• DROSOULA (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο, ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος, σκάλες και χωλ. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης Λευκάδα συνεπώς όλα βρίσκονται κοντά στον επισκέπτη. Ευχαριστούμε τους ιδιοκτήτες για την άριστη συμπεριφορά και συνεννόηση. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το ξενοδοχείο στο επόμενο μας ταξίδι.
• Nure Nr (8/5): - Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καταπληκτική, ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει! Η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενική και μάλιστα μας είπε πληροφορίες για το κτήριο και την ιστορία του που δεν γνωρίζαμε. Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη και η τοποθεσία 10/10. Η ηχομόνωση από την άλλη ήταν μεγάλο θέμα. Στις 3 το ξημέρωμα μας ξύπνησαν φωνές από άλλο δωμάτιο. Γενικότερα ακούγαμε αλλα άτομα ακόμα και από τις σκάλες. Η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια, βρήκαμε στην ντουζιέρα απορρίμματα από προηγούμενους πελάτες. Η κουρτίνα του ντουζ είχε λεκέδες και υπήρχε μια βαριά μυρωδιά στην ατμόσφαιρα. Επίσης τα πρωινά δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό.

• IanAnne (7/5): Very clean , central hotel in a great spot overlooking the square. Just needs a few extras in the room . - It was situated in the square . Clean , Slept well It was quite basic , a cupboard of cups , glasses etc but no kettle, no hob , About 3 coat hangers . No lift so carrying a heavy case up to the top floor . It needed a bit of modernisation.
• Olivera (10/5): - For me staying at different places is always defined by the people who work there. The Hotel manager Olga, was a lovely welcoming woman, who immediately gave the place a very welcoming energy. She is lovely. /

• Laura (10/5): - I just stayed one night before going sailing but I hope to return and stay longer. I was welcomed like family and given a lovely introduction to lefkada. It was clear that guest relations are very important here and I’m so thankful for such a lovely stay.
• Micaëla (8/5): Comfortable, quiet stay in the centre of town. - Great welcome from our host with lots of local information. Lovely room above the main square. Amazingly quiet even though it was in the main part of town. Nothing. All good.
• JOHN (8/5): Very convenient. - Great location with such a helpful host. Would have appreciated a few toiletries in the shower/bath. And an electric kettle, we Brits like to brew a cup of tea!
• Emma (10/5): Warm welcome and comfy stay - Olga’s warm hospitality was exceptional . She went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and assisted us to contact the bus station, and offered discounts for local cafes. The central location is perfect for a stay in the old town with lots of great restaurants just outside. This cute hotel has retained its original character, has all your basic needs. we would stay again.
• Ευδοκία (10/5): - Our stay was a truly pleasant surprise. Upon arrival, Olga informed us that she had upgraded our booking from a studio to an apartment. She also shared valuable tips about the best places to visit and when to go, helping us make the most of our time. The accommodation had a beautifully preserved vintage style, reflecting the trends of a century ago, and everything was both cozy and spotless. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and linens provided every morning. Olga is a warm and delightful host, clearly passionate about what she does. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

• GIORGOS (10/5): Ήταν όλα άψογα - Ήταν όλα άψογα, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να μπορείς να πηγαίνεις οπουδήποτε. Άψογη οικοδέσποινα η κυρία ολγα πολύ εξυπηρετική και κατατοπιστική. Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλές παροχές. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

• AleixV (10/5): - La ubicación y el trato de Olga, la dueña. Nos ayudó en todo, aconsejándonos sobre sitios adonde ir y hasta nos prestó una sombrilla, lo cual se agradeció mucho. Es inevitable porque el edificio es antiguo, pero hay que decir que no tiene ascensor.

• Noemi (9/5): - Olga hat uns so herzlich empfangen, sie hat uns die Geschichte des Hotels erzählt, da es ja das älteste dieser Insel ist. Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben für unseren Aufenthalt & war sehr hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist top, obwohl es draußen sehr laut ist hat man im Zimmer davon kaum etwas mitbekommen.

• Patric (6/5): Good stay for a night or two to explore Lefkada and its night-life - Reception was friendly. Rooms, towels and linens clean. Location was top, right in the middle of the main square. Aircon was working well, as windows need to be closed at night, to avoid the sounds of the lively neighborhood. Had a view across the square. Room has seen better days and need renovation. In particular the bath room. I asked for a bill on the day of check-out and followed up by WhatsApp and through the Booking.com portal. I never received a response.

• Anne (5/5): Not a great experience - Central location is fantastic and not to noisy Very dated and a bit chaotic. No hairdryer, reception not manned despite girl who checked me in telling me there was someone there all the time. Had to phone, lady did come back with one but too late as I was meeting people. She claims she came to my room earlier to drop one off? I did hear someone putting the key in my door and I asked what they wanted without opening door as lady travelling alone. The reply was sorry, sorry, sorry!!! No mention of hairdryer nor was one left outside my room.
• Wendy (9/5): Great location overlooking the evening hustle and bustle of the square. - The location was perfect, overlooking the main square full of Tavernas. Staff were very nice and friendly. It's an old traditional building so it is a bit dated along with the rooms. The room was very clean. My husband carried our suitcase up the steep winding stairs. This could be a problem for some. There were steps between the rooms in our studio so just need to be careful.

• Michael (8/5): Great location and value - Hotel Patrai has a great location and value, overlooking a square and prime shopping area. The room was clean but a little sparse. I had a great terrace overlooking the square, where it was nice to relax and people watch from above. The personnel were nice, friendly and very accommodating. I was there for just one night because of travel timing, but would like to have stayed longer. Note that the property entrance is on the side of the building off the square. Ring the doorbell for entry. Thanks for a wonderful, albeit short, stay.

• Melanie (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location and amazing hospitality - It's the kind of local hotel I love to support and I'll definitely return. Manager Olga was so lovely to chat to and full of recommendations and advice about the island, as well as having super interesting stories! My room was upgraded (thanks!) and was comfortable, quiet, and I could easily live there for weeks. Also central location, loads of great restaurants and coffee nearby and close to bus stop. It was actually perfect and I hope to return for longer.
• Yvonne (8/5): Great location on main square.close to everything. - Right on the main square,a short distance from the ferry port,and a bus stop (called the marina bus stop)to go to other towns.Hostess Olga told us how to get there.She was very helpful and friendly .She kindly moved us to a room with a bigger balcony overlooking the square.She let us check in early and check out very late in time for the bus to Vasiliki which left once only at 2pm. This is not a hotel as we know it now.There is no lobby. There is a locked front door.We had sent our arrival time a few days ahead,and another message via booking the day before,but never got an answer.Olga and her daughter,who both speak excellent English,were surprised to see us.These are not studios as we know it.Our first “studio “ was just a room with a fridge and kettle.The second one had a small table,and a minimally supplied kitchenette,but she told us that the regulations did not allow cooking.

• Annelie (8/5): This is a very basic very clean and brilliant location. - It was an easy check in and they were super flexible about my check out time. The shower pressure was and shower head was very poor and should be checked.
• Joe (8/5): Very good - Great location with a fun balcony view over the main square of Lefkada. Very busy square on an evening but you can’t hear this with the door and windows shut. Good AC. Owner is very nice and gave us a brief history of the building and allowed us to stay that little be longer the morning of checkout, as we were waiting to get on a ferry to Corfu. Great place to stay for a couple of nights to see Lefkada in the hustle and bustle of it all. The shower didn’t have a shower head stand which would have been fine but it’s a small space so was a little tricky to shower comfortably. We needed a last minute place to stay and because of this and the religious celebrations going on, we paid a lot more than what it is worth. That said, the extra time on the morning of checkout definitely made up for this.

• Fiona (9/5): Good budget option - The location was very central but not noisy. We had a warm welcome from the owner who was very helpful. She kindly agreed to store our luggage for a few hours on our day of departure. The apartment was comfortable and adequate for a 1 night low budget stay. The owner explained that the water pressure was often low on the island so there was only a small trickle of water from the taps when we stayed. There was limited food preparation equipment. The kitchen bin hadn't been emptied.

• Ashley (7/5): Do your homework before booking - Hospitality, location (if you don't mind being in the middle of the square). Near all amenities and public transport Wifi, there werenone U was told by the owner that they being waiting for connection for months. I am afriad this is not good enough. Has to take business calls in noisy coffee shops. The hotel is a house, and in need of serious renovations. Further, it is definitely not worth the money. Found far better options afterward. As of the owner, she was playing music around 08:30. Not her fault as her desk is near the rooms. Didn't want to say anything,but my facial expression hope convey the message.
