• Nassar (1/5): Nachtmerrie! - Ons verblijf bij Louis in Barcelona was een absolute nachtmerrie. Vanaf het moment dat we de kamer binnenstapten, wisten we dat er iets mis was: het was vies en niet zoals op de foto’s beloofd. Tot overmaat van ramp zagen we een kakkerlak over de vloer kruipen – iets wat volledig onacceptabel is in een accommodatie van dit niveau. We voelden ons meteen onhygiënisch en onveilig. Toen we Louis hierop aanspraken, reageerde hij ongeïnteresseerd en onverschillig, alsof het probleem ons eigen falen was. Hij deed geen enkele poging om het op te lossen of ons verblijf aangenamer te maken. Voor het bedrag dat we hadden betaald, voelde dit als pure oplichting. De hele ervaring was stressvol en zorgde ervoor dat we ons nergens op ons gemak voelden. Louis heeft duidelijk geen respect voor zijn gasten en geen gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. Wij raden iedereen sterk af om hier ooit te verblijven – het was van begin tot eind een schokkende ervaring. Hygiene, foto’s niet geloven, ziet er erg oud uit en stinkt, volgens Host Louis komt dit door de schoonmaakmiddel. Wij zijn geschrokken!

• Jolene (9/5): Fabulous for groups we loved it, quiet and beautiful and all we needed. - Spacious, clean, great location near metro and shops, all we needed No mirrors in bedrooms or someplace to get ready like a chair or dressing table and when there are 8 adults getting ready you can’t all use the 2 bathrooms.

• Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - The host of the property was amazing and communicated with us continuously upon arrive. He met us in order to show us to the apartment and handed us our keys. The place was much bigger than we were expecting and all amenities included were very convenient. Everything was honestly amazing. Rooms were big and separated with the kitchen/ hosting area. The location was pretty good but maybe not as central as some people would normally prefer. Overall amazing though.
