Guest Reviews
- Felicity (6/5): Good apartment - Nice and close to what we wanted, and a nice little apartment The parking situation was dreadful and had to pay heaps and move the car constantly, then had the car broken into, luckily nothing stolen.
Also it was very hard to locate the building with no signs and not much communication, i had to ring to find out where to go and how to get in.
- Anthony (7/5): - Cups in cupboard could have been cleaned shelves somewhere in shower would be handy
- Kirsten (10/5): Great position, well fitted out, you could easily make your own meals and stay for quite a while, - great location for us - perfect
- Michelle (9/5): Location was good, we could walk to either were we wanted to go or to the tram line to go further. - Location was great. Road works the first night for a short while but once finished it was fine. The road works on the first night meant we couldn't drive down that street. I understand that could not be helped and it was only the first night.
- Jeff (7/5): Clean, great location, value for money. - Location Check in, and random locking bedroom doors
- Kerry (4/5): Great location BUT BEWARE! - Location was excellent, apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. Check in was appalling. We weren't advised it was remote or sent instructions and had to figure it out standing on the street outside with our bags. Thankfully we arrived in daylight and it wasn't raining!
Had to send multiple messages and follow up with multiple contacts over several weeks before security deposit was returned.
Quality of accommodation was mixed. Furniture, linens, provided items were generally good but almost no natural light in any rooms, shower very bodgy install and leaked horrendously, coffee machine leaked as well and not the best equipped kitchen. I wouldn't usually perhaps mention all these but when you also have to fight to check in after having paid so much, then fight to get back a security deposit our left an overall bad impression and we wouldn't be back.

- Peter (5/5): Good, but definitely not great - Location is great.
Layout is great when staying with friends. Ants in my bed.
Text message only hours before check in to pay deposit. Arrived and did it over the phone.
Entry is not explained well, its through the gate!
Room hadn't been cleaned properly. There were syringes and medical supplies from previous people staying there left on the main table. And mouth wash in the bathroom.
Shower leaks around the drain infront of the toilet.
When mentioned at check out over the phone.... the buck was passed onto new cleaners, no acknowledgement, no apology.
So that reflects on this review
- Boobala K Sundarajan (4/5): - Location Slow wifi, Initial access
Not worth the money spent could have booked an alternative better stay with more comfort and flexibility
- RICKY (8/5): - The unit was in a good spot close to all facilities
- Jason (3/5): -
- Naomi (9/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): -
- Bradley (10/5): Great stay and Location for what we needed - Great all round except just a few things to address (air con filters) Clean the Kettle with Lemon juice.
- Leach (5/5): Passable -
- Parichat (8/5): Just Okay - Good location, pretty good interior design. The gate was broken and the road pretty dark at night that made us feel unsafe.
- Kerry (7/5): Nice apartment, great location - Location was excellent
Room was quiet at night Only one Aircon in whole of apartment so have to keep bedroom doors open to get some Aircon
It was warm weather when we were there
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good -
- Jackie (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jane (8/5): Location was excellent - The pillows were very firm/hard
- Shane (6/5): Pleasant - Decent size and did what I needed it to do Just didn't seem as fresh as the pictures and had to walk past the bins and down a bit of a creepy looking entrance to get there
- Chris (7/5): Good - Location There was a bad smell from drain in bathroom and there were ants on apartment - mainly in bathroom.
- Jason (9/5): Well-equipped, well-located apartment - Brilliant location only a 2-min walk to Central Market and Chinatown TV reception wasn’t great on an overcast night
- Nathan (1/5): Bad - They claimed i had broken items in the apartment and has kept my deposit. Money grab
- Sally (7/5): We had a very pleasant week stay. - The apartment is located very close to the central market and chinatown and also to various bus stops and the CBD in general. We were easily able to walk around the city from this location.
The bedrooms are a good comfortable size. The apartment has great air con and lighting. The pillows were quite hard. A combination of hard and soft might be good. There are no windows in the living area.
- Josephine (3/5): The accomodation didn’t fit the discriotion - It was clean To small for 4 adults and area
- Peta (8/5): Very good - Great little getaway. Nice comfortable beds, a little writing table to think and ponder dinner options The scaffolding around the entrance, made it extremely difficult for a disabled person to enter the accommodation (I use a walking stick and sometimes a wheelchair)
The bathroom light did not work and the tiles are super slippery in the bathroom.
