• Mayo (6/5): Convenient and comfortable bed. Check in wasn’t a good experience - A good place to lay your head down at night. Wasn’t far from Drumsheds where we were going. Amenities were good. The check in was the only major difficulty. We were asked to tell the host our check in time which we did well before we had arrived in London. However we had to wait almost an hour outside for the host to arrive and let us in. I understand that the traffic is bad at that time but it wasn’t too pleasant to wait for as long as we did.

• Matthew (5/5): Alright. - Good location for where I was. Its also relatively cheap. Hosts are also lovely. Shower is awful. It needs instructions. Room is like super small - thankfully I was staying alone. Room also didn't have a bin. Also, as not a London resident, where it is is confusing. Its a 2nd floor apartment with rooms in. Took a while for me to find how to get in.
• Courtney (1/5): Not great, bad host. Bad location. No instructions. Bad service. - Not much. No instructions on where to find the door or how to enter the property. Property is located on a council estate in Edmonton which is not the greatest of areas. Entrance through a door which is hard to find and only has a buzzer. Had to wait for the host to arrive within 30 mins. Host is also rude and wants to argue for 30 mins at 1am after i waited 30 mins for him to arrive outside after midnight whilst I had to try and find the main entrance for 25 mins plus and had to call the number because there was zero instructions again.

• Scott (9/5): Superb - Really got me out of a hole after the hotel I'd booked back in November didn't have my booking in their diary and had no availability. A much larger room than where I'd originally booked too. The landlord went above and beyond to help me out. It was much further out of Central London than where I had originally booked to stay.

Me and my friend booked 2 rooms for one night here and didn’t even get to stay there, i asked if it was possible for an early check in (just to drop our bags off) and was willing to pay extra for it because we were going to an event and would be out all day so would miss the ridiculous check in time. Every property iv ever stayed in has had the key in a lock box so check in is never a problem. The host didn’t try to arrange something to resolve the issue and seemed like he didn’t care, luckily we managed to find another place to stay otherwise we would have just been left out in the cold. I think he could of easily resolved the problem but was just being awkward about it, thats my honest opinion. I would not recommend that you book this just because of his lack of communication and understanding.

• Irene (4/5): Improve the curtain and clean stairs. But house was pleasant. - Place was clean and bed comfy The curtains had holes and were loosely hung. The stair case is extremely dirty. Was accused of breaking a key that I didn’t even need to use again once in.

• Thomas (9/5): Good value flat in London close to overground and bus facilities and has all cooking facilities. - I like the value for money, getting a good hotel with self-catering with fridge/freezer in your room is a problem in London. I was not keen on travelling but it was easy once you get used to it. There are plenty of buses and they all have AI information about your route, hard to understand at first but realized the bus stops have a letter designation and once inside the bus the bus lets you know when to get off. Hard to find but easy for me as I asked a neighbor for directions, and he opened the entrance door to the steps.

So that I wouldnt be charged double fare if I checked I n after 9pm ...I made it after running like a dog and catching trains buses and taxis only to find that the landlord want there until after 25 minute after 9 pm !!! Should I have paid him if he was going to charge me double and then he wasn't in attendance when I was there before 9 pm !!!! Ridiculous and then he slllllmm replied "I did well and that 25 pounds is cheap room !!! "". The room rate you had decide mate !!!! Never book this again ....waste man and completely hypocritical !!!! You think I'm being unfair ...two way relationship..not only always the tenants to blame !!!!! The hypocrisy!!!!!

• Kate (9/5): Comfortable clean room with balcony and TV, close to overground station. - Really clean, comfortable bed, had people coming to clean regularly. Balcony was accessible from my room which was a plus so I could do laundry. All appliances worked except the fan, staff were helpful and nice. Felt very secure and private even though there are shared spaces such as bathroom kitchen etc. Fan didn’t work and they could do with more plug sockets in the rooms, plus the actual estate is not that great but not really their fault for that.

Wasn't there at the flat when I arrived despite having confirmed arrival time earlier that day. Had to wait half an hour for him to show up. No offer to help carry heavy bags up the stairs. Cleanliness and hygiene left lot to be desired, flat supposed to be cleaned every day. In reality, I was there 4 days and it only got cleaned the day I arrived and the day I left by which time there was no toilet paper and the bathroom absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. I also didn't realise you would be sharing the flat with 3 other people and there was only one tiny toilet between the 4. The toilet also has no sink, so to wash your hands you have to go to the shower room. Wouldn't stay here again
