• Lynette (10/5): Master bedroom of comfort for our one-night stay. - Absolutely clean and welcoming, especially all the hanging plants. Angus’s video to show you the process for entry and views around his home was very helpful. I am conscious of saving water, so I just mention that it does take a while for the hot water to come in when you shower. Nevertheless the bathroom is well-appointed and well set-out. Neat and tidy.

Although this isn't my home it definitely felt like a home away from home. Simba is the icing on the cake - chill and friendly pooch to add to that home feeling. Nothing - best value accommodation with a personal home twist - Nothing not to be liked.

• Federica (10/5): Very nice! - Everything was good. I arrived very late in night,but the owner sent me a clear video explaining how to make self check in. The room is very big,the bed very comfortable, toilet very big also. Very big and modern tv,with all kind of pay tv. A lot of mirrors and the wall is glass and you can see outside while from outside nobody can see you No time to wash the hair: hot water just for 3 minutes! It is closed to a roundabout and the transit make a little bit confusion

Eigenlijk valt er niet negatief aan te merken

• marion (8/5): Excellent place to stay as it was close to our party at Caversham house - we brought our own ,but we were able to use all the things we needed For us oldies we did not have the internet on our phones. The facilities were excellent except a handle in the sower would be good. The shower floor could be treated with a non slip paint to help with the floor when the soap and water make it slippery.

Very easy with the video before and the keys and provided early check-in which would normally cost a fee. Very satisfied with my stay before departing at the airport. everything was perfect and as expected

Peccato non aver conosciuto il padrone di casa: il check-in, avvenuto di sabato sera, è stato fatto da soli e nei due giorni seguenti non l'abbiamo incontrato. Posizione un po' lontana da tutto a Perth. In ogni caso, la città è poco trafficata e spostarsi in auto non è un problema.

• Mary (10/5): Fantastic Stay - We had a fabulous 8 night stay. Communication with Angus was excellent. The video he provided prior to arrival was very informative. The room far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfy. After travelling around South East Asia for 4 months, this was very much needed. Having access to the kitchen was great. We could prepare our own food. As we arrived about 20.30 into Perth Airport we travelled by Uber, which cost 35 USD. If travelling during the day it would be 5.20 USD There is a bus stop right outside the property, with easy access to connections to reach anywhere in Perth. This was also great for us. If we were coming back to Perth we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Angus Nothing

Huge comfortable bed, very roomy shower with two shower heads and all kitchen appliances you might need to cook anything you want. The owner is super friendly and his dog is also cute and welcoming. 10/10 experience. The air fryer needs a cleaning, but that's complaining at a high level 😅 Really nothing truly negative I could think of.

Angus is an excellent host and happy to answer any questions. Bus stop is literally just outside with links to all TransPerth transport links across the city. Closest train is Morley, not many stops from Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay etc. Excellent value too. Definitely recommend 💯 Nothing I didn't like. Top notch! 🔥🏡
• Birgit (10/5): Ein tolles Quartier mit tollem Preis - Leistungsverzeichnis! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! - Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Sauber, groß, komfortabel! Super, dass man auch Küche und Terrasse mit benützen kann. Wir ziehen beim Betreten eines Hauses gerne unsere Straßenschuhe aus, aber ein Ort wo man diese Schuhe sinnvoll hinstellen kann, wäre daher auch sehr praktisch.

Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lots of space. The house is full of houseplants which my hubby loved, being a gardener. There was nothing we didn't like.

He is just too concerned about cleanliness and water saving, the latter being a must in Perth. He has also a very friendly dog. We arrived at the property by 11.00 am after a long flight. However we got access to our room at 15.00 h. Later we found that the room was free and we could have had access earlier for free... but...

• Heather (7/5): Comfy bedroom. - Comfortable bed, lovely private bathroom. The host became ill while we were there, we appreciated that he kept well away from us so as not to spread germs. Good value for money. Host was quite standoffish and rather unfriendly. When we had just arrived, he returned home with his dog, went inside through the garage and closed garage door, then waited for us to retrieve the key from the lock box and let ourselves in the front door before greeting us once we were inside, we felt that was rather rude. The artwork and figurines of cartoon characters were a bit over the top, some were even quite sinister looking, made us feel quite uncomfortable. There was very little space allocated in the fridge for our cold items, half of one shelf and a half size crisper, no space allocated at all in the freezer for our coolie bricks or in the door for our milk.

It truly felt like home, with the comfort and quality of a high-end hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space was quiet and relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. An ideal place if you’re looking for both convenience and comfort!

Access to all appliances and ammenities. Central a/c & heating system. Our room had its own ensuite with shower gels and clean towels. Across the road is an open park for short nature walks. Easy accessible to taxis and share rides. Our host, Angus, was very welcoming and friendly. A Youtube link will be sent to explain access to the property and all other instructions needed, which we found very helpful and professional. Big thank you to Angus for having us. Highly recommend for a great stay. Home, away from home. Roundabout and main road access a bit noisy at times.
