but not that nice. - Great location and very spacious rooms It smelt of smoke, one of the beds had a broken slat, and it generally needs some tlc
- andrew (10/5): - Check in process and support was brilliant location was very good and apartment had good facilities. No complaints.
- Jeanette (10/5): great place to stay for all things city center. great host. great for parking. would return - Perfect location. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. One of the beds had broken slats which made it uncomfortable.
- Floyd (7/5): It met the needs for a short stay - The linen was not clean and not sure the bed linen was either. There were visible stains. The location was great and the fact that there were two rooms.
- Adele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (6/5): Close to amenities and comfortable - Close to the city centre comfortable beds
Milk left for us in fridge. That was great No internet so t v didn’t work
Was only there 1 night so not a major problem
Problem with sick in bathroom again we sorted so not a major issue
- Emily (8/5): Very good -
- Gaynor (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Walkable to city centre Was on a very business road. But the bedrooms were away from the road
- Annette (5/5): Great location, not really a luxury. - The location was great and the price was good. The beds were comfortable.. We didn't have anywhere to sit other than our beds or the uncomfortable dining room chairs. The automatic lights were very sensitive and annoying in the middle of the night.
- Yimei (8/5): Will book again next time - Location, shower, spacious, value for money Key box can be improved. To lock it it has to key in the code again. My cousin complained a little bit. Other than that all good.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alanamarie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (3/5): Definitely not luxury - It was close to city centre First of the kerb appeal was awful. Did not like the area. When you first walk to property there seems to be a film on the windows that makes you think it is empty!!! Weeds at front door and also in paving "in patio". Lights that are activated and are going off and on dependingvwhere you are. Corner of shower was brown needed cleaning. Last two nights we were there heating came on during the night, did not have a clue how to rectify. Tried to put oven on bur could only put grill on. If we had bern staying longer would have contacted owner to help sort it out. No sitting room but then that waa my fault for mot checking that. There was a nice table and four chairs in the kitchen.
- Christian (8/5): Very good - Perfectly nice flat for a weekend stay. Location was good for taxis (once they figured out the parking ha) and a short walk to the city center. There's also an off license close by for simple shops. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Location
Lockbox ease of gaining key
Competitive price with other properties in the area Pretty warm for May with no great way of cooling the ground floor flat
Motion activated lights falsely trigger/ blind you in the night
- Caitlin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aigbokhan (7/5): Good -
- Nick (8/5): Lovely little flat close to te city center - Very good apartment very close to all the sites and nightlife Just 5 min walk was St Georges market and another 5 to all the bars and restaurants. It is the ground floor flat of a new end of terrace house.Easy to get to from the city airport.Coms with host were excellent with easy check in and out
Clean and tidy Nice big kitchen with everything you need for cooking in.We had tea/coffee milk and cereals availiable.Confortable bed and nice powerfull shower. Just some things for the host to take care
Had only one medium towel each .We could do with another for the face.
For 4 adults had only 2 toilet paper rolls which of course it run out !
The bed matress while comfortable its must be worn as you seem to roll off it at the edges
There are light sensors around to switch the
lights off but the bathroom ones are the best On and off in seconds had showers in the dark !
There is some issue with humidity There are some disposable dehumidifiers around but they were full of water.
- Susan (5/5): The would luxury is misleading, with a few minor improvements you may be able to call it this - The location easy walking The sensors lights which came on randomly all night, the bathroom sensors light flicked on and off constantly with no way of turning it manually on or off. No return messages when asking a question
- Doljin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (5/5): Cheap place to stay right hear the centre, but needs work. - The location was brilliant. The price was extremely reasonable, like a third of the hotel. There were towels and bedding. There was a fridge and a working oven. When we had issues with the hot water, the owner came straight out the next morning. All communication was great, the manager responding very quickly to all queries. There was milk and cereal in the property, which was a nice touch, but we had bought our own already. The fridge door didn't close properly, so the inside of the fridge was soaking wet. Reported to owner, but nothing he could do. The automatic lights in the bathroom go off after seconds, so impossible to do makeup without someone standing in the bathroom waving their arms. Radiator in the second bedroom had been leaking for a while (photo attached), items we had in a case on the floor were water damaged. The fridge and the radiator both need fixing urgently. One of our party checked into a hotel for the last night as they did not want to stay in the room with their now damp personal items. I'm sad to be leaving such a low score, as the owner and manager were nice, but I can't leave a higher score and still be honest, we had a bad time.
- Alexandru (3/5): Disappointing - This was a pretty good location and it could be a good spot with some work. As it is, I wouldn't recommend it-- once something goes wrong, you're on your own. We got in pretty late, and our plan was just to get some food and then crash. But, right away, it was obvious the sheets were dirty. I mean, like completely unwashed. We wrote to the hosts and waited for a response, but they didn't reply in time, so we went out to get something to eat. We wrote for them to ping us, they wrote the cleaners came while we were out and left extra sheets. But, the sheets they left, while washed, were still pretty yucky. Also, they only left two pillowcases for four guests (we ended up buying pillowcases the next day).
Aside from that, the lights were on an infrared and kept frustratingly flicking on and off; just imagine taking a shower in that weird, modern, no-door configuration and the lights kept going off and then back on, constantly. It took us a long while to figure out how to turn the heat down (we asked and were told that the thermostat was in the hallway, but the thermostat is locked out for guests, so we just turned off the radiators). The fridge door didn't close all the way, so we couldn't really trust it. The outside door was almost impossible to lock from the inside. The toilet was iffy, the tank stopped filling up and we had to manually press down to get the water to fill it but that eventually worked itself out. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy more.
That's just a lot of negatives for kind of a lot of money.
- Vu (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything. Dirty, misleading pictures
- Rosemary (6/5): Pleasant - Key lock info was incorrect and caused stress
Very untidy outside entry
Lights automatically coming on and off irritating
Could not find sink plug
No hot water last morning so all missed out on shower
“Luxury apartment” misleading - even taxi driver was shocked at description
- Coupe (8/5): Good accommodation in a central location - Lovely and clean and the owner allowed us entry earlier to drop our bags off which was really helpful
- Djimm1 (7/5): Good but not Luxury. - The location was good and was quiet. Sensor light was annoying showered in the darkness at times. Shower was cold then hot then cold. Heat didn't seem to come on though never really felt cold. Bit of a musty smell. I am sure all these issues could be sorted, then calling it luxury would be more accurate.
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- Emily (10/5): Lovely - It was super close to the city centre and was a really nice place to stay!!

- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Black (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of secure parking at the back and within a short walk into the centre of Belfast. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay here again!
- Jobelle (10/5): It was the best. - It is clean, cozy, and complete with the amenities we need on our stay (esp the kitchen— as sometimes we cook our meals to be able to save). It is near to the high street so everytime we get tired of roaming around, we just go home to rest.
I would also like to thank the owner for approving my request of an early time in as we arrived quite early in Belfast. Nothing. We had the best accommodation on our brief holiday.
- Fallon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great to walk into the city. The fact the flat up stairs had us woke from 7am on the Saturday morning and the Sunday morning. Banging the floor and moving stuff from early morning. So we couldn’t get back to sleep. And that the towel for the shower so small they hardly cover you.
- The9jaboi (10/5): Perfect - Evething was perfect that i only stayed 1 day
- Nicole (8/5): Good location for Market Quarter. - Comfortable clean beds location good about a 5 min walk to common market. Good comms from owner when tvs not working. My fault but I didn't realise there wasn't a lounge area so just be aware of this of you're expecting one.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beth (10/5): Brilliant and great value for money - Fantastic location and comfortable facilities including milk and cereal. N/a
- Aelmore1976 (9/5): I will definitely look to stay again - The location was brilliant, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and not far from the Waterfront. There's a car park across the road. Busy road outside but you couldn't hear it as the apartment was well insulated. The heat was on when we arrived and the place was lovely and cosy. Lovely big beds with big TVs (not that we watched anything). The bathroom was a big enough size for two people to get ready for a night out. The host contacted us the night before arrival to give us the key code to access the key and how to use the heating.
- Annette (10/5): Fab accommodation - Perfect location, spotlessly clean. Great value for money. Very comfortable. Would recommend. N/A
- Erica (7/5): Great location, clean and tidy - The location was great, very central, and easy to walk everywhere. Everything was clean and tidy and the TV was huge. Couldn't hear the traffic when in the bedrooms which was great. The sensor lights were annoying, would be better if you could just turn them off. Also wasn't able to do washing as no supplies and didn't think we should have to buy if it is an offered service. Also nothing to clean the dishes which.
- Francesca (8/5): Very good - Location and easy access to property Host didn’t reply to messages.
The messages I received felt like automated messages.
- Diane (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great Unable to get hot shower. Bed in first room had broken slats.
Felt very damp even the floors.
Had washing machine but absolutely no where to hang anything.
- Sdi (5/5): Passable -
- Jane (7/5): Good - Location good
