• Klára (7/5): Prima lokalita, milá hostitelka, špatně odhlučněné pokoje… - Lokalita, vstřícnost hostitelky Velmi hlučné ubytování, ze sdílené koupelny na chodbě je po celou moc slyšet úplně všechno. Bohužel jsme měli zrovna smůlu na hosty, v půl třetí v noci nás probudili a hodinu se sprchovali 🙆‍♀️

• Luana Zárate (9/5): - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire Gabriella, elle nous a montré la maison et donné de bonnes adresses dans le quartier et expliqué comment se déplacer avec les transports proches du logement. Nous avons pu profiter du salon et de la cuisine partagée où nous pouvions préparer un délicieux café le matin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Rome, dans un lieu paisible à 20min des points touristiques !

The owner was extremely kind and welcoming; we really enjoyed meeting them and had a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome it’s a comfortable and lovely place to stay.

• Samanta (8/5): - Location near the tram stop with access to Trastevere in 15min, nice neighbourhood, clean house and room, comfortable bed, Everything was like pictured in the listing. We had mosquitos in the room even though there was a net. It felt a bit like staying at your auntie's house so there are rules that you need to respect. The bathroom is shared with all the rooms so it's a bit inconvenient, but we found it free most of the time during our stay. Would also to be nice to be able to charge your phone next to the bed without having turn the lights on. Not sure why it worked in thay way. Very Roman style mentality, which for some people can be a bit too straight forward. Again, just something to consider with communicating with your guests who are not used to this.

• Javier (9/5): - Gabriella te atiende a la llegada y te explica todo, muy atenta. Instalaciones muy bien, buena baño (compartido con otra habitación, tiene secador) y cocina bien preparada para calentar y hornear. Además, Gabriella te da gratis distintos tes, leche y café, todo un detalle. En la cocina hay un frigorífico donde puedes guardar tu comida. En la habitación 2 también tienes un pequeño frigorífico pequeño. La habitación (es enorme) tiene su tele smartv pequeñita, buen wifi y cama bastante cómoda, almohada no tanto. Solo diría la almohada, particularmente a mi me gustan un poco más altas y firmes. Cambiando eso sería de 10 el hostal.

• Volmer (10/5): 5 Sterne! - Eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die einem direkt das Gefühl von zu Hause gegeben hat. Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit großer Terrasse für eine entspannten ersten Kaffee am Morgen. Super Anbindung ob Bus, Tram oder Zug. Ein sehr sauberes gemütliches Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer plus ein nen weiteren großen mit Eisfach in der allgemeinen Küche für die kalten Getränke zwischendurch. Wir empfehlen diese tolle Unterkunft von Herzen weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Уже второй раз тут, ну это же показатель . - Мы уже второй раз останавливаемся у Габриэллы в Домус Лилиум, первый раз прилетали в апреле, и решили в сентябре вернуться. Нам все очень нравится. Прекрасное расположение, рядом трамвай, автобусы. Внизу кафе , где вкусный кофе и круассаны. В доме всегда чисто, тихо, уютно, как дома. Есть терраса, где можно провести время. Выпить утренний кофе, либо бокал вина вечером. Это наша лучшая находка жилья в Риме. Мы рассматривали даже более новые варианты жилья, но ни разу не пожалели , что выбрали снова его. Всем рекомендую . ❤️

Là vicino c'è un'ottima gelatteria e pizzeria. La camera è bellissima e luminosa, con un bagno spazioso, consiglio a chi desidera un soggiorno splendido in una zona storica di Roma.

• SRasmussen (9/5): A home away from home. - I love how the house let us check in early, made us feel welvome with cups of freshly made coffee 😍 The room was spacious, and everything was provided. A grand high ceiling home was definitely well worth the money we paid. The air conditioning and the private bathroom were brilliant. Gabriella's home truly fell like a home away from home - 10/10 The busy loud noise of the traffic on the main road when the windows are opened at night time, it kept me up.

• Tomáš (10/5): Great location, great value for money - The place was spacious, comfortable, clean and cozy. The location is amazing, just a 20-minute tram ride from the center. Amazing value for money, we would definitely recommend. The host didn't speak English, but she managed to explain everything anyway.

The host was very understanding when I asked if we could check in earlier because my friend was sick. She literally saved our trip. We loved the house and we got sad that we were leaving. The AC kept going off and on. I don’t know maybe that’s how it works but sometimes it would get hot.

It was also very easy to get to rome fiumicino airport by heading to trastevere station. Gabriella the owner and host was super helpful, responsive and an amazing person. She made our check in really smooth. Grazie mille 💯 Will definitely book this accomodation again when in Rome! Nothing, it was lovely!

It also had a small fridge which we didn't have in the description so it was a pleasant surprise. Gabriella was very kind and sweet. She even gave us an umbrella when it was raining. Allora.. Gabriella isn't fluent in english, but do not let the language barrier discourage you.

• Gian (10/5): Excellent booking exceeding my expectations. - For the price, we received a beautiful and clean room, with big windows. To sweeten up the deal, we also had access to the terrace, and to a spacious and cozy common living room and kitchen. The host even brought us delicious treats every morning. Not a big deal, but the location of this property is in a zone which is a bit dirty and not in a very nice part of the city. The bathroom also needs to be shared with another room, and at least one time I had to wait to use the bathroom. However, the bathroom is kept pretty clean each day.

• Mattias (10/5): Great house with a comfortable bed - I loved the fresh fruit and small goodies in the kitchen. The room is large and the bed is super comfy. It was a time of colds going around in Rome and it’s hard to be totally contact free from the neighbors in this apartment, which I usually something that I like. And the neighbors I met were really nice.
• Brianna (9/5): Great stay and great host! - The accommodation was in a good location as it’s close to Trastevere and not too far from main tourist attractions. Even though there was a language barrier and miscommunication/confusion while messaging, Gabriella was great! She was very nice and helpful and answered any questions I had! I also liked how we were provided keys to our room and restroom for safety reasons. I did not really like how the restroom was not in the same room, but it was in the description and you get what you paid for and the restroom was private so we had a key to it.

Very easy to get to by train from Fiumicino airport. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Big living room and terrace if one wanted to eat in. We would have appreciated having our room cleaned, at least every other night. The room is positioned right at the entrance, in the middle of the house. Depending on fellow travellers staying at the facility, it can be noisy at night. This doesn't depend on the host at all, just the nature of the house.

There was a beautiful balcony and great kitchen and living space available. Multiple buses went from right outside the property to bring us into the city centre. Also great value for money! Nothing- the property was exceptional and the owner is amazing. Great contact through WhatsApp and communication throughout. No issues whatsoever. Everything you could need was included.

• Alessandra (9/5): Lovely villa and host! - The room and en-suite was clean and comfortable, the villa was pretty and well-located with a bus stop just down the road. As young travellers we felt very safe since we had 4 keys to enter. The host Gabriella was warm and friendly and did her best to make our stay comfortable despite the language barrier😊 She was also kind enough to make an exception and allowed us to check-in hours before the normal time to drop off our luggage since we had an early check-out from our previous accommodation. The a/c was great and we also appreciated the free snacks/ pastries provided in the kitchen! The walls were a little thin so we were a bit conscious of our noise level, of course that isn’t the hosts fault though. Also I don’t think there was a washing machine or iron which may be an issue for people wanting a long stay but wasn’t an issue for us since we only stayed 2 nights

• Gréta (4/5): Disappointing - Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location. There was air conditioning only in the bedroom, it was very hot in the other rooms of the apartment. The air conditioner in the room is terribly loud, you can't sleep because of it. The worst experience was the host's communication, most of the time he didn't answer even after 24 hours. He didn't indicate in advance that he was communicating on WhatsApp, so on the first day we didn't even know what time we could book the room, we had to wait at the gate and we didn't get any instructions about how to get in. There was a nicely equipped kitchen, but we were not allowed to use it, even if we had needed it, and there was no information about it.

Also it’s like 4 keys to actually enter your room because it’s the fence, the front door and the door of the hotel and your room.
