Villa was very clean, with some essential items in the fridge for our arrival, thanks. WiFi available in the villa. Would have benefitted from Aircon.

- Marianne (9/5): Lovely relaxing holiday in a quiet area just what I wanted!! - Lovely spacious villa within a lovely quiet area near Marina Rubicón. Well equipped kitchen & 3 bathrooms. Loved the outside spaces especially the balcony outside the bedroom where you could just sit and relax. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property

- Begoña (7/5): Satisfactoria - La piscina. Y los productos para desayunar que nos dejaron de cortesía. Faltaba mobiliario de descanso en la zona de porche, tan solo tenía las tumbonas para tomar el sol.
- paolo (10/5): - Bella casa a schiera comoda pulita in zona tranquilla completa di tutto. Piscina piccola ma carina sempre al sole. La cucina è dotata di tutto 3 camere 3 bagni barbecue In giardino lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Supermercato a 200 metri il centro a 3 min di macchina.
- Montserrat (4/5): Deja mucho q desear - El alojamiento en sí no está mal pero cuando llegamos no lo habían limpiado de los anteriores inquilinos, tuvimos q dormir en sábanas usadas, la piscina…estaba fatal, la ducha del baño sin mampara ni cortina, así es q no lo podías usar. Fue decepcionante, vamos no volvería a esta estancia Q me cobren por algo q no cumple ni de lejos lo q he contratado, la casa estaba sin limpiar de los anteriores usurarios, hasta la mañana siguiente no vinieron, pero la primera noche nos tocó dormir como pudimos y la piscina están muy sucia, llena de algas y de algo verde en el fondo…

- Darran (10/5): A great villla in a great location with a great team to make your stay the best it can be!! - Having visited Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca on numerous occasions, Villa Carmen didn’t fail to please. The villa is traditional with modern quirks. It has everything you need for a home from home stay. A casual walk to Marina Rubicon is a lovely 10 minute stroll on the coastal path. If you continue to Playa Blanca town it’s maybe another 10/15 minutes. The maintenance team were brilliant and very attentive. Communication with Alex on Booking.com was also brilliant. Thank you!!
- Dan (9/5): Perfect chilled week at Villa Carmen..☀️ - Spacious villa in an area we have frequented. Well appointed, comfy beds, lovely terrace with eating area and pool, getting all day sunshine. Everything within walking distance - lovely coastal walks to Rubicón Marina, Playa Blanca or Papagayo beach. A very well stocked local Superdino a minute walk from Villa, has everything u can think of. Good communication with owner - and very easy access on arrival with lock box. Welcome Pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Had a late flight, so was greatly appreciated. Very little. We were very impressed. Air-con would have been a bonus, but bedrooms have ceiling fans which are certainly ample in Nov, I can’t comment for high Summer. And also perhaps a greater selection of towels available.
