Guest Reviews
- Lian (1/5): terrible - the only good thing was the location and use of parking spot in the back of the building The property was very dirty and dusty, in need of a deep clean. There were layers of dust in every corner, sponges in the kitchen looked like a year old, stains on the couch and wall, fridge with stains etc. The garden is not like the pictures and overgrown with rubbish, very disappointing since we hoped our kid could play there. There were lots of maintenance issues; holes in the laminate floor or floors sticking out, screws sticking out from the floor, toilet seat too small and loose, the shower was broken so either scorching hot or too cold, double bed is too small, the single bed was old and saggy.
We contacted the owners but their response was lacking. They said a cleaning team came in but nothing was touched when we came home. The next day they send someone in but he didn't seem to (want to?) understand what we meant by the dirty state of the apartment.
Overall definitely not worth £815 / €930 for 5 nights. Do not recommend staying here.

- Beatrice (6/5): Very good location and nice property - The property looked good from the outside and the location was great for Dunstable and public transport.
The beds were comfy and we slept well.
The WiFi worked well, I was able to remote work with no issues. - we were not able to have a shower due to the temperature going from cold to boiling hot on its own. The property manager did come to fix, unfortunately it didn’t.
- some areas had nor been cleaned in a long time.

- Simon (7/5): Good - The location was well suited for walking to the town centre, convenient for a family, especially comfortable beds. The use of a house is better for a family, including the TV, as we had a 6-year-old, so the use of Netflix helped. The curtain pole in the main bedroom wasn't correct and did fall down when opening the curtains. The welcome pack book needs updating as there is no dishwasher in the property. Maybe a few more cups as there were only three in the cupboard. The toilet seat could do with replacing, and the shower tape appeared to be broken.

- Yaa (9/5): It felt like home -
- Kayode (9/5): Restful - Easily accessible Nothing comes to mind.
- Mark (7/5): A little TLC would make this a lovely little rental unit. - Location
Parking Lots of minor maintenance issues:
Very loose toilet seat (This will fall off soon)
Kitchen cabinet doors loose
Various issues with vinyl flooring lifting, causing a trip hazard (especially near the patio doors)
Info booklet stated that there was a dishwasher. There is NOT!
Nor was there a tea towel to dry the dishes we washed by hand.
The double bed is tiny.
Info booklet said not to use the patio as an ashtray, but then there was an ashtray provided!

- Heywood (8/5): All round good weekend I was staying there for the Grand Prix. I would definitely recommend it if you need somewhere goo - Nice place, nice location.
- Kyle (8/5): Very good -

- Dorina (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartament..very clean and cos
- Shirley-anne (9/5): Superb - Great communication with the host and parking for 1 car securely behind property.
- Michael (5/5): Passable -
- Martha (9/5): Great house in a central location. Car parking. - Superb location for touring Bedfordshire and surrounds.
- Kirsty (6/5): Basic, not luxury - Good location for what we needed Nothing was screwed down very well, the curtain rail fell on my friends head, the kitchen tap swivelled and the kitchen cupboards were loose.
There was no tea towel and the sink sponge looked like it had been there a year. The kitchen cupboards were also splattered with food. There needed to be instructions on how to use the oven too.
The bath mat was also filthy and looked like it needed a good wash.
It was ok for us for what we needed but i definitely wouldnt describe it as luxury, more basic and in need of a bit of TLC
- Richard (8/5): Great place in a nice location, will use again if working in the area - Good location, comfy beds and good parking TV need aerial so can watch terrestrial
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (10/5): Clean, easy to deal with, good location - The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts couldn’t be more helpful. They came straight up with more towels and bed linen as soon as we asked. We added an extra person to our booking and there was no problem with this. The double bed isn’t a full double bed. It doesn’t really fit two people comfortably.
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Keith (8/5): convenient location - adequate but not excellent - location,
kitchen sofa too uncomfortable
bed too small
toilet didn’t work properly & seat was small & not fitted properly
- Liew (1/5): Disappointed - house was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. Parking is free. On our 2nd day stay, 3 incidences happened.
1.while trying to open the bedroom curtain, the rod holding the curtain gave way and the curtain was left dangling, so we took down the whole fixture.
2. After our shower, we hanged our wet towels and clothing on the railing holding the shower screen , suddenly the whole railing fall down.
3. We also noticed that water was leaking under the wash basin.
We reported all these to the host and he agreed to send someone over to fix. No one came since it was already quite late at night. The next day we were out from morning till late evening. When we came back we noticed that the water leaking was fixed but the rest were not done. We had also highlighted to the host about this.
The following day, after we had checked out , we received messages from the host accusing us of willfully damaging the property during our stay. Even after we tried to explain how these incidences actually happened, he kept insisting that
all these were done on purpose . He asked for compensation of £155 from us. We think this is extremely unfair and reported this to booking.com customer service. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls, customer service promised to update us on this. But we are a bit disappointed that till today, 4 days after we had checked out we have yet to receive the update from customer service

- Smith (2/5): wont return when i come back up for another course - Where it was located was great for where i had to be for the 4 days. It was nice and tidy. I would like someone to contact me because i would like a refund. The boiler kept playing up and the pressure dropped. im an electrician so knew how to top it up but then it would keep going into to lockout because it wouldnt fire. so the place was always freezing. i couldnt keep leaving it to hopefully actually fire in case it kept emitting gas or carbon into the building. I checked to carbon detector and it didnt have enough batteries in it to work so it wasnt safe. also the boiler should not be run off a plug top. it should be off a fused spur. i have photos of the carbon missing a battery and video of the boiler constantly trying to fire without luck. maybe that gas is on a meter and it wasnt paid. not happy
- Andrew (10/5): 3 days for work ideally situated in Dunstable - great location for Dunstable town and all the amenities
parking on site
quiet location off the main high street but close enough to walk in 2 minutes
some decent outside space which I didn’t get chance to use nothing
- Alison (10/5): Comfortable, clean and central. - Location was very central. House was very clean and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. There were nice touches including tea, coffee, juice and water on arrival.
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional -
