- Debora (1/5): - Se esistesse la struttura potrei dare un giudizio. Mi sono ritrovata di notte senza un posto dove dormire e l’host non si è nemmeno degnato di rispondere al telefono. Se avessi potuto avrei dato zero. Mi sono ritrovata in mezzo a una strada con la mia famiglia.
- Sahil (7/5): The rooms were good, owners were good but the way rooms are made, one above the other was really inconvenient. - I liked how it was in the center of old quarter. Almost all the required amenities were provided. There is no sign board. We could not figure out where to go and stood on the road for 30 mins. All the rooms are on separate floors. 3 bedrooms on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. Its so much inconvenient to carry the luggage to 4th floor
- Mamata (7/5): Cozy little appartment - The apartment was good in a good location. Though a little small but fullfilled all expectations.
- Galauran (1/5): Disaster. I moved to a different hotel after 1st night - Cool aircon Stinky bedsheets (smells like someone already slept there and did not changed the sheets), dirty bathrooms, clogged bathroom drain, rain water went inside (we needed to put the luggages and shoes on the table to avoid the water), leaking walls and ceiling (woke up having wet personal bag and toiletries from the dripping rain on the ceiling), flickering lights, no bedroom locks, very hard to communicate with the host.
- Michelle (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was dirty, we had a leak and the water was running down the walls, we had to leave and book into another hotel. This is not fit to be on your website.

- Roberto (10/5): Best apartment to stay in Hanoi old quarter - It was a really nice apartment, in the old quarter of Hanoi, really well soundproof, with good quality of furniture, beds and well working air conditioning. It was really clean and tidy. The owner was kind and attentive with us, and helped us to arrange excursions in the surroundings of Hanoi. Definitely we would come back again! Nothing to say. Everything was perfect
