• Karen (6/5): Last minute booking. Needs maintenance. - Location. That it was in the 4th floor. The bathroom door needed to be oiled. Squeaked all the time. Shower door didn't close well. Water everywhere. Omg..Ants ants ants. And we never ate, or used the place for cooking..

• Maria (6/5): - Tolle und sichere Gegend! Da ich das erste mal in Süd Afrika war habe ich nicht wirklich einen Vergleich und meine Erwartungen waren nicht hoch geschraubt. Es hat mir gefallen aber trotzdem waren ein paar kleine Dinge die besser hätten sein können. Leider Ameisen in der Küche und Schlafzimmer ( vielleicht ein generelles Problem in dem Land?). Der Geschirrspüler hat gemüffelt ich hab dann nur noch mit der Hand abgewaschen. Das Bügeleisen funktionierte nicht. Es gab keinen Fön. Aber trotzdem war es sehr schön dort !

• Alisha (6/5): - The area is safe. The couch and beds are comfortable. The location wasn't accurate to where the actual house was. We were 4 people and only received 2 towels in total. There was literally no diswashing stuff, no tea, coffee, nothing (even though there were containers for it) The drained smelled horrendous. We had to leave the doors open for some fresh air. It's on the 4th floor, so be aware of the many, many steps.

• Nickowen (6/5): It was a good stay, anyone needing a comfortable place to stop by - Tastefully decorated, comfortable and warm. It’s a safe area and secure complex which gave much peace of mind. Host responded quickly and made sure the check-in and check-out process went smoothly considering the security measures of the estate. It will be better if more clear details are disclosed - Which floor the flat is on so that guests can consider they have to walk up stairs with their luggage -State that no soap, handwash, basic kitchen condiments (sugar, salt) are not supplied. Majority self catering places at least have the tiniest supply of these for the comfort of their guests. - Just to note that for guests, details that aren’t disclosed in the property details are then taken from the provided photos of the place. So it is worth revising the details provided, it will just manage expectations of the guests better and ensure guests are more prepared to have the best experience at your property. It’s not a problem to not provide small things, things are expensive so it’s understandable, but it should just be stated *Also note that the shower leaks

Booking.com shows the location being in Randburg but it's in Fourways, so we had to drive further than expected to get to the sport centre every day in traffic. There was a water problem for most of our stay. Though it's not the host's fault, it was really inconvenient not to be able to shower and a struggle with using the toilet, do dishes, etc.
