- Frank (1/5): Very dissppointing - The place Very disappointing experience, lack of basic service and respect. Unfortunately, our stay at this villa was very disappointing. From the beginning, we experienced several issues: • The hot water did not work properly, making it uncomfortable to shower. • The stove was partially broken, with one side not working at all. • There was a power outage from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., with no notice, explanation, or assistance provided. The worst part happened on our check-out day. Before our scheduled check-out time, staff entered the villa without our permission to start cleaning, even though we were still getting ready. On top of that, they were rude and pressured us to leave, saying another guest was arriving in three hours — which is not the guest’s responsibility. We paid for privacy, comfort, and proper service, and received none of it. We do not recommend this place if you are looking for a respectful, well-managed stay.

- Grace P (10/5): - Finca Jasmat was simply perfect for families as children can run free and connect with nature, all in a safe environment. The staff is super attentive and polite. The owner was also on top of things. There's a ~20min off-road going up the hill, though.
