• Ida-Maria (9/5): Kätevä ja siisti yksiö lyhyeen reissuun ystävien kanssa. - Valoisa ja siisti. Helppo käyttää koodia avaimen sijaan. Olisin kaivannut pimennysverhot. Verhot eivät pimentäneet huonetta juuri laisinkaan. Myös jalkalamppu sohvan ja sängyn väliin olisi kätevä ilta-aikaan, pelkät kattovalot eivät tunnu riittävän eivätkä ole sängystä tai sohvalta käsin kiva käyttää.

• Goldie_bell (6/5): - Gute Lage, einfacher Check-In, Das Schlafzimmer/Wohnraum an sich gut Das zweite Bett (Sofa) stand vor der großen Fensterfront und die Fenster konnte man nicht verdunkeln. Man lag dort wie auf einem Präsentierteller. Zudem war das Sofabett total unbequem.

Zdjęcia obiektu - pochodzą z apartamentów o różnym standardzie. Różni się wystrój i wyposażenie, dla mnie było to mylące i rozczarowujące gdy zobaczyłam mój apartament. Upiorna klatka schodowa. KARYGODNE: konieczność zadeklarowania poza bookingiem zgody na pobranie 150 euro depozytu podczas check in. Właściciel apartamentu nie pisał o tym na Booking.com. Zapłaciłam wcześniej za rezerwację i ostatecznie podałam dostęp do karty, czego żałuję - było to bardzo niekomfortowe. Gdybym wcześniej o tym wiedziała to bym nie wynajęła tego lokalu.

• agostino (7/5): - Buona posizione, appartamento abbastanza ampio e luminoso. Cucina scarsamente equipaggiata (ad esempio 1 sola forchetta, 1 sola padella, istruzioni per il grill\microonde solo in tedesco). Un solo telo viso per 2 ospiti. Cuscini del letto terribili.
• Susanne (5/5): Schlechter als erwartet - gute Lage, Küche ok, Balkon Trotz bezahltem Early-Check-In war das Zimmer nicht zur gebuchten Uhrzeit fertig. Es war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Unter dem Bett lag noch Schmutzwäsche und Staub, Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkon. Die Matratze war für 2 Personen nicht geeignet. Die Bilder wecken eine falsche Vorstellung. Der Türcode hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert, Kommunikation deswegen war mühsam.

• Lina (8/5): - Unterkunft ist in guter Lage, Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Berlin. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Ein Early Check In war ohne Aufpreis möglich. Wasserdruck und Temperatur im der Dusche schwankt zwischenzeitlich stark.

La chasse d’eau des toilettes coulait en continu. Pas assez de lumière d’appoint. Nous nous sommes retrouvés enfermés dehors au milieu de la nuit car notre code ne voulait plus fonctionner et le numéro de telephone ne répondait pas. Par chance nous avons réussi à entrer autrement dans la chambre

• Romuald (6/5): - The partment itself was very nice, it had all amenities I’d expect. It was clean too. The check in system is very lacking. The reservation didn’t specify my room number, so when I got to the building I didn’t know which room is mine. Also the check in system through the app does not always work, and it causes a lot of stress if you’re unable to access your room especially in the evening.

• Christian (5/5): Guter Urlaub mit Einschränkungen - Gute Lage mitten in Berlin Schlechte Beschreibung wo genau im Haus die Zimmer sind. Mitten im Aufenthalt gab es eine Änderung des Anbieters mit uns 3 Familien die Abends nicht mehr in ihr Zimmer gekommen sind, da die Codes gewechselt wurden. Seitens Humaris schlechte Kommunikation. Später mit der Eigentümerin die im Urlaub war lief es besser nach 45 min. Könnte man endlich das Zimmer wieder betreten.

• Louis (5/5): - Αν και το διαμέρισμα ήταν καλοδιατηρημένο, η είσοδος του κτηρίου και οι σκάλες ήταν πολύ άσχημα συντηρημένες. Είμαστε 4 άτομα και όλο το διαμέρισμα ήταν ένα δωμάτιο και μια μικρή κουζίνα και WC. Βασικά ο καναπές έγινε κρεββάτι και όλοι κοιμόμαστε στο ίδιο δωμάτιο. Αυτό δεν περιγραφόταν στην αγγελία και για να είμαι ειλικρινής περίμανα ότι θα υπήρχε ένα ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο. Οι αναρτημένες φωτογραφίες στο Booking ξεγελάνε.

• Andreas (9/5): Рекомендую, но обратите внимание на проблемы с заселением - Очень хороший, чистый и большой номер. Есть плита и кофемашина, так что можно приготовить завтрак или ужин для семьи. Самый большой минус - заселение. Чек-ин через сайт, но номер был недоступен к указанному сроку. Решилось только после общения через whatsapp, да и то не сразу. Номер немного шумноват, но нам нормально.

• Laura (9/5): - Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen und die SBahn Verbindung schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Personal ist bei Fragen 24/7 telefonisch Kontaktierbar und sehr freundlich. Lassen Sie sich nicht durch den alten, heruntergekommenen Hausflur täuschen. Die Zimmer selbst bieten genügend Platz und sind von der Sauberkeit gut. Die Küche beinhaltet Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine um selbst schnell etwas zuzubereiten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Stadler (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε μια πολύ ωραία περιοχή , κεντρικά με πολλά μέσα μεταφοράς και εύκολη μετακίνηση. Είχε κοντά μαγαζιά και ήταν σε ασφαλής περιοχή. Πολύ φωτεινό και στην κουζίνα υπήρχε εσπρεσιέρα. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό που μετακινείται προς αεροδρόμιο και η απόσταση είναι μόλις 45-50 λεπτά. Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό το δωμάτιο και υπήρχαν κάποια ποτήρια που ήταν βρώμικα στην κουζίνα, το πάτωμα δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό και είχε τρίχες και στο μπάνιο και στο δωμάτιο. Οι καθρέφτες δεν είχαν καθαριστεί καλά και δεν είχε γεμάτα τα σαπούνια για το σώμα και τα χέρια. Επίσης το πιστολάκι είχε αρκετά χνούδια και έπρεπε να το καθαρίσουμε μόνες μας. Φάνηκε να μην έχει γίνει καθάρισμα , ωστόσο τα σεντόνια ήταν καθαρά και παρότι δεν είχαμε μικρές πετσέτες για 4 άτομα , παρά μόνο για δύο , όταν το αναφέραμε βρέθηκε αμέσως λύση.

• Traveller (9/5): - There was no particular "wrong" about this place. Beds were nice, apartment was very warm when Berlin was -10, nice little kitchen was helpful and shower was nice. Being so close to metro is a nice plus. Shower didnt work as well as it should have, but it did it's job. Head of shower thing was sliding downwards etc. But nothing that made it uncomfortable per se.

Direkt vor der Tür ist die U Bahn, zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten, Einkaufen kann man um die Ecke, Restaurants, Lieferservices, Cafés.... man hat hier alles. Ich komme seit 2 Jahren regelmäßig her und hatte nie etwas zu beanstanden. Immer alles sauber, funktionell, Bett komfortabel So schön das auch alles ist. Der Preis ist, verglichen mit anderen Anbietern, deutlich höher. Teils habe ich auch schon sehr lange (fast 6 monate) auf meine Rechnung gewartet. Das hat sich gebessert, aber Ärgerlich ist es dennoch

• Sean (10/5): Schöne Altbauwohnung - ruhig, hell, gross, modern - an bester Lage zur U-Bahn und Flughafen BER - Die Lage ist ideal - direkt bei der U-Bahnhaltestelle Samariterstrasse -> U-Bahnlinie U5 - Ost-West, welche an zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbeiführt. 10 Min vom Alexanderplatz sowie gute Verbindungen zum Flughafen BER. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Unterkunft / Einrichtung ist genau wie in den Fotos gezeigt wird. Das Apartment ist eine sehr schöne, helle Altbauwohnung mit grosszügigen Räumen, modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Betten, auch das Sofabett sind sehr bequem und die Einrichtungen in der Küche und im Bad perfekt Das Treppenhaus ist dunkel und der Teppich schmuddelig.
