• Bogusława (6/5): - Basen czysty ,duży .Przyjemnie było posiedzieć nad nim. Zamówiona rybka bardzo dobra . Szkoda ,że nie serwują takiej kawy na śniadaniu jak w kawiarni. Śniadanie tragedia. Przed nami była wycieczka , prawie wszystko zjedli ,nikt nie uzupełnił stołu z daniami .

La chambre était" insalubre".. une fuite aux toilettes et une aeration bruillante dans la salle de bain.. et seulement une femme de menage pour venir passer un coup de serpillière pour camoufler une partie des degats..
• Anita (1/5): - Hotel trzykrotnie pobrał opłatę za pobyt , dwukrotnie z karty za każdym razem twierdząc że płatność nie przeszła, za trzecim razem zapłaciłam gotówka obawiając się że po raz kolejny płatność terminalem nie przejdzie. Niestety okazało się że płatność przeszła, efekt był taki że hotel 3 krotnie pobrał opłatę za pobyt i mimo reklamacji przez Booking oraz przez bank hotel pieniędzy nie zwrócił, mimo że minął już prawie miesiąc . Bardzo odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu a jeśli ktoś się zdecyduje to zdecydowanie trzeba płacić gotówką, bo hotel twierdzi że płatność kartą w terminalu nie powidła się a jest to nieprawdą i pieniądze z konta znikają.
• jurriën (7/5): Relaxen aan het zwembad - Het zwembad was heerlijk ,er werden drankjes aan ons zonnebed gebracht en we hebben een pizza gegeten. voor ons was de locatie prima ( direct aan de doorgaande weg) . Verder kun je er zonder auto niets. De badkamer was dik in orde. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was mooi ruim en de bedden lagen prima. De airconditioning viel regelmatig uit ,het werd één keer prima verholpen door de jonge man van de receptie, maar dat hielp maar kort. Met de volle zon op de ramen liep de temperatuur behoorlijk op. S'avonds was er een feest bij het zwembad restaurant ( het muziek ging tot laat door . Het ontbijt was een beetje chaotisch het buffet was om 8:15 nog niet klaar gezet en het brood kwam te laat

Der Flur zum Zimmer war schmutzig. - Der Pool Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber - Haarknäul in der Dusche, Fußnägel auf dem Boden und Bonbonpapier unter dem Nachttisch. Der Kühlschrank ging nicht und war einfach in dem Raum gestellt. Bei der Fernbedienung fehlte der Batteriedeckel und die Batterien.

• Ignez (7/5): Affordable but not a real 4-star hotel - Staff is very kind and helpful. The room is confortable and the pool is great. There was no toilet seat in the bathroom. I have never seen it in a 4-star hotel. I was also surprised to find out there was no shower in the pool area. Or it was broken. Also, it’s a shame that the hotel doesn't make an effort to provide a decent breakfast for its guests.

• Tine (7/5): Nice rooms and refreshing pool - We had a good stay in Hotel Havana with our 2 young kids who enjoyed the pool very much. The restaurant serves good food and everything was very clean. Nevertheless, the sunbeds weren't very clean, music was indeed quiet loud (as read on booking.com by other guests) and on the 2nd night their was a private wedding near the pool, so then as well we heard music till late in the evening, even in our room.

There was a wedding on in the hotel and we couldn’t sleep until after 3am one morning. We informed staff and there was nothing done to try and compensate us for this. The pool is a bit cloudy. The food was poor overall.

• Wahmeduae (6/5): Short but not so sweet stay - Nice quaint little place reminded us of an old farmhouse or cottage in the British countryside, looked nice, lovely restaurant amazing pool area, great buzz at night The rooms have not been maintained well, we had no hot water in the bath, called to get it sorted the reception guy said it should be fine, and he didn't know what to do. There was only one working power outlet in the room, others were burnt out or removed with gaping holes showing Staff were a bit cold and not easy to work with

First of all the staff need to learn how to behave with guests... if u want tourists to come to skoder or other parts of this beautiful country u gotta b polite and patient... can't be rude to guests...all guests don't speak ur language.. and atleast have staff who can speak basic english instead of just saying NO for everything... And there were drunk people making noise at 3 am in the morning and disturbing other guests... Horrible experience...

We initially received a rocked down smoking room - after speaking to the front desk we received a much nicer, non smoking room which was great
