- Michelle (6/5): Clean...Nice area and just enough time away from town centre - Could have done with another chair as 3 adults and couch wasn't big enough for 3 people plus sofa bed wasn't comfy at all
- Renee (1/5): IF NOT MOBILE DO NOT BOOK - Unfortunately nothing as my parents didnt check in .Not suitable for parents who have mobility issues The property was located behind a fish and chip shop and as it was a very hot day the cooking smells were unbearable. They didn't stay in the property at all . The access was a fire escape type stair system that my mum couldn't climb everday. We were only aware of this once it was booked and we were told of how to check in. The outdoor patio area wasn't somewhere you could enjoy due to cooking smells of fish and chip shop. Can't comment on the apartment itself as they didn't stay.They also commented that there was a vehicle parked in front of the entrance to the flat which made it very difficult for my Dad to carry the suitcase through the tiny gap so he didn't bother! Sorry to be so negative am sure this is a great place for more able mobile people but should be stressed more before you book and that vehicles may block the entrance.

- Leigh (10/5): Quiet, clean little apartment perfect for visiting York and surrounding area! - Perfect location to city center which was inclusive of amenities if one wanted to stay longer. Clean and airy The space leading into bathroom needs a window covering or mini-blind for privacy
