• Antonius Gerardus (4/5): Slecht hotel dat nog veel kan leren. - De ligging van het hotel is ideaal. De kamer was enorm klein. Tevens was de vluchtroute voor brand ook dwars door onze kamer heen. De bedden waren hard en de kussens waren slecht. De wasbak spoelde niet door en we paste niet onder de douche, de kleinste van ons twee was 1,80m. Ook werd er na 1 nacht slapen uitsluitend handdoeken vervangen en prullenbakken geleegd. De wasbak was niet schoon gemaakt deze zat nog vol met haren van het scheren. De wasbak was niet zelf te spoelen omdat deze vol bleef staan met water. De man aan de balie begreep er niets van met het inchecken en sprak slecht Engels. Bij vragen voor parkeren werd ons verteld dat we dit bij het Ibis hotel verderop in de straat konden doen voor €29 per dag, bij vertrek was dit echter €45 per dag. Dit was geen €300 voor 2 nachten waard. Je betaalt puur en alleen voor de locatie van het hotel.
• Daniel (4/5): Für uns Lage Top, vor einer umfangreichen Aufwertung in Sachen Bad und Lautstärke aber keine Option - Die Lage ist Top, 2/3 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Es war nicht 100% sauber, z.B. Zahnpastaspritzer an den Fliesen und ein dreckiges Glas am Waschbecken für Zahnbürsten. Keine Schallisolierung. Straßenlärm sowie der Krach der anderen Zimmer kommen ungefiltert an. Bis tief in die Nacht. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Treppenhaus, dementsprechend ständig Leute, die natürlich reden und stampfend (bei den alten Holztreppen leider nicht anders möglich) in ihre Zimmer hoch gehen. Das Badezimmer MUSS dringend renoviert werden. Duschkopf/-schlauch undicht. Armatur schwer zu bedienen, schmaler Grat zwischen kochend und eisig, die richtige Temperatur zu finden ist nicht so einfach. Die Tür zum Bad ist knapp bemessen und donnert gegen das Bett (nicht nur bei uns, man hört es auch aus anderen Zimmern knallen). Des Weiteren kleinere (aber zu verkraftende) Dinge: In die Jahre gekommen. Nur ein Stuhl in einem Doppelzimmer?

• Susanne (6/5): Kurze Preiswerte Übernachtung ohne Anspüche - Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist echt super. Auch mit Koffer gut möglich. Guter Ausgangslage um im Hamburg die City zu erleben da vom Hauptbahnhof alles gut erreichbar ist. Leider war das Zimmer im 3.Stock ohne Aufzug, also Koffer hochtragen. Heizung hat gedauert bis das Zimmer warm war. Sehr staubig und mit Teppichboden, Vorhänge die leider nur teilweise abdunklen. Sehr veraltetes Bad mit Dusche und WC.
• Agnese (4/5): Buona la posizione, servizi meno - La posizione Avevo scelto questo hotel per la possibilità di aggiungere una culla alla stanza, il giorno stesso del check-in mi viene scritto che la culla, a quanto pare l’unica, si fosse rotta il giorno prima. Inoltre nessuno dello staff era presente durante il check in, abbiamo dovuto telefonare. Inoltre non è presente un ascensore, le scale sono strette, quindi fare due piani di scale con passeggino e due valigie non è semplice.

• Valdir e Leila (7/5): para mim e minha esposa o Hotel foi perfeito - Quarto (3) pequeno mas, bem organizado com escrivaninha, abajur para leitura e armário para roupas, quarto bem limpo e aconchegante, wi-fi grátis e de fácil acesso. Recomendo e voltarei quando for para Hamburg - Alemanha. A apenas 200 metros da Estação Hamburg HBF. Só um detalhe há outro hotel com o mesmo nome que confunde o GPS e te leva para o mais distante, então para o GPS melhor colocar o nome do endereço do Hotel. sem reclamações

Por favor façam a substituição do colchão. É muito chato dormir em cima de um ferro espetado. As paredes são tudo menos à prova de som e consegue-se ouvir os vizinhos do lado e das escadas

We haven't seen any reception or hotel representative. Reception was closed all the time. Even the main door is closed, so you should wait for someone to go out suddenly in order to go in. Communication only via phone or Whatsapp. The photos do not correspond the reality. Room extremely small. Bathroom smells, cannot say it was dirty but old and cracked doors. No water in room. When I asked for a kettle and additional cover as it was cold, my message remained unanswered.

• MORDECHAI (3/5): - קרוב יחסית למרכז ולא נהנתי מהשירות ממש הכל בלי שירות אנושי רק מרחוק אין קבלה 24 וממש מלחיצים לצאת על הדקה ללא יחס הוגן בכלל חבל מאוד הם מפסידים ככה לקוחות!! חדר קטנטן מסריח לא אהבתי את היחס של הצוות על הבוקר מלחיצים לצאת על השניה נכנסים לנקות את החדר בלי לשאול אין קבלה 24 הכל מרחוק מתאים רק לשהיה קצרה ולברוח.....

• Michael (4/5): Disappointing and overpriced for what it is. - Location was good for access to the station Condition of the hotel was significantly worse then advertised. Could barley turn around in the shower for example! super cramped rooms. The TV didn't even face the bed so it was useless. No tea or coffee facilities either.

• Marina (10/5): Sehr zufrieden, für 3 Nächte war das genau richtiges Hotel - Sehr zentrale Lage, ganz nah am Hbf, gute Verbindung, das Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Checkin und checkout gehen sehr schnell und unproblematisch. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. Das Frühstück gibt's zwar nicht im Hotel, dafür aber viel Angebot in der Nähe.

• Jawad (1/5): - Det vare okay Vi boede på hotellet for nylig, men desværre oplevede vi flere ting, som ikke levede op til forventningerne. Fjernsynet virkede ikke, sengen var meget hård og ubehagelig, og radiatoren fungerede dårligt, så der løb vand hele natten. Det gjorde det svært at sove ordentligt. Derudover fik vi ikke den ønskede babyseng. Personalet var venlige, men vi håber, at hotellet kan forbedre disse ting, så oplevelsen bliver bedre for fremtidige gæster.

• Kiara (6/5): Bien para pocos días - La ubicación cerca de la estación central, con una habitación súper amplia. Check in rápido. Nos tocó segundo piso, no cuentan con ascensor y las escaleras son bastante empinadas. Nadie en hotel ofreció ayudarnos a subir o bajar los equipajes. La cama matrimonial estaba compuesta por dos colchones individuales que eran diferentes en cuanto a altura y comodidad.
