MIchael (10/5): A great, central apartment - Flat was modern, newly furnished and very clean. It was well equipped and a good size. The location was fantastically central for us. The balcony is very small. Not big enough for 2 people to sit and despite some descriptions, there is no balcony furniture.
Ralf (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer spannenden Stadt - Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, gute Erreichbarkeit und schelle Reaktion auf Beanstandung (Türschloss defekt). Zu wenig Geschirr, etwas nüchtern ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen zu wenige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten (Sessel bzw. Sofa)
Jennifer (8/5): Pleasant stay in a convenient condo in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. - Nice condo in good Location. 2 bedroom, 2 bath modern condo with balconies (6th floor). Stressful dealing with luggage from morning when we got off cruise (9 AM) until we could access door code to be assured we had the correct location and felt assured that we would not have problems entering the unit at 4PM (16:00). Finally turned phone on (($20) to access internet and downloaded the website and finally the door key section was there and we had a code for the door. We had taken a taxi to Easylock and stored our luggage. Bought Sightseeing Hop on Hop off tickets and saw the city. Walked from #4 stop To get our luggage about 3:15. Got a taxi and made it to the location a little after 4. We were happy to realize that we could get in and all was good! Trouble locking sliding door to balcony! How to get to English channels on the TV (BBC)!
