• Estefania (7/5): Beautiful location and amenities, but the apartment needs improvement - We loved the beach, the pool, and the overall condominium. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and feels very safe. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation. The apartment manager was responsive whenever I reached out, which we appreciated. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much better overall condition of the apartment. On the first day, both the condo areas and the apartment were heavily infested with mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to relax or even use the balcony. We had to spend time killing mosquitoes just to be able to stay inside. The check-in was delayed, and we had to wait until after 3:00 pm for the cleaning staff, despite the stated check-in window of 2:30–3:00 pm, and no apology or compensation was offered. Some areas of the apartment were not in good condition, such as the shower in the main bedroom. The kitchen was equipped, but the pans were very worn out and food would stick to them. The TV in the secondary bedroom was not working. Additionally, the hallways leading to the apartment were not clean. While the manager was responsive, the communication felt a bit unfriendly at times and could be improved

• Nicole (1/5): Book at your own risk. - Nothing. Everything. After reserving using a credit card, checking in, paying the amenities fee and receiving our bracelets, we found somebody else in the room and were told to speak with the owner of the room only to be screamed at on the phone by this person that we had not verbally confirmed with her personally (something Bookings.com seems to ask people to avoid doing) and she had rented it to somebody else. We had to book something else last minute for significantly more and because this place is far from anywhere we had to find transportation to the new place (which was way better in so far as location, amenities and service).

Hermoso por donde lo mires, aires acondicionados en las habitaciones, dos baños, las camas comodisimas, la playa excelente y el personal de Cadaques muy amable, sin dudas vamos a volver. Nada. Todo excelente

• CATHERINE (3/5): Annonce mensongère. À éviter! - Belle résidence avec plage privée et bel espace piscine. Literie confortable. Annonce mensongère. J’ai loué un appartement avec deux chambres et je me suis retrouvée dans un studio en rez de chaussée ! Nous étions 3 adultes et nous avons dû dormir ensemble dans la même pièce. Appartement mal entretenu. Lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, sols mal nettoyés, équipements de la cuisine quasi inexistants. Personnel d’accueil mal aimable. Logement sans aucune vue en rez de chaussée donc bien loin de la description de l’annonce. Signalement fait à Booking.

• Alain (9/5): Bel appartement idéal pour deux couples - Appartement calme et très bien situé, proche de la piscine et de la mer. Serviettes de bains disponibles dans l'appartement. Restaurant à proximité très agréable et accueillant. La personne à la réception, qui donne la clé, était très peu aimable, et ne nous a aidé en rien. Cette personne n'a rien à voir avec le propriétaire de l'appartement.

• Rebecca (6/5): Very comfortable apartment just need a few items mentioned above to make it even better. - The location of apartment is amazing Ideally you would be given a small towel as well as a bath towel for when you wash your hair. ALso need : A tea towel to dry up, a draining board , an oven glove. cleaning products so you can clean the WC and kitchen / bathroom surfaces. We brought some and left it. ALso a clothes airer would be helpful and had to drape towels and swimwear over chair on the balcony. Some had metal frames which are rusting so have stained some of our swimwear and was staining the properties beach towels. A larger frying pan would also be helpful.

• Peta (5/5): Nice resort, but terrible smelly apartment - - The complex itself is very nice, with direct access to a beach, sunbeds, a pier, with an amazing sea color. There is also a big swimming pool, water park and minimarket in the complex - drinking water is provided - later check-out was possible which we appreciated due to an evening flight - the arrival process was quite strange. We should find a security guy to pay him for the room and get the access code, but at the end the security didn't know anything and we were directed to a reception, where we waited unnecessarily for a long time to explain the situation and find out it is a porter who we are looking for. At the end we managed to find him, paid and received the code via message, but the wifi password was sent to the guy and he had to resend it to us... I have never experienced this. - The apartment was very nice for the first look, but only for it. The amenities were old, dirty or broken and there was a strong moldy and musty smell in the whole apartment, including the kitchen cabinets - The apartment is absolutely not recommended for more than 4 people. It was not prepared for the 5th person even if it was booked for 5 people. We had to unfold the couch which was not easy and borrow the sheet from other rooms in the apartment. The couch itself is horrible, uncomfortable and my sister was scared to sleep on it. We are glad we stayed only 1 night. The other bed was not comfortsble as well and extremely high. - The complex is at the very edge of Bayahibe and only overpriced hotel restaurant and other hotel resorts are nearby so it is hard to find something normal to eat without driving to the city
