• haizea (5/5): Buena ubicación pero falta limpieza - El personal del hotel es muy agradable y está muy bien ubicado en zhiangjiajie. La limpieza de la habitacion ha sido bastante mala. Estaba todo muy sucio y suciedad de varias semanas. La entrada del hotel está poco cuidada.

(puppy was a bonus) - They had a 3 month old puppy which was very playful and liked to give little bites all the time. None of us minded but the dad didn't take care of it the right way. Would just hit the dog hard with a stick instead of actually training him.

Está un poco apartado de la zona centro de Wulingyuan (10 minutos andando) pero no si no te importa caminar como a mí, es una opción perfecta. Si quieres ir caminando al parque, la entrada está a unos 30 minutos. Los anfitriones son muy amables

Месторасположение на оживлённой улице,где много магазинов и множество мест где можно поесть.До центральной набережной и озера (в другой стороне)минут 10 пешком. L'host ci ha saputo consigliare bene sull'organizzazione delle giornate, parlando pure un ottimo inglese. Inoltre ha comprato i biglietti per noi per tutte e 3 i parchi naturali. Consigliatissimo
• Seaveland Michel (9/5): - Le fils du propriétaire parle anglais alors vous pourrez poser des questions très facilement. Les lumières dans les chambres sont très bien (au moins la chambre double), encore mieux si vous venez accompagné... 😉 Wulingyuan bus station est assez loin de l'hôtel (30min a pied), alors n'hésitez pas à contacter l'établissement au préalable pour leur demander de venir vous chercher à la station de bus si vous avez des valises ! Cela vous fera gagner énormément de temps, et c'est gratuit s'il est disponible !
• KEIKO (10/5): 大変満足 - ヒルトンガーデンインの向かいにあるファミリー経営のホテル。おじさんは、英語が話せないが、英語が堪能な息子さんがいる。息子さんには、Booking.comでメッセージを送れば対応してくれる。空港シャトルありと書いてあったが、実際にはないので、空港から直接来る人は、タクシー料金等を確認しておこう。 夜、到着して、翌朝は、武陵源の東門まで、車で送ってくれ、とても親切。お客の少ないシーズンに3泊したせいか、部屋もよい部屋をくれた。チェックアウト後に、鉄道を利用すると言ったら、西駅へのバスの乗り方も教えてくれた。宝峰湖に近いので、時間のある人は行ってみるとよいと思う。

La ubicación es muy buena, aunque no esté en el centro o cerca de la entrada principal (se tarda 5 minutos en coche), hay de todo cerca, restaurantes a precios más locales, tranquilidad y buen ambiente. Volvería a alojarme aquí.

Jack and his family were very caring and made sure I had everything I needed. He helped me organizing my visit to the park in good English. He booked my tickets, explained the best possible route and help out with transfers. I am very happy with the stay and the way they treated me. I felt very welcome. Thanks again!

La familia nos ofreció ayuda en todo momento, incluso nos acercaron al parque y nos regalaron unos panecillos rellenos típicos de allí para desayunar. También pudimos poner una lavadora. La cama era muy cómoda.

La proximité de l’hôtel avec chaque parcs. Attention la chambre familiale est faite que pour 2 adultes et un enfant. (L’hôte nous a offert une chambre en plus) Attention les serviettes ne sont pas changées durant votre séjour. Double vitrage à prévoir.

Aun no hablando el mismo idioma, nos atendieron increiblemente bien. El hombre que nos recibió y nos despidió muy muy amable y dispuesto en todo momento a agradar al cliente. Gracias por todo. Por otro lado, la habitacion muy sucia, sobretodo el baño, que sinceramente, dejaba mucho que desear. En las fotos parece muucho mejor de lo que es. Aun asi, gracias.

Very tidy and clean room and the location is very convenient as it's situated at walking distance to the Baofeng Lake and just a couple of minutes by car to get to the National Park. Highly recommended if you are passing for visiting the National Park!
• Adam (10/5): rewelacja i nic dodawać nie trzeba - Napewno w Wulingyuan są bardziej komfortowe hotele, napewno są okazalsze, napewno oferują mnóstwo udogodnień, napewno dodają mieszkańcowi więcej prestiżu w towarzystwie, napewno, napewno... można by było wymieniać w czym hotel Family jest inny od pozostałych jest jednak jedna i to główna rzecz, której tamte hotele nie mają. To szef i obsługa hotelu. Oni nie potrzebuję na szyldzie pięciu gwiazdek oni są jedną wielką gwiazdą, przy której te pięciogwiazdkowce bledną. Family to nie nazwa to sposób działania i motto. W tym hotelu gość czuje się właśnie jak członek rodziny. Jack to znakominty facet. Załatwi wszystko co wam potrzeba. Potrzebujecie wejściówki do parku na już a powinniści je już kupić kilka dni wcześniej? Dla Jack’a nie ma problemu, telefon i macie wejściówkę. Nie wiecie co zobaczyć a co odpuścić w okolicy? Jack wam doradzi. Potrzebujecie transport? Nie ma problemu Jack załatwi albo sam lub ktoś z ekipy was podwiezie i to nawet za free. Nas zawieźli i pod bramę parku i na szklany most, który jest prawie 20km za miastem. Żaden problem Jack i jego ludzie to zrobią. Nas jednak ujął najbardziej ostatenigo dnia. Zapytał dokąd teraz jedziemy? Wziął naszą rezerwację kolejnego hotelu w Zhangjiajie, zadzwonił do nich aby potwierdzić nasz przyjazd, zapytał o dokładną lokalizację a potem... ... a potem nas zawiózł do tego hotelu i odstawił pod same drzwi. Nie musieliśmy się martwić jak go znaleźć. Jack zrobił to za nas. Wielki szacunek za takie podejście do gościa hotelowego. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel. Jeśli tylko kiedyś będę miał być w tej okolicy to nie wyobrażam sobie innego obiektu. Personelowi jak i samemu Jack’owi życzę powodzenia i niech uściska od nas pieska. On wie o co chodzi 😊 😊

Además junto al hotel hay un restaurante y fue donde mejor comimos de toda la zona y sus precios de los más económicos.

• Martina (10/5): 따듯한 가족호텔 - 아버지와 두 아들이 운영하는 따듯한 분위기의 숙소. 비록 건물이 노후되고 시설은 좀 부족해도 머무는 1주일동안 참 맘이 편하고 따듯했다. 영어를 아주 잘해서 모든 일정을 함께 의논해준 동생과 힘든일도 마다않고 뚝딱 해치우는 형, 그리고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 안부를 물어주는 자상한 아버지...체크아웃할때 너무 아쉬웠다. 시설보다 사람을 더 중요하게 생각한다면, 중국에서 영어소통을 원한다면 이 숙소를 강력히 추천한다. 솔직히 욕실과 공용 냉장고는 대청소가 필요해 보였다

• Davide (10/5): Genuine people running a lovely hostel <3 - This place is really run by a family. A lot of really genuine people. Doenst look like a fancy place from outside but that doesnt matter at all because when you get to know the people running the hostel you can just fall in love with their big hurt. They all took care if me in the best way, helping me to organize my holiday and driving me here and there to see whatever i wanted, and even cooking for me and inviting me at their table. Couldnt be more welcome that i was!!

The location is great, super close to the East Entrance of the national park, as well as Baofeng lake. Jack was very accommodating from beginning to end. He helped us book all of our tickets to the park, spent time showing us how to navigate around the park, and kept us well informed about park updates when there were schedule changes and route closures due to rainfall. We were able to message him throughout the day with any questions we had and he responded promptly. Jack and his father also gave us free lifts to Baofeng Lake and the national park entrance which was really kind. Great hotel! 😊

• Ma-ai (8/5): Great value for money for your stay in Zhangjiajie - The room was spacious with a big bed and powerful shower. There were slippers and a kettle and cups provided, and also AC and a TV. The family staff were very friendly and helpful, providing taxi services and any help you might need. There is bottled water readily available for you to take. It is located right near the National Forest Park, and about a 40 minute drive from the airport and Tianmen Mountain. It has a DiDi pickup spot so was easy to get the cheap mobile taxi service. It is on a high street so there are restaurants nearby and a corner shop next door. It is really great value for money, very low price for a good place to stay. I only stayed for two days in Zhangjiajie but that is all you really need here and this is the right place to stay for that amount of time. It would be great if there was a light above the mirror.
• Zoltan (10/5): Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff - The room was very spacious and nice, I liked everything. But especially the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff. I couldn't find the hotel, but in a restaurant someone called them for me. Within a few minutes the hotel sent a car to pick me up, then let me check in early, plus dropped me off at the National Park entrance for free, which is a bit of a walk from there. They also gave ma a can of soup so I don't go hungry! The next day they gave me a lift again, and also helped buy a ticket to the "Grand Canyon" which was cheaper this way than the official price. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right around the hotel. The map in Booking.com and Maps.me is not correct. Search for "No. 142, Baofeng Road, Wulingyuan, 427000 Zhangjiajie" to find the correct location.

• Madeleine (9/5): Great value for money, that comes with a very helpful family team! - Jack is so helpful, and so is his father and brother. They go out of their way to help you with anything you need and make sure you’re happy. Jack helped us to book tickets to the national park and other attractions and his father and brother often drove us places we wanted to go, which was very generous. The property is a little old, but it is has everything you need - comfortable beds, a private bathroom, air conditioning, etc. all in all, a great stay!

Jack (the son) helped book my tickets to certain places, helped me with transport and made sure I was ok at all times. Also was in a very great location - heaps to do within walking distance. No direct airport shuttles but to get back Jack helped me with the cheapest option and communicated to the driver for me.

His dad drove us to the entrance of the national park for free. For the grand canyon, his dad drove us to and back for a total of 160 yuan, which was cheaper than Didi's price. His dad drove us to the railway station at a cheaper price as well. Gave us a bigger room as well when it was unoccupied. Free laundry as well, no dryer though. Toilet had issues (couldn't flush) but Jack's dad fixed them quickly

I say this because they made our trip so easy by helping us book our tickets to the destinations we wanted to go and provided us with transportation to wherever we needed. We really felt like we were part of the “family” when we stayed at their hotel. Speaking of hotel, the rooms were very clean and well kept together. Jack allowed us to use the laundry upstairs which was meant for staff use. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the next time I book a trip to WuLingYuan/ZhangJiaJie! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!
• Johan (10/5): Best Hotel in ZhangJiaJie - To be honest, this is one of the place I have been (if not the best) so far. Zhangjiajie is a must-see location, and thanks to the staff, my friend and I had a really great time. First of all, our room was pretty clean and quite big, and had everything we needed.Beds were perfect, super confortable. What you have to really know is how kind is the staff in this hotel. They were amazing and helpful to us. They helped us organize the trip since there are so much things to see in ZhangJiaJie. They were so kind that they were willing to drive us anywhere according to our own schedule (especially to the activites, parks etc.). Besides activites, we learned so much about this place, the food, the people living here. This place is an experience in its own. Even out of the city, they are always eager to help. I strongly recommend this hotel, you will be able to meet kindhearted people and have a great time here. It is these kind of encounter that maked a trip unforgettable.
• Matthew (10/5): Meet your new family at family hotel. - I booked here because it is close to both wulinghuan scenic area and zhangjiajie grand canyon. Jack is the man. He was brilliant. He and his brother came and picked me up from the train station, sorted out all of my tickets. Also helped me to buy some new shoes in wulinghuan when mine broke. A really amazing place to stay if you are foreigners visiting the area and need some help with getting around and local expertise. Jack's dad was also a great guy and offered me some tea. My room was great, very spacious with a huge bed and a/c Nothing not to like.
• James (10/5): warm and comfortable - This hotel is very good and cost-effective. It is run by Jack. Jack is very good and speaks good English. He tells us how to visit the national park, and he will drive us to breakfast early in the morning. I highly recommend this. nothing
• Lara (10/5): Comfortable and welcoming! - The hotel is a family busniness, run by Jack and his father. They were both extrememly welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable there, even without us asking. They gave us advice on what to see in the national park and how to get around, and drove us to a good place to eat breakfast and the park entrance each day. Jack speaks good English, and even helped us order food at a market in town and offered to do so again the next day. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and excellent value for money. Overall, a great experience. The only downside I can think of is that there isn't any food on offer in the hotel itself, but this really wasn't a problem as there's a restaurant where we got breakfast and dinner right next door, and they drove us to go get breakfast anyway.
