• Céline (9/5): - La chambre était grande avec 3 lits donc pratique pour une famille avec des enfants. Les lits étaient confortables. La douche avait une bonne pression d'eau pour une fois et pas de soucis pour se laver tous les 4 à la suite. Le petit frigo était bien pratique également. L'hôtel est situé dans une ruelle très sympa dans le vieux quartier donc à côté de tout. On a l'impression d'être hors de l'agitation d'Hanoi tout en profitant de son atmosphère caractéristique. • Anna (10/5): Central gelegenes Zimmer, dennoch in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße - Der Gastgeber Tonyn, war unheimlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit 3 Betten und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind Hanoi old quarter Style, ein sehr altes Haus und natürlich sind die Zimmer auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist passend zur Hanai Alstadt. Einfach und zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einer kleinen Straße, wo keine Autos fahren. Wir können das Holmes Day, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen.

Grande chambre pour une occupation individuelle et bien équipée. On m’a attribuée une chambre aveugle, donc elle était sombre et pas très accueillante. J’étais au premier étage, il y avait beaucoup de bruit en provenance du rez-de-chaussée tôt le matin, et parfois au-delà de 21 heures. Aucune prestation repas y compris pour le petit déjeuner.
• Wim (9/5): Top locatie - De locatie is uitstekend. Op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van het Hoan Kiem meer. In de straat van de accommodatie zijn diverse restaurants. Mr. Tony, de host, is zeer behulpzaam voor luchthaventransfers, excursies e.d. Er was een lekker bed en een warme douche. In de nachten was het er zeer stil. Het is een oud gebouw met een wat gedateerd interieur.

Tour guide available if you want to familiarize with Hanoi. Felt safe as solo traveler. Taxi back to the airport was accommodated. Everything was easy at this hotel. Will book here again.
• Hieu (10/5): Best Value & Prime Location - Tony Makes Your Stay Wonderful - Tony the host is the man!! I was a little lost finding the place but he texted me back immediately on WhatsApp, directing me where to go. He gives you bottled water right when you arrive from a long journey, making you feel at ease right away. His english is spot on and will hook you up with any requests or needs. I even rented a motorbike from him for 7 days!! I asked for a personal tour guide to show me around old quarter and he delivered! The room I had was.clean, charming and had everything I needed. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. The location is prime, just two minutes walking to the big church. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi for a great value, definitely stay here. I was not disappointed and will stay again when I return to Hanoi. Thanks Tony, you’re #1

Разменять доллары, оформить сим карту, оформить туры, такси и так далее. Можно просто приехать , заселиться и в остальном вам тут точно помогут. Ценник не завышает, просто в конце отдыха отблагодарите его чаевыми
• MIKHAIL (10/5): - Очень хороший отель. Хозяин помогал абсолютно во всем. От размера денег, оформления сим карты до тура по халонгу. Цены хорошие. Все супер. Район прям передает атмосферу старого Вьетнама. В других районах такого не найдете. Тут мало туристов, местная атмосфера именно тут .

Ampoule et fils à nu ds la salle de bain au dessus de la douche…pas de pression du jet et 10mn pour l’eau tiède. 4eme sans ascenseur,…. le gérant nous a pris en hottage avant de partir pour qu’on lui mette une bonne note!

• Guest (9/5): Loved the location & the helpful host, but the beds were hard, the bathroom could use some upgrade. - This place is in an amazing spot—right in the Old Quarter and just a short walk to the cathedral, the lake, and the weekend market. There are plenty of local food options nearby, so you’ll never go hungry! Breakfast isn’t included, which is actually nice because it gives you the chance to try different local dishes around the area. The property is easy to find—it’s right across from a 24-hour laundry shop (though we wouldn’t recommend using that laundry if you’re picky; we had a small mix-up with socks). The host is super friendly and helpful. They helped us carry heavy luggage, arranged transport, and even offered us drinks when we arrived. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a prime location with a welcoming host, this is a great choice! The beds were hard, so if you prefer softer mattresses, keep that in mind. The bathroom is basic and functional, but nothing fancy. Also, the clothes hangers were a bit rustic—could use an update.

• Giuseppe (4/5): Struttura da ristrutturare - Poco, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di positivo, posso dire che il gestore è stato gentile e la posizione è buona, ma la camera era davvero sporca, maleodorante e decadente. Sono stato ingannato dal punteggio alto delle precedenti valutazioni. La camera era sporca e la puzza era costante. Tutto era decadente e necessitava di una ristrutturazione, a partire dall'impianto elettrico. Il bagno vecchio e, se facevi la doccia, l'acqua rimaneva a terra per un giorno intero in quanto il pavimento aveva una pendenza verso la porta e non verso lo scarico. Ma la cosa più terribile sono i materassi le cui molle spuntano ovunque dal lenzuolo rendendo difficile il riposo. Ci ha ingannato il punteggio alto altrimenti avremmo prenotato altrove.
