• Kubi (1/5): Disgusting - nothing A shocking experience, on the day of arrival, we arrived as 5 girls. The electricity in the apartment went out for 6 hours. There was no response from the apartment company and we didn’t know what to do. We asked the neighbors for help; they tried to help but to no avail. We were stuck in the apartment without electricity. The parking gate got stuck, the car got stuck inside the parking lot. Terrible customer service, not enough towels, the air conditioner doesn’t work. In short, I don’t recommend it. The only advantage was that the apartment is 200 meters from Chabad House. ...
• Laura (8/5): Super - Property was nice and confortável and easy to access and quiet area. Very nice apartment to stay for a few days . Didn’t have a small brush pan to clean , the equipment and the plugs for toaster were loose and can be dangerous . The TV it’s a shame only access to Amazon etc and not cable TV

• matei (9/5): - Un apartament modern cu destule facilități, amplasat în apropierea principalelor atractii turistice din Limasol. Se poate intervenit pentru mici reparații ( ușa de la un dormitor nu se închide, var scorojit, aspecte care se poate remedia foarte ușor)

• Alena (9/5): - Location, renovation. We didn’t have hot water for two days. The company did not compensate for this in any way. The door to the small balcony is hard to open, please be careful.
• Jelena (9/5): 4 day stay in Limassol - Apartman je ugodan i opremljen svime što je potrebno za boravak od nekoliko dana. Terasa prekrasna, veliki plus je i parking na dvorištu natkriven. Komunikacija sa zaposlenicima Sanders Premiera je brza i efikasna. Čini mi se da plahte nisu bile oprane. Krevet malo premekan, ali to je subjektivan stav. Sam apartman je opremljen po standardu visokih osoba - visoki ormari u kuhinji, prozor u kupaoni visok... Možda kod idućih investicija razmisliti o tome da ima puno ljudi koji nisu baš visoki.

• Aliaksandr (4/5): - It was only one set of keys and they refused to give second set. So it is a real problem if you have more than one person and plan to go out separately.
• Gidon Rabi (1/5): Disgrace disgrace disgrace - A lot, just disgrace Firstly no where written that this is an apartment, and you get the impression this is hotel apartment. The first evening we wanted to drink some coffee and the kettle does not work, so I sent a message to them by the application. So he does not answer me that evening, just the next morning, asking me if I tried another socket, and I say of course, we need a kettle, so again he takes his time and tells me that "they" would replace the kettle during the day, while we're out. That conversation I ask him about the towels, and he says no towels exchange, and we should make a laundry and let the towels dry during the day. We had only one set of towels, each one had only one towel, so he wants us to pray that the towels would dry after wasting our time doing laundry. Well what if we take a shower during evening? where exactly is the sun? and whay if it's raining? Anyway when we came back to the room, we found out that they did not replace the kettle, and during the whole day he didn't tell us anything. Just after I sent him message again, he remembered to tell me that they do not have a kettle in stock, and that we should buy a kettle and keep the the invoice, and "we'll see what we can do about it". So we got out to search for a kettle that evening, instead of having pleasure in our vacation. We couldn't drink hot drink in our room twice, so we had to go to coffee shop and also pay for it, instead of having in our own room, which is defined as include full kitchen. Of course we also paid for the kettle. And there's more When we got first time inside there were some dead fleas in the living room, so we closed the door to the balcony. And that door has no curtain, and it's located right infront the door of the bed room, so not only the sun is getting inside that room, but anyone from outside can peep inside, so what if there's a woman getting dressed? inside her internal bedroom?

• Irina (7/5): - The apartment is nice, the renovations have been updated. 1. The door to one of the rooms didn't close because it sagged. 2. The shower in one of the showers was broken, so you couldn't turn on the water. 3. The air conditioner remote control had no batteries. 4. The kettle didn't work, and the company claimed there weren't any kettles. Apparently, there aren't any kettles in all of Cyprus? 5. There were no basic things like salt and oil. There was dishwashing liquid, but no sponge. However, there was a dirty red rag. This is unusual for an apartment of this standard. 6. The knives were huge and dull. 7. There was no kitchen towel. 8. What was most upsetting was that our requests were simply ignored and left unanswered. 9. However, after we checked out, they couldn't find the remote control for the barrier, even though it was with the key. It's good that we took pictures when we left the keys and remote control.

• Boaz (4/5): - The property looks new and the rooms are spacious. I was charged in advance a deposit of 75EUR for private parking remote which I was never given. Communication was very bad - I contacted the support number when arrived at 16:30 and got an automatic reply they only work till 18:00... Some of the electrical products in the apartment did not fit the electrical outlets and there was no adapter. In both showers the faucet was partially clogged.

• Martine (5/5): Leider nicht was wir uns erwartet haben - Betten waren sehr bequem Terasse war wirklich traumhaft Super Lage Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert, doch den konnten wir genau 1 Tag nutzen da der Schlüssel dafür nicht da war. Türen ließen sich nicht schließen da die Türen so verzogen waren. Ausstattung und Deko stimmte garnicht mit den Fotos überein. Klima ging nicht, unter der Klima hat sich die Tapete abgelöst und darunter vermute ich schimmel oder etwas ähnliches. Fußleisten sind auch kaputt als wäre ein Wasserschaden an dieser Stelle gewesen. Wir kamen beim Main Entrace nicht rein da wir keinen Code bekommen haben, zum glück hat uns ein Nachbar geholfen.

• Roman (7/5): Modern apartment that needs repairs - Good location, quiet and close to the beach. The sea is surprisingly clean for a city beach, although the gray sand makes it look somewhat unattractive. Modern apartment. Large windows, lots of light and air, spacious. Large loggia. washing machine. Lots of small things are broken. Kettle in the kitchen can't be used because it has a EU power plug that is not fitting Cyprus sockets. Bedroom doors don't close because they don't fit into the door frames. Signs of water damage on some walls. Shower switch is broken in one room. The rack to dry clothes is broken. Internet is somewhat slow and unreliable. Most of these things would be so easy to fix! but clearly the managing company does not care.

• Nadiia (10/5): - Дуже красивий сучасний комплекс, зручні стильні, чисті просторі апартаменти. Ми були сім'єю 3 дорослих, 1 підліток і 1 маленька дитина - всі розмістилися з комфортом. Я щиро рекомендую!!! Неймовірне розташування, яке забезпечило закупку продуктів в величезному супермаркеті, також до моря трішки пройти, недалеко, і до центральної красивої набережної , де ми гуляли теж в першій доступності. Найсмачніше манго!!! Природа , клімат, люди - все дуже сподобалося.
• Robert (7/5): Did what we wanted. - Key collection and access to he property relatively easy. A bit of information on the following: Air conditioning controls Oven/hob controls Possibly some info on the local area, restaurants and shops for food milk water. The living/lounge area was a bit bland although functional. Whilst we were at the property the main door code changed, fortunately it happened during office hours. It did take a while to be sorted, luckily we had everything we needed and we were off out for the day. It did cause some concern until we were contacted with the new code.

• Miguel Vega (8/5): - Great appartment, very new, big terrace to sit and enjoy the weather. Good beds and 2 bathrooms, which is great when you are a group of friends. Close to shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far either. Missing some glasses, plates, etc. There were mostly 4 of each, and we were 5.

• Benjamin (7/5): - C’était plutôt correct , le seul problème etait l’horaire . On nous a dit d’arriver à 16h qui était déjà tard et quand on est arriver le personnel était encore présent et à terminer à 16h35. c’est dommage . La vue aussi était pas terrible devant des travaux .

• Nikki (8/5): - Lovely apartment location was fantastic. Clean slick and very happy to spend time there. Little things Ok button doesn't work on TV remote Slide doors do not lock, looks like latch on the door gas been bent so will not catch. Only three mugs and three water glasses Side lamps in bedrooms not plugged in and when we sorted one if the bulbs didn't work. Hint for other visitors...lamp for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed would be helpful. Please don't feel we are being negative as the apartment is absolutely gorgeous and would definitely book again. Thanks for a great mini break.
• Chris (8/5): Wish we could stay longer. - Clean, spacious and well appointed appartments in an inner suburb of Limassol. Great for families. Location not ideal for tourists who want to be walking distance to restaurants bar and entertainment precincts.

• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Good contact with the host. Very easy check in and check out. Apartment was clean and comfortable however equipped with cheap furniture with signs of wear but presents good standard for Cyprus. Building is new and modern located in quiet area. Air condition and heating were working very well. Free private parking however you have to pay extra equivalent for remote controller to get access... Bit far from seaside promenade. Equivalent for remote control access (for free parking). Very strict rules for guest with pointing that you have to pay if you broke this and this....etc....
• Ronald (7/5): warto pod warunkiem niskiem ceny za wynajem - it’s quite new. there were a lot of things that didn’t satisfy us. we came late in the night and there was no bed linen for the sofa we my husband had to sleep without bed linen. the staff sent a lot of messages before the check-in so it was difficult to catch out that they require a deposit for the remote control for parking area. we also asked for a bottle of water as we came late in the evening and there was no drinking water as a welcome pack. the light is awful in the rooms and bathrooms - you feel like hospital mood. there was no washing powder. the kitchen is very poorly equipped- for example only 3 cups for 4 persons 😅 so i definitely don’t recommend this place and this host.

• Anton (4/5): Price is to high for that apartment - - New Building - own private parking. - responsive administrative personal - big TV - all furniture and home accessories are made of the cheapest materials. sometimes it is so bad that it's impossible to use (iron table, dryer). - No hooks for towels
• Katrina (8/5): 1 week stay in Limassol - The apartment was lovely, nice 2 bedroom with a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and a lovely big balcony. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities. We were a short 2 minute drive from Zorbas bakery and a big supermarket. You can also walk to both but was a bit hot when we were there . You can drive to the old town and marina and easy to get around Limassol . You can also park on the street, but there is the option of parking inside by reserving and paying a deposit for the remote . Really enjoyed the apartment. Only very minor critiques but could really benefit from having a few hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and clothes . Also the front door key was very difficult to open and close , really had to get the knack of it . TV remote also hard to get to work. Other than that everything else was great .

Loud fan in the toilet Couldnt open the blinds in the room, motor seems to be broken Shower has no pressure The whole thing with turning off and on the water heater No power adapters + appliances are plugged in forcefully which looks unsafe No kitchen paper View is a ugly compared to photos. Zero host interaction, everything automated.
• Othman (3/5): Nice apartment with a lot of problems - - the apartment looks nice, as on the pictures - location is ok-ish. 12-15 mins walk from the promenade - nice big balcony The pleasant things end here - the window blinds were broken and wouldn’t open in one of the bedrooms, hence no air, no sunlight. At all. Cave. - check-in horrible. I never received check-in instructions. No one was waiting for us. Had to call UK many times. - no parking for us (“your stay too short”) - WiFi - had to restart router by ourselves - only 1 key for 4 people! - cockroach in the bathroom - chandelier fell at night from the ceiling (luckily cloth)
• Tatevik (9/5): Great value for money in stylish apartment, close to city center - Property is well designed, has lots of space and all amenities to stay both short and long term. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had a beautiful terrace and all instructions were very clear. Staff was very helpful and it was easy to reach them. It was not very clean when we arrived: towels had stains, kitchen top was sticky and bathrooms (especially toilets) were not very clean. Second bedroom blinds were broken and did not work. Staff has immediately reacted to our complains and had someone come in the morning to fix the issue with the cleanness.

We had 2 separate issues with the property that Natalya from Sanders sorted immediately. Very good customer service. In a residential area with lots of building work currently.
• Elena (1/5): Bad - Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours and we asked to keep the luggage in the apartment or the building and got zero assistance. We were literally sent away. That says a lot about the client management. We will never come back. Please be alarmed that the client service is not really welcoming the clients and is not ready to be flexible or cooperative. The apartment itself it ok though it is not fully equipped for cooking
