• Rossella (8/5): - Soggiorno positivo. L’appartamento è risultato pulito, accogliente e in una buona posizione, comoda per spostarsi e visitare Tenerife sud. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e adatti anche per più giorni di permanenza. Tra gli aspetti positivi sicuramente la tranquillità della zona e la facilità di accesso ai servizi principali. Nel complesso, una buona soluzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato 👍

• martina (10/5): Ottima posizione, casa spaziosa ed accogliente - Ottima posizione, casa spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Dispone di un mini market sotto la struttura. se c’è bisogno di carta igienica bisogna acquistarla poiché essendo un appartamento non sono previste le pulizie e il refill della carta quindi consiglio di acquistarla.

• Gabe (1/5): Absolutely revolting - BE WARNED. DO NOT STAY HERE! - Absolutely nothing, the property was revolting Where to start… Missing bed - listing stated 3 beds in reality there are two and the one sofa bed cannot be slept on, you feel the metal bars through the mattress. Hairs absolutely everywhere - on the sheets, floor, surfaces - not just any hair - ginger hairs, blonde hairs, brown hairs - this property had not been cleaned between multiple occupants. The surfaces were covered in fingerprints, food residue and other grime - hadn’t been wiped whatsoever. The bathroom was covered in grime, from the sink to the shower to the excrement stained wall next to the toilet. We checked out immediately and went to a clean hotel. The owners of blue flowers did nothing to resolve this. When we messaged asking for a refund, showing them the photo evidence we have they cancelled the reservation, charging us a 100% no show fee even though they literally checked us into the room. BE WARNED. DO NOT STAY HERE!
• sandrine (8/5): Séjour agréable dans cette résidence à taille humaine - L’emplacement est parfait nous nous sommes rendus à pieds à Siam Park et à Los Cristianos ,autour il y a des magasins pour l’alimentaire La piscine est très bien pensée et agréable Le snack de Gigi en bas dessous est très sympa L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre Laura est très réactive merci à elle Le stationnement est très compliqué La chambre donne sur un hôtel où il y’a des animations donc un peu de bruit
• Lavelle (6/5): Good value for money. - Location was perfect nice and close to everything around could walk to nearly everything in playa de la americas without a problem, Nice and quiet away from any noise bar and food downstairs was a plus the drain in the shower didnt drain quick enough so anything longer than a 3 minute shower and you’d flood the bathroom, the fan and light in the living room didn’t work, And the sliding door to the balcony was a bit dodgy

• Emma (10/5): FANTASIC - The location is fantastic, the staff are amazing and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. Had everything and more you could ask for. This was our 2nd time staying at Las floritas but our 1st in this apartment and it was absolutely beautiful. Easy to get to easy to access and if I'm honest I'll be asking Laura when the apartment is available again We didn't stay long enough
• Delia (5/5): Enjoyed the stay but apartment could do with some upgrade - It was very central kitchen was well equipped and was very quiet there The towels and bed linen were of very poor quality. The air condition had a container outside the door which needed to be emptied daily. Microwave would not reach the plug where it was positioned. The sliding door was very difficult to move back and forth.

• Martyna (8/5): Would totally recommend! - The property was in a lovely condition, close to all facilities, restaurants etc. Lovely area, quiet at night. The wi-fi was playing up and the shower door were broken, but other than that it was perfect.
