Guest Reviews
- Conroy (2/5): An overpriced apartment that lacked hygiene, airflow and comfort - Location Many things wrong with this apartment. There was no air conditioning and there were only 2 fans for a group of six. The apartment would reach 50 degrees Celsius. The shower room had no ventilation so therefore had a lot of mould and left a bad odour in the apartment. He came and wiped the mould away, however this is not a permanent fix to the issue. There was wood in the shower of the ground, which could not have been hygienic because you cannot clean wood properly for constant wet and damp conditions. There was a bad smell constantly in the toilet even if we left the fan on. The mosquito nets for the windows did not cover the full window and let lots of mosquitos and bugs into the apartment. The utensils and kitchen ware was not cleaned properly. The ground was dirty when we arrived and there were long think black hairs and food crumbs found in the beds when we were first taking back the sheets. The top bunk had a loose screw which made the security plank and ladder very unstable. There were no working batteries for the tv and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 girls for 4 nights. The sink in the toilet did not have anything to unplug the drain so therefore the sink was full of water, they came and sorted this problem however. They also had advertised a shower holder, however we had to ask them to install it when we arrived and there wasn’t one. The sofa bed had completely collapsed at the end of the bed, making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Overall this was an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, as a mix of heat, humidity and dirt had us feeling constantly horrible. We are a well travelled group, and for a stay of 4 nights costing us €1193 we were severely let down and that we had completely overpaid for what we got.
- Agustina (9/5): Espectacular!!!
- Mario (8/5): Great location well positioned to visit all the Rome attractions. - The location Due to the hot temperatures in Rome when we stayed the apartment needs air conditioning to make it more comfortable.
