- Elina (7/5): Not clean, smwlly and too expensive for what you get. - Spacious and nice view from the balcony All the furniture was really old and broken but that wasn’t an issue but the really bad cigarette smell was, it was also not cleaned, there was a lot of black hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The fridge wasn’t working, and we noticed that on the third day, our food had gone bad, the cutlery and other cooking utensils were non existent.
- Irham (5/5): I don’t normally want to give any bad review, but this would help the owner to improve for the sake of unsuspected guest - Nothing much actually except for the location. Not properly maintained, looks worst than outside. Kitchen utensils not kept cleaned for guests. Could small cockroaches when opened the drawer and left over tea drink in a packet (not sure since when).

- Syfiq (6/5): Okay stay. Nothing impressive. - Cold air cons. Nice view on balcony. A lot of electrical appliances provided. Has wifi but cannot use it. Difficult to deal with on check-in process. Need to call the PIC to exit from the parking. Too hassle.
- Sharil (8/5): Pleasant stay & near to all attractions at bukit bintang - We did a last minute booking on the same day we cx in..love the location 🥰,near to Lalaport, BTS & all attractions in bukit bintang are just a short walk away.. apartment cosy & look nice..aircond very cool & the cleanliness are in acceptable condition..stall at LG are 24hrs open & surrounding area also have so many stalls..not facing issue with lift also get free parking.. Shahin & his wife give good service, tq Not much.. interior need an update, tv cabinet structure have damage, microwave not even heating even heat for 10min, kitchen cutlery such knive not even cutting, please standby an extra garbage plastic, tv function and channel is confusing then keep hang but we don't have time to watch tv but overall we satisfy with the apartment

Would be excellent if customer service is improves. - Its location, literally 10steps away from Lalaport (Mitsui shopping complex) and its interconnected to Hang Tuah LRT. Transport is easy too, with Grab drivers anytime anywhere. From the residence to Bukit Bintang, only cost RM9 on normal traffic. No one even care to check up if we are doing okay, or if we needed the unit to be cleaned or not. No extra towels given. Guessing even the garbage will need to be put out by yourself? Wasnt clear communication where to return the key post check out. The number given didnt reply the texts or calls.

- Shariffah (7/5): Good location, near a good selection of food and shopping not to mention public transportation. - The location was a stone's throw away from 2 of the big malls and nearby a selection of food. There was a convenience store on the ground level which made it easier for us to purchase things that we needed. The apartment was big and could accommodate my family of six. Although the cleanliness was acceptable, I feel that the interior could benefit from an update. There was a hairline crack in one of the tubs and one of the doors made a loud banging sound whenever we opened it.

- Hairee (2/5): Unpleasant unsatisfied stay - I had book 4 bedrooms once arrived and check in the owner told me there is no 4 bedrooms and given me 2 Studio suite for 8 people stay. The room was unpleasant dirty the sofa bed was hard as my friend complaining about his back was in pain sleeping on that sofa. The owner refund me rm50 for the room issues but still I feel like being cheated. Totally worst homestay I ever stay in KL . Won't come and book with this owner again.

- Danglicious (9/5): Perfect Place To Stay at Pudu area - Close to city and very convinient place to stay very quite area almost you don't hear a things from neighboor hood. You can reached out by walking diatance from MRT,LRT station,grocerry store and several mall. Some of the equipment are not available but the good thing you can ask a favor from the owner she staying just close by at the same floor and the same building,the owner is willing to help you sincerelly. In fact i have always having a conversation with her.

- Azma (7/5): Worth the price - The location is very strategic, easy to move around bukit bintang area. Room is okay, spacious. Worth the price. The lift took forever! Only 2 lifts working, very slow and always full during peak hours. Clogged toilet during bathing. Tv's remote not functioning.

- Happy (5/5): Great location, that's it. - The location , 24 hour convenience store out front of accommodation. The place wasn't clean, fridge wasn't working, mircowave wasn't working. No hot water. Cockroaches around the kitchen, sofa cushions were flat and uncomfortable. No batteries in the tv remote.

- Das (9/5): Superb - Good air-conditioning. Nicely furnished. Lovely balcony. Electrical cooking stove with frying pans. Clean bathroom. Good lighting. Fridge and washing machine and microwave oven. Home look exactly as in the picture. Only one thing. The TV content is unviewable because of the android TV box. Please change it. If can change the TV to smart TV with preinstalled Netflix and YouTube. Guest can login using their own account.
