This residence is open to the university community, including students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, all year round and it is a member of the Spanish Youth Hostel Network (REAJ). It is necessary to provide a YHA membership card issued by the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). The YHA membership can also be purchased onsite.

C'è una palestra e la lavanderia L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che non c'era un bar all'interno, quindi in una giornata piovosa ci siamo sentiti un po' isolati. In realtà il giorno successivo abbiamo scoperto che nei dintorni c'erano diversi bar e locali

- Mohamed Aymane (9/5): - L’hôtel Kia est conçu de manière très élégante. Il était calme et sécurisé. Il dispose d’un chauffe-eau dans la salle de bain ainsi que de la climatisation. Le personnel qui y travaille est très respectueux, poli, serviable et toujours disponible.

- Alessia (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno! - Ho soggiornato in questa residenza per 5 giorni insieme al mio fidanzato, il monolocale era davvero spazioso, con zona cucina e bagno privato. Il personale delle pulizie e quello alla reception è sempre stato gentile. Gli spazi comuni sono ben tenuti, la zona é tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo é adatta per studenti/ragazzi, fornita di bar e locali. Unico neo la posizione, un po’ fuori dal centro, con una fermata metro raggiungibile in circa 15 min a piedi si arriva poi in poco tempo. Nel complesso la consiglio vivamente per il rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente buono! 😊 Distanza dal centro di Valencia

La posizione è abbastanza strategica perché a metà tra la spiaggia e il centro di Valencia, raggiungibili entrambi facilmente con i mezzi. Colazione buona e staff gentile. Purtroppo mancavano le pentole e le padelle quindi, nonostante ci fosse la cucina, non abbiamo potuto cucinare. Il quartiere molto tranquillo, forse fin troppo vuoto d’estate, perché le università sono chiuse, però ci sono molti negozi e servizi vicino

- Laura (9/5): - The room was wonderfully quiet and featured a lovely outdoor terrace. It was located in a lively neighborhood with lots of young people, creating a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere. Public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets were all within walking distance. The beach was also quite close. The reception staff were always available and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The toilet and dishes didn't appear very clean upon arrival. However, the rest of the space was clean and well maintained.

Las almohadas que entre eso y una toalla era lo mismo y la cama muy pequeña, parecía más bien para un niño más que adolescente/adulto.

- Mara (9/5): Perfecto para escapadas en familia - Las instalaciones, el personal y la ubicación. La habitación estaba preparada para los tres, con el menaje y las camas. Tienen salas de entrenamiento donde mi hijo se lo pasó genial con el futbolín y yo pude usar el gimnasio para hacer un poco de deporte. Además, está cerca de lineas de autobuses que llevan al centro y a las zonas turísticas a visitar. Todo bien.
